I needed a couple of windshield garnish moldings installed and was referred to this establishment by another five star automotive business. The quality of the work and price can t be beat. I was really satisfied with the work that they did. The employees were friendly and courteous and professional. This establishment has been around for 29 years a lot experience. There s plenty of parking with the handicap stalls at the front entrance. I recommend this business to those who want a professional job and great prices.

I was looking for a window regulator replacement for my 2015 Ford Escape and Rios Auto Glass was the second place I called. The gentleman that I spoke with gave me a quote that was $100-$175 less than the estimated quote that I was given from the first place I reached out to for an estimate. I brought my car in and was told that it would be about a couple of hours, and my car was indeed ready in two hours. I was so happy with my experience that I couldn't help but tip. If you need any auto glass services done on your car, call Rios Auto Glass first. I'm very thankful that I did.

I called around & Gueillermo was the friendliest voice saying come on in & well take care of u. I had 3 broken windows that cost me about the price everyone else was charging me to fix 1. Great prices & friendly family business, everyone(Guillermo & his sons)are all friendly & helpful & greet u with a smile. All 3 windows were done within 2hrs, I am 100% satisfied & will recommend to everyone. I'll also be bringing my 3rd car in next week that I've been fixing up so he can work on the windows on that. Can't wait to take it cruising:) it was also a pleasure to meet Gueillermos sister who was also getting her window fixed todayThank u, Linda

Had my car broken into and this was a definite character building moment. The person who decided to take my wife lunch bag (it looked like a purse) just got some snacks and more then likely had some issues. I m just happy that we were able to drive home and no one was hurt.Was able to find Rios shop and told him what happened. He told me he can get me an original window and it would take a few hours to in get it and install it.They knocked it out the park. He vacuumed my car and put everything back together like nothing ever happened.They are such wonderful people and they will take care of you.Thank you Rios Auto Glass for amazing work.

I took my son car to have driver window repair they were quick, friendly and prompt. They had quoted me over the phone and no up selling , paid and was happy with the work. Monday I took my car in for the windshield repair and once again quick an friendly. Quick, wonderful and amazing service ! I took advantage of their mobile service. They showed up on time, where very polite and informative. Very quick and efficient work, even helped me install new windshield wipers. Highly recommend this business. Price less by was over half of what the nationwide, seen on tv business offered for the same window!

I needed to get my front windshield replaced. I called every other shop within a reasonable distance from me. This shop was the cheapest. From talking to them on the phone to meeting them in person they were friendly and professional. I dropped my car off and they called me less than 2 hours later to let me know my car was ready. I picked up my car inspected the window and all accessories, everything was perfect. There was a bit of dirt and dust on the dash. If they would have left the dash spotless as it was delivered to them that would've been the cherry on top. Either way, that's not a big deal. It's definitely not enough to drop a star. All in all, I will highly recommend them to anyone needing any auto glass work.

I had to get a passenger window on my Colorado truck replaced. I called ahead and got assured they had the replacement on site. They went above and beyond in helping me out. They took care of broken window and replaced it with ease and very professional.

I was recommended to this shop by my mechanic and was very happy he did. The staff was polite and very nice. They replaced my windshield on my BMW and did a great job. The price was well below Safe-lite's quote. They used quality glass and showed me what to look for when replacing the windshield. Also they dropped me off at the mall while they worked on my car. Needed my driver's window replaced and I called in for a quote. Tried checking other places, but I guess I had it right the first time. They were super quick, finished within 45 minutes. Window works and looks flawless. Highly recommend!

Rios auto glass was great, it was recommended by my neighbor, I took my bmw and was treated very well, giving a very good price, and service on my vehicle was super quick. I'm coming back for a seperate matter but this place is a solid spot for auto glass for sure.

I called 7 shops near me to replace the vent window on my Honda with prices ranging from 120 to 150. Rios price was 75. Far superior prices and the lady at the desk was very kind. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

Do not go here, very bad work, and very hard to deal with, did nothing right on my car and did not want to make it right, I gave him the opportunity to make it right and give me a refund! the man has zero love for his work and it shows! My window now leaks and my visors and headliner are now ruined, possibly my ttop too.. terrible service and product please stay far away! My dad & family used to get all their cars done here, never ever again,, now I have to pay double for their horrible job, he asked me If I was going to paint the car, basically calling my car a peice of junk, one more sad thing is my last name is also Rios, doesn't get much worse, bad shop!
