Alexander Buick GMC does excellent work and there customer service is awesome. Diana is very pleasant and knowledgeable, she makes the experience seam effortless. I highly recommend them, they are one of the best in customer service and craftsmanship.

Alexander GMC collision is the best. We were traveling cross country and hit a deer. Karl helped us when our insurance company didn't want to. He got our insurance to pay for the all the damages and we had our truck back within a week and a half. If your looking for a place to take your vehicle bring it here. A large tree limb fell on top of my car while I was driving. Roof had to be replaced which included a sun roof, rear gate, luggage racks and front windshield. They took care of everything! Because the battery had been out of the car for over 5 weeks, here were some glitches that had to be dealt with. Staff gave me a key fob battery and installed it. Also, staff help me reset a system that I knew nothing about. I still had to go to my Honda dealer for software updates, but even that was minor. The collision center is staffed by professionals, and their service was excellent.Jo GentryService: Body & Trim

Very helpful. Took care of me right away. Tried going somewhere else first but they were too busy. Luckily I found Alexander Collision Center and they were able to take my car in on the spot. Haven't taken possession of my car yet since they are still working on it but i will update as soon as I do. So far their service is great.

Friendly and honest people! I brought my car through a recommendation from the other party's insurance and i was having 2nd thoughts since they are a buick/gmc/dodge owned company and my car was a scion.They gave me an honest estimate and promised me that they are going to put brand new parts on my car. After getting the job done in just two days i was impressed and will definitely take my car again with these guys!

Very poor management, not professional they took longer time then due date. After I picked up my car they send another estimate to insurance to get more money.
