Pasquale is a top-notch technician! His honesty, personable approach, and in-depth knowledge make car issues easy to understand. He's meticulous and doesn't miss a beat, especially with Volkswagen, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Mercedes, and Mini. Skip the hassle of shopping around he's the go-to expert. So I have a 2004 Audi A4 1.8t B6 Ultrasport. My car is predominately stock and to date I have spent upwards of $8,000 (maintenance only). This includes a new engine recommended by another Oxnard auto shop. My car was in and out of that shop once every 2 months for about 4 years and if I'm honest, there are multiple parts still broken on my car from that shop. I took my car to International Auto Repair, about a week ago and I've had a grin on my face the last 2 commutes to work. My car has never been this good and I feel confident nothing will break. Every step of the way they kept in contact with me and updates with ball park estaminets and recommendations. What they quoted me at the time is was what they charged me and even cut corners on pricing to help me out here they could. They knew what they were talking about and educated me on my own car. I have a Volvo 240 that had a blown rear main seal leaking oil. I love this car so I took it to this shop to get checked out and repaired. In only 2 days time they had my transmission down, seal replaced, and car working perfectly. I am very impressed at the quality of workmanship and customer service. Been going here for about 3 years. When I first got my bmw I had trouble finding a good mechanic. I went to a couple different shops but didn't get any service nearly as good as I got here. Not only did they let me know what was wrong with my car, but what caused it and how I would be able to fix it the easy way or the right way. Pasquale and the other mechanics have been friendly and reliable from day one. I've referred plenty of people to them because of there knowledge and service.

Wilhelm and his son do amazing, high quality work. I had a 1984 Mercedes 300d that they took excellent care of. Before I found them, I went to other Mercedes mechanics in Ventura who were just awful. Don't take your Mercedes anywhere else but to International Auto.

We have been using International Auto, for easily over a decade! Wilhelm and Pasquale have been such a great team and have helped us with not only international cars, but even our American made cars. We have also purchased from them, my first car, a Volvo 240 that someone signed over to them. Then when I got in a car accident, 10 years later, I took the Volvo to them, so that they could use her for parts etc. It is comforting to know that this mechanic looks after the cars they work on, even after their life spans. I was also lucky enough to purchase an Audi A4, from them that same day, also signed off to them. This mechanic shop has meant a lot to me and my family. I glad to see it continue and be kept busy.

Pasquale and his father are AMAZING. I moved here 9 years ago from the east coast with two German vehicles (BMW 7-series & VW) and the professionals here have taken great care of my needs. This is an old fashioned shop where they take pride in their work and they don't cut corners. I respect their professionalism, kindness and ability to anticipate future problems and help you find affordable solutions. I don't care where I live in Southern California, I will always trust my vehicles to the Mechanics and pros at International Auto.Give them a call today if you're looking for your last auto mechanic.

Best independent German car repair shop in town.Pasquale knows his stuff. I own two Mercedes and an Audi. I wont take my cars anywhere else.

I've been going to Wilhelm for YEARS. I've brought probably 7 different German vehicles into his shop. He and Irma (his sweet wife) are wonderful. You genuinely won't find better for your European auto.

I brought in my 2011 Range Rover sport with a bad strut. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had the parts installed for a great price. Would return for business again.

Called in and asked for quote, the guy I spoke to acted as if I was speaking a foreign language when I asked about a simple change that would require a certified technician about an hour and a half to complete. I need to change out my charge pipes on my BMW. He then proceeded to hang up on me. I m from Chicago we don t do business like this where I m from!!! If you don t know how to work on a specific car don t claim you can.

I've never had a mechanic that I would claim as "my mechanic" but that all changed after my experience with International Auto Repair.1) they won't bs you2) they will take your car when its convenient for you ( unlike dealerships)3) they won't overcharge you4) they aren't satisfied until you are5) based on 1-4 why would u need to go anywhere else?

Literally was supposed to come in with my car and was to get a full inspection and then later on my whole suspension plus the axel fell off almost died in the sp hills becouse of it !!!!! Overpriced for no good work at all
