The guys at SoundZ Good Stereo will take care of you!! I recently had them put in a new touchscreen stereo system. They had to spend more time than expected to get the system working correctly and even stayed until after they closed to figure it all out. I am thankful they were able to work their magic and get the system to work right! I am stoked to have the new massive touchscreen in my truck. You guys rock!

I've been bringing my cars here for years - time and time again, Miguel has delivered exceptional (and personalized) customer service. Never once have I had any issues with my tint (or sound system/rims/tires in the past) and they offer a lifetime warranty on the tint (juuust in case). Thank you guys for the top notch quality work!

This has been my 2nd bad experience at soundz good, the first issue was they damaged my headlights and after speaking to Miguel, they were nice enough to install the new headlights I purchased, at no cost so that was great! I recently(today)took my Cts back due to bubbling tint and the man (bigger guy) was beyond rude! He claimed he couldn't find record of my car being tinted there, to make matters worse he was very rude. Speaking to me and then speaking to another customer after she specifically told him to help me since I was there before her. He then was on the phone and completely ignored me. One of the younger guys took over after seeing how he was acting and he helped me. He and the young man who does tint were the only helpful and friendly people who seemed to have good communication skills on how to properly treat customers so thank you guys!

I bought a groupon for tinting my car back in 2008, was so satisfied I have brought my past 7 cars thru the years to be tinted, this year they were there with Covid restrictions, but still very friendly, and they did another great job, I would recommend them 100%

Came in today with a nightmare of a truck from another audio shop, talked to Manny & Jerry described everything and they took my night mare and turned it into what was more then expected. They helped with amazing custom work and helped retune my amps now I'm getting loud crystal clear vocals & bass with good looking door panels!-affordable-quality work#1 in Ventura County highly suggest come here before trying another shop to avoid issues similar to mine

My boyfriend and I bought 2 used vehicles 2 years ago. We then went to Soundz Good to purchase stereo systems, tires and rims. We paid around 10,000 for everything, and at the end we lost about 1,800 that they still are holding onto because they feel like they don t have to refund us for services they never did. We had ordered a system (the whole shabang) and rims and tires for my man s truck, we ll we had fallen on some hard times and lost the truck. I called Soundz Good asking to cancel along with sent them something in writing. They informed me that the tires and rims would have restocking fees so I told them I d pick them up. That left us with around 1800 in prepaid money for equipment and labor THEY NEVR DID! We never signed anything stating we wouldn t be given a refund if we cancelled the job! BUT STILL 2 YEARS LATER AND SEVERAL CALLS AND EMAILS THEY HAVE YET TO ISSUE ME A REFUND FOR MY MONEY! THEY WONT EVEN ISSUE ME A CREDIT MEMO SO MAYBE I COULD SELL IT OR SOMETHING!? AS U CAN SEE I DONT RECOMMEND SOUNDZ GOOD STEREO U LESS U WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF AND ROBBED, TOLD YOU WOULD HAVE TO PAY IN FULL FOR BOTH CARS TO HAVE ONE GET WORKED ON! THEN THEY JUST SAID NOPE U CANT HAVE YOUR MONEY BACK U GET STORE CREDIT. AVOID THEM!

I ve been going to Soundz Good for over 10 years. I have brought 5 cars here. I ve never had an issue. I ve had alarms, tint, subs, stereos and rims done here. Miguel always has the best customer service. He honest and doesn t try to sell you stuff you don t need. I wouldn t go anywhere else to get car accessories done. This place is legit!

Great service , im definitely coming back, Manny salesman or counter person that I worked with to get what I needed was super friendly , very knowledgeable staff and helpful, got my windows tinted ceramic, got both my vehicles lowered at reasonable prices, im looking to change out my audio stock system soon so I will be using sounds good stereo. Also recommended them to my coworkers at work. If you guys haven t tried Sounds good stereo I suggest you do , you won t be disappointed!

My back window tint was bubbly so took it the shop great work soundz good!! Now I can finally see through my back window no longer a safety issue

I got my windows tinted. Awesome service!! Friendly staff. Great Job! I highly recommend this place. I left you guys an extra 20 bucks with Moose. Have a couple of beers after work on me. Definitely coming back to do my partners car. See You soon!!

Honestly I have been to about 6 places just to install a screen on my car and I was about to give up but I decided to try one last stop and they installed it within hours. Everything works properly they did not sell me anymore than what I needed or asked for. Their price was very reasonable and cheaper than the other places too.

