I live in Victorville, but take the drive when necessary as this is the best shop I have dealt with. The owner Ramon is personable, kind, and does a great job. I have had multiple vehicles repaired and worked on and have never had to return for the same issues. This shop is my go to, and will be from here on out.

Very dissatisfied. I tried this place out Only because my mechanic doesn't specialize in electrical. Was helped by a younger guy named Ramone & he was helpful. Came by a 2nd time to get motor mounts & immediately felt uncomfortable with the older man who I guess is also named Ramone... Go figure. He wasn't even working on my car for an hour & dude really called me , telling me i needed another job done. In my head I'm thinking "you can't even fix one job without hassling me to get another job done", that's alarming to me. So that was annoying. I wasn't planning on coming back, but I had an emergency & I was really close to RC Auto. So I called them & managed to get my car to start, so I drove over to the shop & dropped it off. I call back 4 hours later & the older guy Ramone is of course, no help. He says he "can't find the part today, maybe tomorrow". So I ask " well how much was the part?" He replies with "I don't know". How are you looking for a part & not know the price?????? Basically my problem with them is that they waste time. I'm a young woman, you really think I have time to be waiting around for a car to be fixed?To the older man ramone: You seem very miserable, maybe you should choose a different career path. Or RETIRE . RATE: 0/0

They do everything here. Very honest and compassionate people. Both the son and the dad work as a team and get your car to you very quick.. I highly recommend this shop to anyone!!

Great people! The best I have dealt with, you cannot go wrong here. Unlike any other mechanics, it is cheap and the work is top notch. They know what they are doing. A+

Rc Auto Concept made my fear of little shops go away they gave me the best customer service and honest work hands down I would definitely recommend you too trust these guys whether it's a small , big , or custom job make no mistake Rc is the best in the Inland Empire
