I appreciate the professionalism and kindness from the staff employed here. I had a nail in my tire and wasn't able to purchase a tire at the time. The staff removed the nail and repaired my tire free of charge.Last year, I did get two new tires from here...the professionalism and quality of work is noteworthy.

Quick Service, they have to special order the tires I use on my vehicle. They usually get delivered same or next day. I will continue to go here.

Got the best prices in town and have variety of choices in stock other places didnt have my tire new tire zone had it in stock and installed in n out in about 20 minutes great work

They really know how to take care of you. Best prices and they work fast. I originally got a set of 4 tires and an alignment 2 years ago and I really liked the service they provided. A couple days go I went so they can check out my tire and it had a nail in it and had it replaced and it was fast. I totally recommend this place and will be back.

Both the front office and the mechanic were very knowledgeable. Provided their recommendations and let me make the decision without and pressure. Definitely a positive experience.

The guys here are super awesome, they did not have my tire in stock and I was in the area on business from San diego with a flat. They offered to patch the tire so I could make it back safe to San diego free of charge and offered to order the tires for me if I was going to be in the area in the future. You just don't get this sort of genuine service let alone a free tire patch with no hidden agenda. These guys are winners in my recommended service book.

This was the first place that popped up on my Google. Very amazing customer service. Even though they was busy they was super fast and the owner said no charge. I was so surprised. Such a great business. I recommend this place not because of the free tire repair but because they was so great with their customers. Great job Tire Zone.

I had a nail in my tire, didn't know about it and woke up the next day to find a flat at my hotel. I'm from Fallbrook so I had no idea where to go. I called Tire Zone and Mike was SO KIND!! He and his employees are just top notch. They work fast and efficient!! So glad I had a flat and a chance to meet some good people in Ontario. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

Great prices, awesome customer service. I ordered a set of 275/40R20 to replace the worn out rears on my Magnum, they had to special order my size, but they had them in the next morning even though I called last minute the evening before and they had me back on the road with time to spare on my lunch break.

I have been there twice. Excellent service, fair prices, clean shop and very courteous bilingual (Spanish) staff. They have coffee water and a very clean waiting room.I have already recomnended it to my daughter.

Customer service in this location is not good. When I walked in and asked about getting a tire rotation on tires I had bought there the girl that helped me out made it seem like I was an inconvenience to her. I used to go to the one in Irwindale that one is smaller but WAY better. I moved out to Ontario a few years back and that's why I was giving this one a try but nevermind I rather keep driving to the Irwindale location than to come here again.

Really great tire shop, I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it for free and even took off my spare tire and put the one they fixed back on. Really fast and great service. Definitely recommend for anyone.

Had picked up a nail one of my car's tire. They repaired the issue in timely matter even when they had lots of others vehicles to work on. Professional representatives as well. Will be returning when I need a new set of tires.

These guys move fast. I was in and out quick and the workers are very professional. Mike is a great guy and is courteous as always. I highly recommend TireZone to everyone.

They did a tire rotation, drove off property the middle of my rim came off. Went back to get it, had been run over by another car. Went back to show owner, told me it was plastic and probably not worth much. Paid $ 35 for each piece, never coming back again.

Charged me $65 for a alignment. While the guy across the street wanted $145. Amazing people

Had to take my car in to correct the alignment job that the Covina location didn't do correctly. From now on, I'm going to the Ontario location. These guys know what they're doing!!

The tire zone is the best deal east of the Mississippi River Steve the owner will work with you he beat Everybody by $90 I was in and out of there in 20 minutes great job great tires friendly people
