Five stars for these guys! The owner came out to take the measurements for our sliding glass door, very nice guy. Chris ended up coming out for installation, by himself I might add, and got our door installed beautifully. He was very respectful and courteous and took his time to make sure our door looks perfect, he did a very nice job on making sure the trim looks nice too

Jackson s Glass is the only glass company I go to! They are the absolute best around!! They have great prices and amazing service. I have gone many many times and have always been 100% happy with the work! I just got my windshield prepared and the tech, Agustin, was outstanding!! 10/10 recommend!! No disappointments! Thanks so much!

Amazing service and complete attention to detail. Had 11 window's and a sliding glass door installed. 100% one of the best experiences I have had. Very helpful and accommodating. Needed glass panels cut for my cabinet doors. Not only did they do it while I waited, but when I brought them back to be cut down to the correct size, due to my impressive lack of measuring skills, they did so free of charge. It's clear that Jackson's Glass takes pride in providing a premium service to their customers. They are the gold standard!

They came out to look at 5 windows that I needed replaced. After leaving, they told me I would recieve a quote the next day.I waited a week before I called the first time, and was put on hold and then told that when Brad was back someone would send me a quote.Fast forward another 2 weeks. I call again, and I'm met with another "we'll call you back with it." Short, abrupt, not interested in my frustration having waited 3 weeks for a quote.The third time I called was the last. 3 months later, I call and I'm given the same response. I still don't have a quote, no windows were ever ordered. Now 7 months later and I have never heard back or recieved a quote.I hope the lack of attention and communication aren't a reflection of the quality of their work. I would hesitate to use a business that is so blatantly and unapologetically disrespectful of their customers time and patience.

One of their technician came out last Monday on 4/23 to get the measurements and to get the window type and before leaving the technician had advised me someone will call me sometime Tuesday or Wednesday of last week to provide a more accurate estimates to see if we would like to proceed with the replacement or not. No one has called me to provide an estimates as I was told. (FYI- I did asked the technician if I should call in to follow up on the quote in the next couple of days but he had assured me that someone will reach out to me.)

They lost one of my screens i was having them redo when I dropped off 6 and only got back 5 when asked about it the owner said that was all dropped off was 5. When called him about it has got mad acted like I ws waiting his time when it was my time that was being wasted. My screen ended up showing up later. And they told 3 different times they was going to call me and never did. Don't know why

Great company to work with for all of your glass needs. Home or auto glass services, this is definitely where we go. They made us replacement screens for our house and the fit perfect and very reasonably priced. Great people.

The front office staff seems untrained and uninterested. Their products are great and the quality of the install was very good. I think their paperwork system needs work; they have difficulty findings invoices and other information. Their return call rate is not satisfactory.

The installed my windows quickly and promptly. As well as the cheapest rates. Everyone wanted to charge for custom windows. I dont have custom windows. Super generic. I got an honest bid and good work. Will use them again.

I am very disappointed with Jackson glass. I had them out to look at a window for one of my units on my property because we use them as a vendor and never heard back. After 3 weeks of waiting to hear back (maybe the parts were taking awhile) I called them. Five times I had a young lady pick up and I explained the situation. I got the same answer someone will get back to you. That was 2 months ago and I have still yet to hear back from anyone. So, I called Cox glass and they got it done in 2 weeks. Communication is key, I would have rather had them call and say we don t have time or we don t want to do it... something would ve been nice.Service: Window repair

These guys were awesome.. They quoted me a great price.. Came through in a very timely manner . Did a great installation and were super sweet and professional all the way.. Will definitely be calling them again.. My new"go to" Glass company! Thanks guys!

I haven't had that much dealings with them but all l can say is they are prompt when you have an appointment. Plus they have done a great job fixing chips in my windshield. Great place

Had a car door window that wouldn't go up or down. Instead of charging me for parts I didn't need they cleaned out the track, charged me bare minimum and 2 years later the window has no issues. Compared to other companies who up charge on parts and inflate labor, I got the customer service you'd expect but rarely receive. I found an Oroville glass company for life, wish I can find a mechanic with the same business ethics.

These guys are so glass savvy & so very helpful. My husband was replacing a window on the cab of our RV. He had a question & called Jackson's Glass & they helped him over the phone & went out of their way to be helpful. God bless them!

Mr. Brad Jackson has been doing business in the surrounding areas for many years now. If there is anyone I would recommend it's him he knows all there is to know about glass if you need it done Jackson's Glass can do it and with a guarantee to back it.

I gave a low rating because there wasn't a lot of pride in their work. I had 3 window screens replaced. Sure it wasn't a big job, but 30 dollars is a big deal to me. The frames were returned to me dirty and a corner on the fram broken. Next time I'll replace the screen myself.

Called them to come out and measure a broken window for a quote,and they took it upon themselves to just fix it and then demanded we payed for the work they done,and when I told them the owner wouldn t be home for another 20 minutes because she was at work he said I ll wait then as if I was a lier and was trying to rip him off or something ! This company is unprofessional and acted like there hard up for work the way things went with this whole situation,so would definitely recommend going through another glass company in town like Miller glass

I thought since this location was right by my house that it would be drama free, I was wrong. 1 plus: They did come over the day I came in to measure (I'm 1 block away). After that I did not receive a call that it had come in so I could schedule (I had to go in to find out), I did not receive a reminder call the day before, and the day of I called in, when they were late, and I was told the guy called in sick and he forgot to call me. I told him I was not happy, he made excuses and noted the fact he "did come out to measure that first day". He asked to reschedule and I let him know this experience was not what I expected and that I would go elsewhere.

I call 3 months ago for a estimate on all our windows and they came out right away said I wound get a estimate within the week 3 months later I haven't gotten anything i have called 5 times called today 9/12/2022 they were going to get it to me by email by 5 today its 8pm and nothing wouldn't buy anything from them nowVery bad service !!!

I will never again have Jackson Glass in my home. I had my property stolen. I reached out to the owner of a Jackson Glass twice and has not called me back. The employer was his son. I am astonished someone would come into my home and steal medications.
