I called to order a rim and spare tire. They had the part the very next day, put the tire in the proper place in my trunk and washed and vacuumed my car. I was so impressed with their service I will gladly drive the extra 30 minutes to have my cars serviced. I never thought customer service like this existed anymore.

Michael Tucker is Outstanding! I could not have imagined a better experience buying a vehicle! Kindness, thoughtfulness, respect & SO much professional assistance, with a smile. Went in for my service appointment today 01/29/2024, I met with Miles Brewer, Service Advisor. He was really nice and cool and got my car in for it's service quick. While I browse and wait for my car to be serviced, I met Cameron, one of the Sales Representatives, he introduced himself and let me know if I need anything just let him know. While still browsing and waiting for my car to be done with the services, I met Chris Jacobs, another Sales Representatives. We talked and while we were having a conversation, I told him I ve never owned or driven a Chevrolet truck before. He then allowed me to take it for a demo drive to have a feel of the vehicle. During the ride, he explained all the features that come with the truck. After we got back from the drive, I went in to go pay for my service. When I went to go get my car, i saw that the had washed and cleaned the exterior of the car. It was very nice of them. Very awesome people.

Without a doubt Orville Toyota was the single most enjoyable and hassle free new car buying experiences we ve ever had. We knew what we wanted, contacted the dealer and spoke with Cammron Depue. He was honest, patient and extremely knowledgeable. 5 days later we received our new Toyota Prius on a flat bed truck in perfect condition at the right price! Many thanks to Cammron and Orville Toyota. Truly a fantastic dealership that I will be doing business with again in the future.

I am so satisfied with the service I have received from Oro Dam Motors! This is the 2nd car I have purchased. Ford and now a Toyota. Cammron DePue and Vince Carano are simply amazing! They both went above and beyond to meet all my needs I will continue to keep supporting our local businesses.

Great to work with. No dealer add-ons or markups, easy to work with, great communications and they delivered my new car to my house. The delivery drivers were very nice gentlemen and the whole process was painless. I highly recommend them.

I am known on google for my honest reviews, and here is another one. I came here from close to 2 hours away, and I have owned many cars so far and dealt with more than 30 dealerships. This place was a hidden gem! I was looking for a hybrid vehicle that is hard to find already, and they had the car that I needed! They don't do any of these bad business practices like Mark ups, forced add-on packages, protections and tuns, and tuns more that the other dealerships force you to do. This is an honest dealership with good sales people and good staff that are not pushy, they don't add to your stress and they have your back and really want to take care of you so you will come back! It's very hard to find dealerships like this these days. I worked with Corey Brewton in Sales, which was very patient and went above and beyond for me! He helped me a tun, and we ran into some issues, and he did everything in his power to help me. Because of the issues we ran into, that was my fault, not the dealership, It took us a while to make the deal happen, and they dealership closed after we made the deal. He stayed with me after hours until I could take all my belongings from my trade in Car to my new car and explained everything patiently, and was not in a rush. He was amazing! I definitely recommend him for the buyers that wanna go there. Overall, this dealership was amazing and will recommend to anyone that is looking for a car that they have. If you still see this review, it means my experience has not changed, and it's still amazing. If anything changes, this review will be updated.

Brought my 2011 Chevy Equinox to the Dealership for service.Everyone here were welcoming and professional. Extremely pleasant lounge and accommodating with my service dog Anela.I spilled some water and by the time I hot back with paper towels they were already cleaning it up.Rather expensive but I wanted it to get fixed.

Satisfactory work. Quick and easy to set up appointment for routine maintenance and tune up. Just drop off car at appointed time, will get a call when work is done and usually it's fairly quick to pay at the cashier and pick up the car. They even will give the car a quick wash down as part of the service.

Buying a car here was a wonderful experience. I was dreading going to car dealerships because they can be so pushy and demeaning. I felt like part of the family and didn t feel any stress at all. Chris helped me out and was really nice. I travelled all the way from San Francisco to buy a car, so I highly recommend anyone to come buy their next vehicle here!

