I was treated with the utmost respect and comfort. I didn t come in for someone to sell me a vehicle. I came in to purchase one. The salesman helped me get what I was comfortable with and the extras I wanted accept a camper shell. The one I wanted is not available any more. I am going to purchase a back flip tonneau cover and I will install it myself.Thank you for the friendly service and I look forward to having my services done their at the dealership. Tim Fowler

We have been buying our vehicles from Oro Dam Auto Center (formerly Hobbies) for 20 years. Only dealership we go to. If they don't have what we want, they get it. All staff is awesome, friendly and go out of their way to make us happy. We love you Roy! Highly recommended.Bought Tacoma & Corolla from them this year, still great service, definitely our first choice in Dealerships. Thank you Roy, Tyler, & Shelley.

Staff was friendly and profesional. They answered all my questions and concerns. I waited at the dealership which was clean and comfortable. It was easy to schedule an appointment. I will be going back for my next service.

I have no choice to point out my severe disatisfaction with the Parts deptment personel. I had talked by phone withe a rep over the phone, and as I informed him that I was seeking a part for my truck, and that I was handicapped, so his first suggestion of coming in person to inquire about part..because as he accused me of trying to get information to purchase part elsewhere cheaper, which was not the case, and he demanded that I supply Vin# which I did not have accessable to me ( would have required me to climb into my wheelchair to retreve was not an option to me. All I was asking was to confirm Part Number or description, so I was forced with my part in hand to find transportation to dealership to confirm part, because actual AC Delco/GM website showed a part completely different from actual component. Hence my request to verify, he refused and became very aggitated when I explained that all I wanted to do was verify that the part I was prepaired to purchace/order was the correct part. He stated they do not provide image or part verification too consumer. So I explained that several Gm sites for parts gave the incorrect part/image for the same vehicle info. He then reluctantly showed the screen that he works with for parts..but then said I was Banned from dealership/parts department and could not make any future purcaheses I never raised my voice once and as I explained to the acting Parts manager (because actual manager was out).. I have 4 GM vehicles that I have purchased and I will never recommend this dealership to my vast number of friends and internet followers. As a matter fact I wil persue thru GM Corperate a complaint of Predudice against a disabled person for refusal of service.

Spencer at Oroville Chevy was great! He answered all of our questions, did not hesitate to take us for a test drive, and was easy to talk to. We felt like we were treated with respect and felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. This is our second vehicle purchased through Oroville Auto and we are very pleased! I feel like this department is a VERY well run machine. Everyone I have come in contact with have been extremely helpful and positive attitudes. I felt I was charged a fair price for the parts and labor. Also, I was given an attitude that I can trust. I wasn't coerced into having more work performed on my car. I will now have my oil changes and all maintenance done at this dealership in the future.

Wonderful customer service. My family and I were in a leased vehicle we were able to get into after a nightmare experience at Roseville Toyota. I had been majorly stressing about just the thought of having to go back to try to purchase a vehicle. This is where Spencer Ubbink came in. Two months before our lease maturity date, Spencer got all of our information to see what we could qualify. We were fully prepared to wait until the end of our lease to purchase a car, then drive up to see him. We didn't even have to leave our house! He accepted our car as a trade in, was able to waive our early lease termination fees and we only had to put $500 on a family car we could only dream of owning. We were able to get into a 2020 Toyota Equinox that we thought was way over our budget. He even drove the car down to us with the paperwork, then drove the leased car back with him. It was such a hugely relieving experience to know that I didn't have to deal with Roseville Toyota. I definitely recommend him if anyone is looking for a car! He will definitely take care of you.

I bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado brand new and days later I m having issues with my windows rolling up and down, also have a clicking noise when turning left and right, and I had a faulty tow hitch hook up.

This dealership is not like the rest their prices were great compared to other local shops and the work and staff are far superior! The service advisor who helped me was knowledgeable and he took great care of my vehicle. They did my repair faster than I was told it would take and even washed it for me!!! The service manager Dan is awesome and very helpful! Im definitely coming back!

I just purchased a new Blazer with Joel Russo at Oroville Chevrolet, traveling 3 hours to get the vehicle I wanted. He made the experience worth the drive and offered a fair trade in, in addition to a rebate. In addition he was very accommodating and professional in the transaction. I would highly recommend this dealer and Joel Russo.

Update: Got my new part, dropped off the old one, got the new one and off I went. Changed to 5 stars because I don't want the people working there taking the hit for something out of their control.Ordered an accessory for my new pickup via a promotion, and drove 6 hours round trip..........part was wrong. When I called, they are ordering an updated part (no hesitation).......another 6 hours of driving. Wish I would have skipped that and just bought it elsewhere. Not sure who is to blame but maybe it is me for choosing to do business outside of my area. This is an aftermarket part GM sells as an accessory and was ordered via the VIN, so It is either GM's or Decked's fault I would assume. Did I mention I was halfway through assembling the item? HAHA......my luck. I do like all the folks I met at the dealership.

