Amazing!!! My family and I have been going to Dobbs for years. They are thorough, professional and very reasonably priced. They have found issues, that even my auto dealer hadn't found, but were way cheaper than the dealership. They even try and source parts from multiple suppliers to get you the best price. Honest, fair and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

The manager changed front brakes and rotors. He had me in and out in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Look no further. Very professional and good energy.

Memo up front is the best, and their mechanics are great. I ve been going here for years, they are upfront and never over charge they let you know what needs to be replaced or worked on now and what can wait a little definitely recommend stoping by they do it all!

Absolutely great place! They are honest straight forward mechanics they don t try to overcharge you or pressure you on anything. They will give you a honest fair price and guarantee they will be more affordable than any other place in the city.

Very overpriced. If you re a woman they will likely try to get away with charging you more for labor . Used to be a loyal customer but got another quote from another mechanic who told me I was being overcharged double the price for labor. Watch out.

I went back after a month for them to inspect brakes that they replaced because it sounded like the pads went bad, metal on metal, they looked at it for free, showed me the pads were fine, and explained that there is a hard glaze causing the sounds, they ground down for free and set me back on the road, no charge

Very happy with their service. I brought in my 1988 Jeep Grand Wagoneer and Memo went above and beyond to fix the repairs needed. They replaced my power steering pump, AC compressor, and tires. Parts for these trucks are very hard to find but Memo took the time and effort to locate them. Very friendly, honest, and fair prices. Got my front brakes done. Memo listened to my issues, let me know the estimate, and got to work on my car himself. My first time there, but after the great service I received, definitely won't be my last!

Over-priced. Went in for transmission work and they offered a used/refurbished transmission for $5k and they were very transparent about them being unable to program the car and mickey-mousing a solution. We rejected this offer and went to their competitor that did it for $2k less, plus it was a brand new transmission, and they programmed the car to factory specs. A few months later i got a quote for replacing a single ignition coil for the ridiculous price of $680. I declined this and went to their competitor that did it for $100 (I provided the parts), plus they offer warranty on their work. Lastly, my sister went in for a brake job. They performed the work and returned the car with squeaky brakes and a grinding feeling when the brake pedal was pressed. I had high hopes for these guys, but they are your typical crooked mechanic shops you get warned about!!!

I go here often. They are friendly. The mechanics are excellent. Prices range from competitive to "I am very happy". I trust them and have not been disappointed and so take my business there often and will continue to do so. For tires, brakes and servicing at least give them a call. You may be pleasantly surprised.

First time here and they did an incredible job. Memo, the manager, helped me throughout the whole process of my car that was in dire need of brakes. My drum brakes were misaligned so every time I would brake my front brakes won't activate as well and it would scratch my rotors. Can't believe I was driving like that for over 5 years but I'm glad I got everything done on the spot!! Price was very reasonable for what I needed which was a full brake change from front to back plus new brake fluid. Thanks again to all the guys @ Dobs for working on my car to getting it back to safety measures for me to drive.

This is the worst Auto place I've came to, first of all I came here to get all four tires replaced, everything was fine. Then a few weeks after I noticed that one of the tires was low, so I went to the closest gas station and tried pumping air on the tire but no luck, then I came back to this shop and told them why they didn't tell me about the tire valve stem being broken. Then he asked me who had helped me that day, but unfortunately I did not remember his name, but they had me on file, so I'm sure he would know. All he said was that he was sorry, and that unfortunately he was not here at the time. He did take the broken sensor out and I was able to pump air. But is that not part of your job to let your customers know that you encountered some problems with the car? How can I trust bringing my car here? How do you expect for me to recommend this Auto place when the job was not done properly. I am so upset that on top of that my car needed alignment in the back, and they only aligned the front when I got my tires replaced. Just the worst experience ever!!

I'm giving 5 stars simply for their pricing. My daughter bought herself brakes and rotors for the front and rear of the car and took it to Brake Masters to install. They were going to charge her $300 just to install them!! I was like, oh heck no. Rushed over there and took the car back, called Dobs who did it for HALF THE PRICE!!! hate mechanics that rip off hard working people. Thank god for Dobs

Great service! Have been there twice. Once for breaks the other for tires. All in all great team very personable. Highly recommend them! Great price and everything is done in a timely manner.

Dob's brake & auto does not deserve any stars! I took my 2013 vehicle in in Feb 2018 for routine maintenance. 45 mins later my head gaskets were blown due to the poor auto work they did on my vehicle. They fixed the issue temporarily and 5 months later my head gaskets were blown once again. When I took my car back to have it fixed, Dob's manager Guillermo said it is out of warranty and said "It's no longer their problem" . As a result, my children and I are out of vehicle. We have been using lyft and stuck with a car payment for a car that no longer works. Bottom line Where is your customer service? When Dob's caused all my engine problems. .Now they refuse to help, and offer any assistance. Any business that is ok with that does not deserve to be in business period. Guillermo has no sympathy and refuses to take any accountability. Beware when trying to get a good price on fixing your car, you get what you pay for!

I got my struts and brakes replaced and they offered $1,000 less than the dealership. They also gave me a free alignment. I will use Dob's a lot more often.

I took my van to Dobs tires and received excellent service, and affordable price. I recommend Dobs over Firestone, Firestone will bend you over. I fixed a unsafe issue and feel safe driving my van for work daily

Always great service, I grew up in an auto shop. They have the best deal on tires in town if you get the lifetime alignment, rotation and flat repair package.

This is the best car service shop I've ever been too! .. you get excellent service, they always follow up with what's going on with your car very quickly and do a great job without breaking the bank.

I highly recommend taking your car or truck to Dobb's. They do a great and speedy job. I wont go anywhere else for my auto needs. Aaron and Memo do a fantastic job and the prices are hard to beat.

Dob's has been honest, true to work statements, and appropriate with advice. Each time I have had to go, I got in when scheduled, or accepted as a walk in and finished in a timely manner. I'm glad I found this place.

I went to dob's to see how much they would charge to install my a/c compressor and recharge my a/c excluding the part that I had to buy from the dealership the total including taxes was $200.00 which was $800 cheaper than Pep boys .
