Appears to be new owners, seems to be as efficient. Prices are near the same from I can tell and the service people, although new are attentive and willing to do a good iob.

Used to be a five star place now I give it a two. There is free popcorn and coffee for your wait but it used to feel a lot nicer vibe up in here. I wonder what happened to the old boss. Now they are younger than me up in here and don't give two thoughts about quality.

The guys here are great! Send out notices by mail when you are due for another oil change. They even show you the end result of the oil after it's changed. Friendly staff that makes you feel your needs are being met. I like they answer any questions and don't try to push unneeded services

Avery's is the front shop Joe's Auto Repair just behind it. I go Joe's when I need a mechanic. So once in awhile I do some waiting. I've seen many costumers leave Avery's frankly I don't think I've seen anyone leave unhappy. They're up & up to me. On that alone a three. Nice folks = 1. So 3+1 score 4!

I like going to this place because as a woman I have the confidence that they will be honest and fair. They are fast and comparatively priced. Employees are professional.

They didn't honor there quote that they have over the phone and do not comply with ADA laws. Then to top it off they asked for my debit card pin. I highly recommend any place but here.

I drove from Tulsa, Ok to Oroville, Ca by the time I got to Reno my car was hollering "oil change"! So the next day I was recommended to Avery's. Thank goodness......they did a great job.

Quick and friendly service! They have good prices for their services and I use them for just about every oil change my cars get because they have the best service that you can get in Oroville.

Clean, polite, fast it works, some employees aren't as tall as a windshield needs to be cleaned, extended squeegie works for me at 5ft.
