Vic helped us out late at night over on highway 70 in between Marysville and Oroville. Was quick with the pickup and got it to the house no issues at all! He was extremely nice and funny to talk to while unhooking the car. Thanks a ton Vic, truly appreciate it.

Within 15 minutes of calling the number on my AAA card, Victor showed up to change my flat tire on the side of the road. Way quicker than I expected. What I thought would be a massive wrench in my day ended up being a minor 20 minute inconvenience at the most. Thanks again, Victor!

Had to leave a review and give a major shout out to Victor! My car broke down on my home after celebrating my birthday and I requested a tow service through AAA. Within 10 minutes, Victor arrived and helped towed my car back to Chico. The service was prompt and top tier. Thanks Brower's and thanks Victor!

This is the second time Brower s has helped me. A wonderful guy named Victor helped us after my car broke down on the way back from Plumas. Kind and helpful service as always and I m happy with the service they ve provided!

Most horrible place ever to call for help! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER CALL THEM! NO STARS FROM ME.My granddaughter locked herself in my car and my keys were inside, (she's 1) and tow place said it would be 20 or more minutes before they'd be able to get to me, WITH AN INFANT LOCKED IN THE CAR!

Very courteous and friendly, tow truck operator wish I could give you more than five stars because I surely would I love I love Browsers Towing, when I need something towed or hauled . I called the best in the business and that's Brower's Towing.....I work with you guys for the past 40 years+You've Hauled sheds cars trucks & Containers for Me in the Past and in the Future.....A new employees didn't excellent job, for me

We have used this towing service 3 times and all three times the lady who does this dispatching has been extremally rude and impatient. This last time that I called for a tow service, I did not have the cash on hand so I asked the driver if I could drop off a payment to their office later in the day, he said, "of course no problem."About 30 minutes after he left, I received a phone call from the dispatcher asking why the driver wasn't paid. I tried to explain that I would drop off payment later in the day and before I could finish explaining she put the OWNER on the phone and she said, "Yeah this is the OWNER and that's not how we do things, I wouldn't call somewhere for a service and not pay, you better drop off a check by the end of the day because you will need us again."I will never use this towing company again, they may be quick to service but their office staff has horrible customer service and the fact that the owner speaks to customers that way is unbelievable, I can only imagine how many customers have been lost because of their attitudes.

The employee David made all the difference being extremely polite, patient, and understanding when I came to the tow yard. It made what would typically be a rather unfortunate situation for anyone to have to deal with concerning my car being there, a relaxed and manageable one free of stress. The help behind the counter was also extremely helpful with everything involving my situation. Everybody helped work with me to get exactly what I needed to get handled and in a timely manner. Thank you for being a respectable business that cares. I appreciate that a lot these days.

Had a wonderful experience with the gentleman that came out to tow my car this morning. I was having issues with a battery cable not coming off (it was very Corroded) Instead of having it towed he spent 45 minutes and got it off and new battery put in! I am so thankful he took his time and helped me out. Saved me from having to pay a shop to do this. AWESOME SERVICE!!!