Took over 2 months to get a part in to fix a light that kept coming on. I know that's not the dealerships fault. I made apt when they called to tell me part was in. Dropped car off night before. Was assured it would be done by closing the next day. Never received a call so I called late afternoon to check. Lady who took call said she would call me back and let me know status. Never received a call back. Got a little frustrated with this process. Stopped by before closing and was told it would be done the next day. I was upset that this was never communicated to me before I stopped by dealership after work. Employees need to communicate better and keep customers informed of status of their vehicles and call customers when they say they will. I work so I have to make arrangements when my car isn't available. Josh is a grt employee and did apologize for what happened. Too bad he is leaving in December. I was frustrated and annoyed by the process that took place. I will most likely still use this dealership because driving to Chico is inconvenient.

Had my car for almost 4 hours just to do front brake pads. Also they charge about $170 more than the average shop, which doesn't seem right. They did do a good job but I definitely won't be going back.

This time around my experience was far better than the last scheduled service. Both men at the desk busy but one at least acknowledged me. Additionally, there was a guy from the back that did some of the prep work...getting mileage, etc. so that when someone available to check me in the process went faster.My RAV4 was ready within the hour and everyone was great at checkout although I could see they were busy! Great job!

We have had great experiences with Oroville Toyota. This last trip in for service, we were in a scheduling pinch. A trip planned for Wednesday, the Highlander needed service. Went online over the weekend, scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. My wife took the car in, and was done in 50 minutes. Staff was friendly, as always. Service crew got er done , as usual.

We ve bought 3 cars at Oro Dam Auto and I ll do my best to continue to be loyal to them. They ve taken great care of us and service the two vehicles we still have. Even though the vehicles are no longer under warranty, we still have regular service done there. The prices for regular service are pretty reasonable and they do a good job!

The folks in the service department were outstanding with everything they did to repair my Carola. Especially being right around Christmas and the new year it was very good and they kept me informed through the repair which was quite extensive I would love to give a 5 star rating.with all the work they did on my car. I was just going over our paper work for our supposedly 5 year loan and just came across the term and it's actually 72 months instead of the 60 months were were told by our dealer. We've never bought a car before this so we were relying on our dealer to help us understand the mountains of paper work we were signing. Instead of going into depth on the loan terms she's was talking about onlyfans and how she was so hip in our generation. So thank you for sneaking in the extra year so you could get more commission. I wouldn't think you would need more money since you were so excited to talking about your onlyfans to a young couple

I came in for a key fob battery and windshield wipers for my Prius c. I was immediately served at parts. The parts man installed the wipers and it was determined my passenger side washer was not spraying. He brought out the mechanic Drew, who sent me to the service desk and completed the repairs while I shopped. A pick up car was sent for me. The driver carried my parcels, placed them in the car and off I went. Excellent service and parts staff.

I wanted to purchase from our local dealer in Roseville but they have horrible "customer service", they still try to mark up their trucks and then try to force you to buy unnecessary ad-on's that nobody wants or needs. They still do business like its the 80's !I found the exact truck I wanted at Oroville Toyota. I negotiated and purchased a new Tundra completely online and phone with internet manager Micheal without ever setting foot in the store. No markup, no unnecessary garbage added on to the price, etc.Once all details were done, they accommodated me by picking me up an hour away. When I arrived, my truck was cleaned, full of gas and ready to ready to go. I signed the papers, Micheal gave me an orientation and I was gone. From the time I arrived till I left was less then 45 minutes. This is the way to buy a car!Don't waste your time and hard-earned money at the Roseville and Sac area Toyota dealers.Drive a bit, save a lot and be treated like you should.With courtesy, respect and gratitude that you are purchasing with them. I will refer all my friends and family to you !Great job Michael and Oroville Toyota.