My husband and I just purchased a Chevy Equoinox from Todd and Thai. They were so helpful! After finding the vehicle we liked we applied online. Todd was straight forward and to the point. He didn't push us into anything, which made our purchase so much more pleasant. Thai helped us with all the final paperwork and was very friendly. We are very happy with our purchase and our experience with Oro Dam Auto Center!!

A++++ dealership & awesome customer service. We traveled from SoCal to purchase a vehicle and our sales person Joel Russo made it an extremely easy and seamless process. He arranged our transportation from the airport (Our driver Ellis was amazing), had the papers and vehicle ready when we arrived. Everybody we came in contact with was extremely friendly, customer service was top notch!! Definitely recommend this dealership!

Stopped by just to look and check their offers. I never would've thought I could be financed into a brand new vehicle, but they were able to get me into a new Corolla and with a monthly payment I was happy with. Joseph was great at answering all of my questions in detail. Great place, not pushy, no stress, no pressure to purchase like the other places I visited. I would definitely recommend.

We were looking for a small work truck used. My other half connected with Joel in sales. He seemed like a nice enough guy and found us an 06 tacoma. I work 6 days a week 70 + hours. I get one day a week to work on things like this and I make all the financial decisions for the family. Joel called three times in the next 4 days to try to convince my husband to become pre-qualified and run credit even though my husband explained I would need to be available to do all of that. I spoke with Joel over the phone on my one day off. He seemed nice enough but he talked over me half of the time. Since I finally had a day to work on this vehicle situation, I decided I should kind of look around and see what else is out there and found really pickings are Slim. I decided since we have an alternate vehicle and do not need a truck right now today that we should save a little more for the down payment or perhaps even pay cash in another month or so. When we call Joel back to tell him we would not actually come out and test drive because we would like to save up more money and wait for a better deal he called my honey a liar exact words. Sad really because we will be buying a vehicle but certainly not from this location. Maybe management should give Joel a little explanation of how treating people disrespectfully for making the best financial decision for their own life does not pay out dividends for future sales...

I purchased my Camry from Oroville Toyota Chevrolet. They were very helpful in getting me the car we wanted. The employees that helped me with my purchase were very helpful and low pressure. They did not have the Camry we wanted in stock but they called around and had my Camry brought in to the dealership. Very good experience. Would defiantly recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Trying to find a vehicle in these trying times is a very daunting task. After a couple weeks of trying to do that on my own, with little luck, I stop by Oro dam Auto Center and enlist the help of Corey Brewton. I'm incredibly glad we did, as he worked tirelessly with us to help us find the right vehicle for us that fit in our budget. We will definitely be return customers in a few years when we're ready to buy a new truck.

The Service Team was extremely helpful. There were quite a few people there when I showed up and the staff member, I believe his name was Devin, was cool, calm and expedient. I appreciated the wonderful customer service and maintenance and will be coming back for any additional service needs.

My experience was great with Michael Tucker and Oro Dam Auto Center. I contacted Michael to initially locate a used 4Runner, but then gave it some more thought and decided on a new one. He searched high and low to find me what I wanted. Then I changed my mind again about what I wanted - still new, but with different features. So he searched again and found what I wanted. And I can tell you, as it was the end of the year, that was not an easy task. But he did find it and he got it here within the time frame that I wanted. They even got me a lower interest rate than I expected. I've used him once before when I cosigned for another car and though that was a little easier (they had the car on the lot), he did a great job then too! Thanks so much Michael - I am loving my new 4Runner!

This review is for the service department, not parts or sales.I have been to Oro Dam Auto Center for several warranty repairs on my GM vehicle. They were unable to fix one simple problem two times, and GM had to step in and referred me to another dealer, who was able to resolve the issue the first trip.I had a warranty repair for a seal around my shifter performed here, and all this dealer did was tear out the existing seal and didn't replace it with a new one. This borders on fraud.I received two years of free oil changes with the purchase of my car. The first (and only) time I had my car serviced here, they sprayed oil all over my engine and delivered my car back to me with the liquid oil all over the engine bay. I had to return and discuss the issue with the service manager, who offered to clean the engine bay and provided an air freshener for the oil smell. The burning oil smell remained for several weeks after the oil change. In addition to the oil issue, they managed to dislodge a side skirt and lost two access covers from when they put the car on the lift.Every experience with the service department here has been a negative one. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer for GM service.
