Called to make sure they would fix my tire on my Porsche before I drove there. Then I show up and the guy says some dumb excuse of no we don t touch Porsches because of liability I needed my tire patched not engine work

They are really cool and nice people and hooked me up with a free center cap for one of my rim that was missing, I'm coming back to get rims soon they have a great deal that you can't miss out on check them out you won't be disappointed.

So I purchased a new 2017 Chevy Cruze LT with stock rims witch I didn't like at all, so I did some research and come to find out that the bolt pattern for this Chevy Cruze is a odd bolt pattern, so I arrived to this Rent-A-Wheel in Ontario. I was assisted by this gentlemen name Tim Abell, his Customer Service is amazing and truly took the time to help me with all my needs and even called me back numerous times with rim options, witch may I reminded you rims for this car are very Limited ones we found the correct rims design, Color, bolt pattern, Tim then to the time to fully explain the contract lease agreement in detail.... So if you're looking for a set of rims or tires I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATIONI!, ONE'S YOUR THERE ASK FOR "Tim"! you will be amazed is great customer service. Thank you Time Abell for your amazing Customer Service, your time and hard work.

( they do not care about you) VERY NICE RIMS BUT(DONT LET THEM INSTAL YOUR RIMS) spent over 2500$ The old short guy who installed my rims shook my hand like a b**ch .the ride home was SHAKY AF , it felt like they were going to come off. I went the NEXT DAY , THE MANAGER TOLD ME I don t know what my guy did and he s not here so I don t Know what to tell you

They did more than Great service I seen an ad on youtube and made an account and Hector Immediately got into contact with me and gave me great options for my cat and Gabriel even let me see how they would look on my car they did amazing and my car look sick as hell.

Super awesome customer assistance. When I first showed up I had a million questions they helped me out and had my truck looking great. The manager there Jesse I think is his name. Is very knowledgeable. Don t hesitate to go check them out to get you truck/car looking right.

I really enjoyed the customer service here especially from Jesse who helped me find the tires I needed with a good price and good RTO plan for my Chevy Equinox and when I ran into trouble with a flat they had no problem helping me, Jennifer also displayed impressive customer service I will definitely be recommending friends and family to this location.

they did the allignment wrong twice and then gave me a kit with a charger and air pump and said it was free and proceeded to charge me for it

I had a flat and I called to see if they can take me in the same day. Thankfully, they were able to check and repair my tire meanwhile having a pleasant experience. Grateful they were able to take care of me in such a short notice.

I love the staff here! They are a great team. The experience of renting was easy and any issues or questions I have, are always answered. The selection in some cases are limited, but they will find what your looking for. They do special orders and if you pay your stuff on time they respect you even more, because they do their best to give you what you want and need. If you are having a hard time paying they also find otions to help you, unlike most places.

I was nicely greeted by Q, who was very knowledgeable with tires and rims that was available for my car. The rims that I ordered were damaged in the process of being delivered, so Q helped me find some other cute ones, which I liked. Only issue that I had was I was told a wheel alignment would be included with my purchase, but with the kind of vehicle that I had they could not accommodate me, and had no other resources. This was a big disappointment. Other than that my experience there was great.

I ve been a loyal Rent A wheel Customer for many years now. Jesse and his crew at Ontario Rent a Wheel are amazing. Always greet you with a smile and make you feel more like family than a customer. They are very quick to get you in and out in a timely manner. Thank You for all you do.

My car got into a little accident where it popped 3 of my tires. I desperately needed them replaced and low on cash. Rental a Wheel was just a suggestion Google offered me. I checked it out and was surprised I was able to get pre approved. I walked in put a little down and walked out with 4 brand new tires and rims. I am so happy, Jesse and Chris were such a great help. They made us feel welcome at the store. I have already suggested this place to a few of my friends and family members :)

this wheel shop is awesome they took care of me, it was as simple as me bringing my phone keys and wallet, they got me approved within minutes, got me rolling on some fresh new wheels in about an hour, the boys Jesse and Juan they took care of me!!!

