I have had 2 hitches fabricated at the Oxnard Location and they were done to perfection. One was for a 2000 Honda Odyssey (see photo) and the other was a 2011 Infiniti G37 which I no longer own. I m contemplating an attempt to make something totally custom for a C7 corvette and will draw it up and see if it is possible. It will have to be totally hidden. If anyplace can do it, they can. I have aerospace and engineering experience and have been a Quality Control Manager for 40 years and I believe me when I say they do an exceptional job.

I have had both my RV/tow car here plus adding a hitch to my Honda Civic Sport. The Civic Sport was hard because of the single exhaust.

OMAR, OMAR = AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! NICE CUSTOM RECEIVER, NICE REDUCER 2/1-2 2.0 WAY BEEFIER THAN THE REESE (chinese !) RECEIVER & HE DID IT IN UNDER 15 MINUTES SWITCHED MY BALL AROUND AS WELL, ECKHARTS ALSO TOOK AN OLD MOTO TRAILER & CUSTOMIZED IT TO MY BLUE PRINT (basically tearing it to pieces & remaking it into what I wanted) REALLY PERFECT {INCLUDING THE ELECTRICAL!} ADDED SIDE STEPS, PUT A FLAT DIAMOND PLATE ON IT & MADE LARGER FENDERS FOR THE LARGER TIRES, EVEN ADDED A SPARE TIRE MOUNT I WANTED TO AD (which took some work because the larger(deeper) tires would not mount using my template so he stacked some steel welded it & whala tire slipped right on & used normal locking tire nut to screw on for mounting, NICE! , WITH IT ALL IT WAS UNDER $800! A NEW TRAILER WITH MY SPECS WOULD HAVE BEEN ABOUT $1400- easy! SO AS LONG AS YOU TAKE SOME SUGGESTIONS LISTEN & ASK QUESTIONS I CANT SEE THIS PLACE NOT TAKING CARE OF YOU & GIVING YOU ALL THE SAFETY YOU SHOULD HAVE!

They built a hitch on my 2008 Toyota Highlander. All the hitches that you buy ready made for this vehicle either hang down low or make an awkward jog under the exhaust. They did an excellent job of getting it around the spare tire and exhaust without hanging it low or any ridiculous bends. Good job guys. I will be using you again!

My husband had a bike hitch welded onto his Civic a couple years ago. Everything was great until we went to sell the car. They failed to tell us that when they do that, it's considered structural damage and it basically made it as if the car had a salvaged title. Completely floored that this wasn't disclosed because we clearly would not have done it. DO NOT GET A HITCH WELDED ONTO YOUR CAR!

Just had a tow hitch installed and I'm very disappointed with their service!!! I told the employee that I needed the hitch for a bike rack and in case I want to tow a trailer. He took it upon himself to decide (without asking me) that I didn't need the electrical line (that you MUST have to legally tow a trailer). Then, after I confronted him about it a few days after the job, he wanted to charge me extra to have it installed. In fact, the extra was almost as much as the install for the tow hitch altogether. Needless to say, I will NOT recommend ANYONE go there. Especially, now that I've asked the Ford dealer (which is always more expensive) and they will charge $100 less to install the electrical line. Do NOT use them if you can help it... Very dissatisfied customer!

Eckharts in Oxnard is fantastic. Daniel and all are excellent. Super weld quality. Excellent service. I am an engineer and they have helped me weld tools and fixtures. Here they are in action! Stephen

Personally wouldn't listen to the 2 whiners giving 1 star. The guys here are always very helpful. They have done multiple jobs perfectly for me. I'd trust em with my Grandma.
