They we're great when it came to service. We had a piece of wood hit our car on our way home and the plastic cover under the car came loose. They we're very kind to assist us at our time of need. I would go back to them to give them my business.

I have to say this place does a really great job had my car breaking down over and over again after I brought it in to Tap Automotive Martin the mechanic took care of the problem my car has been running great ever since thank you guys.

The Best customer service ever, and they always go an extra step to make me happy with their service, I take all my cars to them, Mercedes, infiniti, Nissan Van, Sprinter and Isuzu Box Truck they are all on the road because of Tap Automotive

The plastic cover protecting the bottom of my car fell out on my way to work so I had to go to the nearest auto shop hoping they wouldn t charge me an arm and a leg to either pop it back on or take it off entirely- they were kind enough to lay on the ground in the parking lot and just take care of it for me and send me on my way. 10/10 would recommend, thank you! :)

Great experience every time my family and I go. We service all of our family s car here ( 8 cars). Carlos is one of the best mechanics we have ever dealt with, from his knowledge of cars to his service. Claudio is very knowledgeable young man as well with great service. Definitely recommend this shop.

I have been to many automotive shops and as a woman many shops tend to take advantage of the fact that I may not know much about cars. Let me say that I have found my forever mechanic shop. The service is very professional and the employees were very attentive to exactly what my car needs. Not once did I feel like I was taken advantage of and I will definitely be going back for all my vehicular needs. My son loved all the pictures on the wall in the waiting room. To be able to find honest mechanics is extremely rare which brings me to my experience at this particular shop, it has been overwhelming and very rewarding. To explain the service, reasonable timeframe and customer service is beyond words, the two guys that perform duties here are highly knowledgeable and very skilled at this mechanic stuff..I recommend this establishment to everyone that is interested in honest and precise vehicle maintenance service.. a sincere thanks to Claudio & Jesus..you guys rock!!

Never reviewed any business before, but then again never have had such honest, friendly and efficient business worth taking the time to do so. I would recommend Tap to anyone. Great prices and service everytime we have had any work done there. Nice to have a place where they member your name.

Honesty is vital when it comes to auto repair...Tap is the poster child for it. Great place. Outsranding customer service. Quality work. I will always be a Tap customer. Way to go guys!!! Keep up the good work.
