We brought my daughter's 90 Isuzu trooper in there after it wouldn't start as an emergency tow. The next day they had it fixed, running beautifully and the cost was minimal!

My car broke down and I took it to one shop they were nice but way out of my price range. Called Brauns and they were really nice, quick and within my budget. Great experience!

Sean and the team here are absolutely fantastic. They were able to get my car in the next day for brake replacement and had the car back to me the same day. Nobody beats the quality and prices these guys charge. If you live in Oroville I highly recommend this shop.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

My engine light was on truck wouldn't pass smog. Also i thought it needed a fuel pump. They diagnosed engine light issue and checked fuel system to verify issues before jumping in. They did work and everything worked out perfectly. My truck passed smog and fuel pump working great. I'm super happy and their rates are very reasonable and I did shop around also the work was completed timely. This is where I will have all work done from now on. Was having trouble with my brakes and cvc joints on my Jeep and needed help getting it taken care of quickly and efficiently. I called Braun's and within a couple of days they had me bring it in and by the end of the day they were done and I had my Jeep back. They did the work that needed to be done quickly and efficiently, they informed me of everything that needed to be replaced before they proceeded with the work and Sean, the representative was very informative, courteous, and was treated with respect. Will definitely take my vehicles back to Braun's for my automotive repairs and recommend them to my friends. Thank you Braun's!!

We had to have our car towed in because it wouldn't start. It was late afternoon. By the time we got home Braun's called us to let us know the problem was the starter. They had it fixed and ready for us early the next morning. They were very professional and courteous. I will be going to them for all of my car needs in the future. I highly recommend them.

Very happy with the services provided!! We had to be towed in for emergency cleaning/flushing of the entire fuel system which they did in a short period of time...completely, expertly and professionally! Yeah the guys at the shop where great had my transmission work done by ridge transmission in paradise after the fire they moved down to Oroville took the truck in they went over and beyond getting me serviced keep it up guys you were great.

What was a terrible day with my vehicle these folks got us in and back on the road without hesitation! They even picked us up because the tow truck driver couldn t (Covid) transport us! Over and above customer service! Highly recommend for your automotive needs! Big thanks to Sean, Mark and their whole team.

They let you know everything they find going on with your vehicle. They give you options on how the can fix it. Also give you an estimate or total and they break it down to what the parts are going to cost the labor will cost and the total.

Don't do any business with this company!! On AAA service call, their tow truck driver, Justin Franklin, cross threaded a lug nut on our truck and said his company would cover the cost of repair and then the owner, Ken Butler, who was extremely rude and condescending on the phone, refused to cover the cost!! BEWARE!!