I wanted to correct my rating 4 sound G.stereo they hook me up with better rims and tires and my tahoe looks amazing..Ben notice i was unhappy and call me back because we both order the rims online and they look different, he was so nice to help me get the once i really wanted plus over gave me better tires . Thank you this place seem they dont care but they DUE. GREAT!!customer service . I regreat my low rating before .so sorry!!. Thank You owners of the store for making another customer happy. Im bring my family here. Thank you Ben for great customer service.

BEST EXPERIENCE!! Customer service was PHENOMENAL thanks to MANNY. tint was on point, sterio and sub. Highly recommend don't waist your time anywhere else. Manny takes the time to make the experience worth wild.

Oxnard, store... absolute worst experience. I made an associate cry I was so upset. Ended up spending 5k on a stereo that guess what... does not sound good. Espically having paid that much. I have 2 12 jlw3s, matching amps, capacitor, bass knob, twetters or some weird twetters they created. So 1st install. They installed a component in my car to pair my head unit with my system. Instead of testing it the hacked my center console into pieces and installed this unit that didn't properly work. I told them I have a v8. I need NY box mounted so it won't move. They ignored me. Blew my system 10 mins down the road. I go back days later. And might I point on Oxnard was almost an hr drive away but oh well. I go back get it all fixed, the put me back to stock and install something without my consent, can't show me the price so I can still keep my subs. Fine whatever. 2 days later my system is cutting out then I loose power. I go back a 3rd time. I tell them I'm done, take everything out of my car. They keep trying to fix and tune. Long story short after the 5th return. I went from jl speakers all around to alpine type r. My subs don't hit anywhere near as hard. And at least 2 speakers are blown. Probably do to faulty tuning. Pretty expensive system I can barely enjoy. Oh amd the fix to them hacking my dash, was to glue on a fake carbon fiber overlay. My dash is still chewed up. Don't bring anything new there. Nothing past 01. They're not confident enough to make a stereo sound great

Soundz Good Stereo has by far the best Customer Service. They're very Friendly, Informative, the Pricing is amazing and they're Quick!Friends & Family have had their Rims, Tint and even Custom LED Lighting done. Miguel always makes sure to explain everything before and after the installments and answers any questions. He has always been super flexible with appointments as well.They will forever be my go to place to have any modifications done to my vehicle, as they are the most trusted around. I know that if i ever had an issue, they'd go above and beyond just to fix it. They truly do value their customers over anything.

I went in and got my Tahoe upgraded with their touch screen and free back up camera ended up getting all new speakers put in. They weren't busy so it was all done same day. Easy financing for 6 months. Second time coming in and I will be back.

I would like to thank the crew at Soundz Good Stereo and especially thank the manager for going out of his way to accommodate my cars tint job needs. I live out of the area and was only in town for one day. I heard so many positive things about the quality work at this location that I called to see if they had any openings. They were completely booked but the manager went out of his way to squeeze my car in. My car came out amazing! So happy with their professionalism and the great job on my car. I highly recommend Soundz Good Stereo and will be back for other services!

They took a quick moment out of their morning to look at my subwoofer that I didn t even buy from them, it was a quick fix, and just needed to be plugged back in. They didn t charge me for something so simple, and they were so much nicer than the other places I ve been to in the area!

Horrible! Bought a Groupon deal and was the first person to drop off my truck. Nowhere in the Groupon did it say it was an all day drop off. I spoke to a salesperson the day before and assured me my vehicle would get worked on early since I had an early appointment. After 2 hours I came back and tried to make an appointment for a later day and they assured me my truck was next. 2 hours later my truck was still sitting in the same place. I would just pay more money and go somewhere more reliable. Worse part is they redeemed the Groupon without even working in my car. Seems like they ll take the money and not do the job. Wasted 4 hours waiting for my truck. Disappointed.

The Soundz Good Stero crew are all amazing!! I went in yesterday to have my mufflers removed. The team made time for me being a walk in and I was in and out in less than an 40 minutes. I have taken my vehicle to them for years and they always deliver with customer service and product quality.

Wow!!! Sounds good stereo becomes a family with you the minute you walk in. Everyone their is very friendly and easy going. All they want is your happiness I can sit here and explain my experience with you but their is nothing like you going in to see for your self. Oxnard location is the one I visited. I had 2 vehicle done by them both look amazing and sound great. Special thanks to Miguel.

Came in early in the morning looking for a Bluetooth radio and my man Victor greeted me with kindness. Laid out a bunch of different options and prices at me which I appreciated. Got my car done in less than two hours. Great service great employees definitely recommend.
