So I give 5 stars often, however I only review places that I remember being really good.Small local shop, support your local shops.I had an old f150 and these folks were really informative, and patient during the process of getting it to pass.The only down side is the wait, however if you want someone good and honest there is going to be a wait.

They were fantastic,. They did everything they could to get me past the 1st time and I did not. However I fixed the issue and they did a precheck and all was good. They finished up the smog and I passed. Thanks for your help!

This is our favorite place for doing smog checks, kind and friendly service. 7/14/21 - Back for my smog and this place is great as always. Martin and his Staff are quick at what they do and the whole process was fast. I was In & Out within 10mins upon opening hours with my particular Honda 2009 vehicle. I ve been reading other reviews against this place but I will totally disregard them, I know the other places down the street may be geared to service more cars, this place was great in service and saved me a lot of time. Now that the Oxnard DMV rush is gone it s a perfect time to finalize my registration for 2022. Keep up with Good Work!! I mentioned to one of the staff, my Dad always took our cars here before he passed He was always welcomed with friendly quality service. I ll always go back here and let others know.

Experience smog technicians. You will have to wait your turn. It's a one-man show. But the technician is very thorough and tells you why your car did not pass the smog test. Professional and courteous.

Im sure most people have good reviews about this place, but I want to share my bad review as a first time customer. I arrived about 4:30 on a Friday evening. I pulled up and parked my car as the mechanic Ramon was on duty. He was busy with just one other car. I walked out and sat next to him on the bench in the waiting area and politely waited to while he was done with his previous customer. I waited for about 10 minutes before i got cold and decided to go back to my car and wait since it was December and Ramon didn't acknowledge me or greeted me the entire time. I thought it was strange but i waited anyways as this place has good reviews. As I waited in my car two other cars pulled up and one customer decided to go up and talk to Ramon. I politely added to Ramon that I was waiting and should be next. This is where things get bad. Ramon rudely tells me that I needed to come up and ask for help. I asked him I was being polite but i expected a greeting such as "Hello Sir, i i will be with you shortly", but no. He said he did see me wait, but its not his job to acknowledge the customer in any way and that I had to come to him. I never seen this way of doing business before and the lady next to me agreed that it was odd he said that. She even apologized to me and said that the other tech that works there would have immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome. As my first time and many recommendations i have got to say this was a frustrating experience to say the least. He was nice to me after the whole ordeal, but the fact that he said it was my duty to run the show is not very welcoming. I will give this place another try only m, and i mean ONLY, because the lady was telling me that the other mechanic is very nice and i would have better experience with the other guy. I hope this business reads my review as a way to learn and maybe next time I will have a much better experience. So far my review stands at two stars.P.S. for those who want to know what the price is..today is Dec. 27th 2019 and my smog check was $51

I been going here for years. It s organized and the workers are always friendly. They work hard to get you in and out as soon as possible. Plus they have a couple of benches to relax while you wait. It s always been 5 star service. Thank you I greatly appreciate it.

Martin was very helpful. Bice guy with great customer service. Was in and out in 15 minutes.Best place I got a smog from.Would highly recommend to anyone