Just sharing my experience, as I am currently here at the Ontario location. I came in for a balance and rotation, hoping to be in and out. There was one car ahead of me, one in the bay (I heard work going on) and at least four associates working. It's been almost 2 hours and my vehicle has not moved. Definitely not a great experience. I'm going to tow my motorcycle with me next time.

I got a set of tires from here and I had to buy on time even though it is more expensive to buy on time, like anything you buy this way, the crew here are very helpful. The complaints you read are because people are not listening and asking questions when they sign the contract. I have had a couple of hick ups on my end of things and they have always been helpful. Remember a place of business is there to sell you a product, help you with the purchase and make sure you receive the product so they can make a profit so they in turn can pay their bills and staff. Remember if you want to play you have to pay. Hats off to you at rent a wheel.

RENTAWHEEL is definitely a place to come and have your tires checked or even get new rims and tires. If you are a person who loves your car and wants to be treated right this is the place. Ask for Jesse he has a Great customer service!

Omg!!!!! I truly appreciate these guys here, y all don t even know how much I m grateful for the honesty and safety they provided me. They really saved my life and Kids lives, literally, we could ve been in a bad wreck at any moment or time. So, quick background story on why I m grateful.I have a 2013 Dodge Dart. I drive up and down the hill 5 days out of the week, sometimes 7. I ve been going to this one place buying new but used tires that they get off newly wrecked cars. I m a single mom so yes I was being as frugal as possible. Any who, my front tires were bald (mind you I had the tires only 7 months) and I ve been procrastinating because I work and when I have breaks I m running around taking care business etc. I finally decided to come in thanks to my mom but I was skeptical because how much you pay at the end of the rent to own type things. Any how, I decided to go and check it out. First thing when I walk in there I was greeted. The atmosphere in there was relaxed and cool.I work (obviously) so my break was coming to an end. I m like give me the cheaper stuff give me the cheapest at the cheapest deal lol We finally worked it all out or whatever it was time for me to get back to work. Already had paid for everything so it was supposed to be a quick get the tires on once I get off work and bring my car back. I go back to work and then I get off and I get back down there they take my car to the back. They re in the process of working on it. However, not to long he comes back like I m want to show you something come here.So, they show me my wheels. I already know that they were bald but no that wasn t the problem. The actual studs that actually hold the tires on the car we re not the correct ones. He says they were just falling out now mind, I was just thinking somebody stole two Lugnuts off my tires. In the apartments I live I m telling the apt manager to look at the cameras because people stealing parts off cars but that wasn t the case. It was a very eerie feeling to know that my kids and I were in a car that the wheels could ve popped off at any moment or time. We go to Monterey Bay, up north, Long Beach and any and everywhere our hearts desires. So, anyway, he shows me how easy they were falling out just by pushing it with a finger. Eerie! I cried to my mom because where I live Ian close to where I work. I live up the hill and my job is downhill. I take the 15 freeway every morning early mornings and I drive close to the Cliff all the time because less traffic. He was like you re really blessed. Yes I am. I pray all the time and to God was covering us the he was in so grateful. I m really upset because the guys before the great folks At Rent-A-Wheel, were just popping on tires for a sale not saying anything because if happened with them at Rent-A-Wheel I know it had to happen with them. Especially, lately in the news that one family just went off a cliff somehow that could ve been us cuz if faulty wrong size studs. Tim wasn t going to let me leave from his location with my car. They just didn t feel comfortable because it wasn t safe at all. I m really grateful for these guys at Rent-A-Wheel Ontario because they caught it in a fix the problem. Went above what they needed to do not only for my sale satisfactory but our overall safety. They went above and beyond customer service to fix this issue. Ready to pay for the correct size and everything. I m like no I ll give you the money thankfully the Fontana store had them in so he went came back. He was like I know you re in a rush. I m not in a rush you re saving my life and my kids lives. I would never rush safety just beat the traffic to get home because Coachella started and I knew the fwy was going to be packed and I didn t want to be in that traffic. In the end everything turned out awesome, there wasn t any traffic once everything was done and I got in my way home.Again, thank you team Rent-A-Wheel you guys really are life savers
