Great deli!I used to go in there all the time to buy their chickens and potato wedges, and now the deli has expanded substantially. They've added shrimp, fish and chicken sandwiches amongst other items, and the prices for the portions are very reasonable, albeit a little greasy. Their Original dipping sauce is delicious. And its convenient location near Lake Oroville, makes it a great place to stock up before hitting the lake.

The store has been well stocked with a healthy variety of groceries every time I have visited and the staff is very friendly. Get a savings number if you're going to be shopping there regularly, it makes a huge difference. This is also a great place to grab some fried chicken or sandwiches before heading out to the lake.

Their deli is amazing. Best chicken wings Ever! Tasty very light warm spice not over powering at all. Potato salads all are delicious and very best steak I've had in quite awhile. The people are sweet and helpful zero attitude. I will come back again and again.

This is a big store wrapped up into the perfect little family store environment. The employees are very friendly and very respectful. The store is clean as well. While you are there I'd suggest the chicken strips, absolutely great! Lakeside Market is an awesome little store! Thank you!

Always a great experience. Friendly, helpful and best of all NORMAL people work here...no plastic smiles or over-compensating-hyper-bubbly nonsense (thank you for this, guys). The products are a bit elevated, but that's to be expected since it's not corporate. Plus...THIS MARKET HAS EVERYTHING. Fried chicken here is hot n ready to serve and really good.

I always love to stop at this market. Always something different here. Their deli was open,( didnt know they had one been ages since last time I stopped in) they do have a awesome variety of food. I did get their monzerralla sticks, knowing they had been there for a bit surprisingly pretty good even though the young lady serving didnt have any or couldn't find any marinate sauce. Next time I must get their fish. Looks delicious. Great customer service huge store big variety of products. Check the place out, I'm sure you'll find something you'll love.

Their deli sandwiches are amazing. Fresh baked bread, good meat/cheese, and all the veggies you could want. Plus the ladies in the deli are sweethearts. I go there at least once a week.

Very friendly people - good cut of steaks and salmon - fresh fruit - and all the other amenities you would need being a road trip - vast and eclectic selection of wine/spirits/beer - family owned and operated - very affordable high quality fire wood - would recommend to anybody staying nearby or passing through.

I live like next door to this place. And I'm a procrastinator by nature. Not to mention, forgetful, OCD, ADHD & occasionally absent-minded, therefore, I occasionally forget key items when shopping at the larger chain supermarkets in town.Enter Lakeside Market. They seem to have just about every little thing that one might need from a grocery store- and then some! They have a full service deli that I have yet to try out but hear rave reviews about. They have gourmet fresh-brewed coffees as well as a full selection of fountain sodas with added flavorings or regular, Icee's, Freel shakes, . My personal fav-- they have a sweet little baked goods selection that I personally head straight over to every time I visit, whether I'm there for propane or perhaps a lottery scratcher. But don't think for one minute I don't pay dearly for my obsession over sweet baked goods (or for my dalliance lol). They usually apply a 100% mark up, which can really hurt where it counts. But that's the only drawback I can offer about these folks. The inflated grocery prices. But when it comes to some of the other things they sell, such as fuels (gasoline, diesel & propane)- I feel they are extremely competitive. There's another thing u won't find at too many other gas stations in town- the option of 24hr pay-at-the-pump. That's right, when u pay with a credit or debit card, u can hit the pump without even going inside- 24 hours a day! It's a nice option for many. Please note: Something I just learned last night regarding their full service propane filling- they recently implemented a new policy in this regard in which u must be there before 8PM if u want to get propane. Last night I arrived at 8:45pm (a full TEN minutes earlier than I normally might arrive) & asked for the propane guy to come out & was surprised when they told me "sorry, propane service stops at 8pm". Especially in light of the fact that just 3 evenings prior, I had shown up at approx 8:52pm, asked for propane guy, and boom, he showed up out at the big fill tank & happily obliged me. They claimed it was too much of a "liability" due to it being too dark, too cold & potentially unsafe overall. I understand that completely. I didn't mention that by 6pm (more like 5ish) it's already pitch dark so what about filling tanks in the other 2 hours of darkness ;) lol jk...I digress, the propane guy is really nice & said he would oblige me (lest I take my propane biz elsewhere) & even gave me a much coveted "loyalty rewards card" which I will cover later. Additionally, last time I got propane there (which was like at winter's outset), I noticed the propane company was installing a cage containing prefilled tanks, which is a nice choice if u prefer going the exchange route. Now, about this loyalty rewards card: it gets me points for every $20 I spend, in turn, for every 10 points I am rewarded a voucher for a free shopping trip worth x-amount of dollars (can't recall exact amount, $10?). When buying any of the usual staples such as milk, u get a nice discount when u use the card. Additionally, it rewards me every time I buy an item that has the yellow price sticker (I think! Will update when I confirm), I get an additional savings. Can't beat that.I'd like to add, I've noticed each time there's more than 3 people in line at the main register, someone USUALLY will open up another register. Such a relief when u are in a hurry! I love them for this detail! lolMost of their staff are friendly & willing to lend a hand-- long as u don't catch them right at closing; they, not unlike most of middle America, are very serious about getting out of there on time & don't take too kindly to those nightly customers trying to slip in the door bcuz it's "just barely 9:01pm" & being the only gig of its kind for miles-- trust me when I say this happens all the time. I know. As a lifetime procrastinator, I've been that customer. lol

We just arrived home From a lengthy trip in our RV. I Called Lakeside market near our home. I had heard that they would deliver groceries to the elderly. We were out of milk bread and eggs.Told them I would be happy to pay for it.A couple hours later, the Owner's grandson delivered two large grocery bags full of groceries. I had previously put $15 in an envelope thinking that would cover the bread, milk, and eggs. What a nice thing they are doing for our community during these stressful times.Thank you Lakeside market.

The Lakeside Market is on 162 at the corner of Kelly Ridge Road. It is the last gas station before the lake and Berry Creek area. They also carry propane here. This is also the closest market to Berry Creek and lake Oroville. The shopping center has a place to buy bait, a taco place two real estate offices Table Mountain Realty and Sunset Vista Realty all have very nice employees.
