O'Reilly usually can get the parts we need. They do a really great job, especially Alfanso, who runs the store on Main Street in Ventura.

Do not buy their Reman Alternators. I m going on my fourth one in two months.First one lasted a month.Second one had worn out voltage regulator brushes.Third one has stripped Voltage Regulator screws, so no way of inspecting brushes.Fourth, I m questioning even installing it.If this one fails I m getting my money back. They need to also work with their employees.. either they re lit, or they need some milk.

This is a clean and orderly store. Your service just depends on who you get at the counter to say next in line . I ve gotten customer care clerks that offer to bring in my battery and hold the door open for me and days when they stood at the door watching me park in a handicap spot and struggle to bring in my battery. But over all it s a nice store.

Called for a part before I went. Got there 5 people in line before me. I was there an hour. Finally get to counter asked for my part and was told that they didn't have it. Explained that I called first, and was told that it shows in the computer that they had it but they actually didn't. I asked if he could call another store(Gonzales Rd) he attempted but never got an answer. So my experience wasn't good. Have to try again today with a different parts store.

This place was packed with at least 40 customers standing in line. Talk about a busy Sunday. Great customer service.

Line took way too long for the amount of costumers vs employees they had... heard an older guy employee giving multiple customers attitude for simple requests... when my turn finally came I've been helped by a guy who didn't seem to really know much... I needed a hood strut and he said they don't have the right size but they can order it for 60$ and it's gonna take a couple of days and they'll call me when it arrives...3 days later I just went in on my own and they said they already got it when the employee brought me the strut it was clearly used and defective I had to get a refund on the spot...so ridiculous.... what a waste of time.

Huge line at the back of the store just to check out. No one at the front registers. I wonder how many people get tired of waiting, drop their merch and walk out. I've done it here before but this time I had superhuman patience this day and waited.

Terrible customer service . DIEGO the assistant manager needs to find a new job where he doesn't work with people.. so rude. I purchased two rotors that were never opened and they wouldn't return them. Why is it acceptable to sell rotors with rust on them but not return them. DIEGO opened the package with his own knife. Not to mention giving me attitude because I wasn't standing in the right line .. it was a line when the customers in front of me were helped. Then he had the audacity to tell me I wasn't standing in line. Well a nice associate would say ma'am that is not the line. Unnaceptable.

Called to see if they have a twist hitch that fits my vehicle. The guy on the phone says their computer system won't tell them what vehicle their posts fit. He said there's a wall that I can come and look at, with a while bunch of them. I thought he misunderstood me, perfect English, so that want an issue, so I repeated myself. Same thing. WTF?

The sales person was very rude and wasn't helpful at all. He also refused to exchange the defective radiator coolant canister for a functioning one. We will never go to the O'Reilly ' s store at savior rd and channel island blvd. ever again. To all our friends we recommend any other auto parts store in oxnard, ca.

Was going there vary frequently while working on a classic car project. One older fella working there must of had a bad day and was blatantly unhelpful and uninterested in my auto part needs. Definitely taking my money elsewhere.

That guy by the name of Mario Q. is such a dick. He acts as if he is writing stuff down, but is really just typing random stuff trying to get under people's skin I guess. I know about cars I graduated as a Auto Tech Man I didn't talk back, but to be honest I knew what he was doing I've worked counters before. I like going there because it's cheap and convenient for me, but BEWARE of that POS

Always disappointed at this location. Long lines, oil tank is full, don't have the right part. You name it it's a problem here. Hate to say it but AutoZone is better in this area

One long line, about 10 employees, no one at the front register, you have to wait in the parts line in the back to pay for anything, I left and went elsewhere

I'm very very disappointed with this store I used to come in this store but now that customer service is really bad especially the manager Victor and all his helpers looks like they just want to talk and don't know nothing about cars or customer service if you buy something there if it's broken you took it home when you open it it's already broken you go back to the store and they tell you is your fault because it wasn't like that when that box is Seal never open very disappointedNot recommended.
