Hands down Fix Auto North is the best auto repair business in Ventura County! I ve taken two of my cars there for repair and both cars looked better when finished than the day I bought them. One of my cars is a sports car and required a lot of special attention. That car looked phenomenal when I picked it up. I will never take my cars to any other repair center. Prices are very good and their painter is exceptional!When you call ask for Felicia, she s awesome

Absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever had with an auto shop!!From start to finish this business was extremely professional, accommodating and proficient. Michael was an amazing customer service representative. He kept me posted on every step of the way. And even though we knew that it was going to take a long time to get some parts, he s still took the time to inform me about what was happening. I hope I will never need collision services again, but if I ever do, I will definitely be a repeat customer

The owner Gary is a very kind individual. I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer and treated with respect. Michael did an amazing job working with me to get the best quote possible. Gary and his crew are amazing. They work diligently to make sure that your car is as good as new when you get it back. I have now taken 4 of my cars to Fix Auto for repairs and I always leave happy.I would recommend them to any of my family abd friends, any day!

I recently took my car to the fix it Auto shop. And Michael Gomez helped me through the process. Even though, they didn t repair my car, because it was a total loss due to flooding from the rain . They were honest, respectful, and kept me updated with any information till the end. Thank you

They took the time to do the job right. I was so afraid how it would look with half of the car having the factory paint, and half of the car having new paint. Fix Auto rocked it. The paint looks great and the car drives like a dream.

A Coyote ran into my SUV on the PCH at speed limit. We chose FIX collision for the repairs. From start to finish great customer Service and support. We believe they went above and beyond just getting things fixed. When receiving the vehicle it was like getting a new car. It looked spectacular. Five stars plus. I received the excellent service. I got back a car looks like new. The price is very reasonable. This is the best company I experienced in my over 45 years of driving. I tore off the front right fender on my new Toyota RAV4 XSE Hybrid - Fix was listed as both a recommended repair shop by my insurance co. State Farm and they are also a certified Toyota repair shop (I called up Toyota of Ventura and Fix is who they refer collision repairs to).I had an exceptional experience at Fix - Gary and Annabel were so nice and patient with me as I was navigating my insurance, and kept me up-to-date with my car's repairs.When I picked up my car, it looked better than the day I had bought it - Fix had done a complete clean inside and out with vacuuming and looks like they polished my car including the wheels. I'm thrilled with the customer service and the quality of the repair and them cleaning my car was the icing on the cake. This place is awesome.Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I was in a hit and run accident. They fixed my truck with professionalism and dedication. They are the best shop around and Gary is such a positive person.
