They send coupons through the mail for multiple services. I went once for a smog check, as soon as I said I have a coupon,they said their machine was not working. Today I went in for an oil change with the coupon for $11.99.Again,everything was going great until I mentioned that I had a coupon.The guy told me that they don't carry the synthetic blend oil that was advertised on the coupon,They only have full synthetic oil.THE COUPONS ARE A SCAM JUST TO GET YOU IN THERE.THEN THEY TRY TO SELL YOU SOMETHING THAT IS MORE EXPENSIVE OR THEY JUST TELL YOU THAT THEY CAN'T HELP YOU.

Those people are so so nice and friendly. Isabella was super sweet over the phone which made me wanna go there. There, her and Mark took great care of me and the car I brought in. I went in for an inspection, they were very thorough and took their time to explain all the details to me. Highly recommend.

New owners... $70 for My Nissan oil change. Had been paying $100 plus at Jiffy lube. . Definitely coming here from niw on.Great customer service.Will definitely be returning if my car needs anything done. Thank you.

Purrfect in Ontario is a scum place. Don't go there. I took my 2016 sorento for smog test and Mark Wong the technician failed me visual inspection, while the car passed the computer functional checks. Wong told me I needed to replace VALVE Cover (not the gasket, which has no leaks by the way.) They were quoting me about $660 just for the valve cover. I went to my Kia dealer technician friend for a 2nd opinion and he laughed at me when I asked him if the valve cover needed to be replaced. I took the car to a test only station not very far from purrfect and it passed in 10 mins.The technicians at the test only station informed me that purrfect has a reputation of failing people after using their $24.99 coupon. They make money making you do unnecessary repairs at their shop. Don't be fooled by their coupon. They will rip you while pretending they are honest people. I will never go back to their shop, even for a simple oil change.

Harry and his guys are amazing. They have helped me out of a jam 3 times now with my car. Their detail and knowledge about cars is extensive and they identify problems so quickly and work with you on financing. From oil changes to larger jobs they got you covered.

This place ripped us off don't come here they seem nice and straight up but they're not they charge a lot on labor they say they'll replace things but really all they do is install them back in or put cheap stuff not worth it trust me read this before you go in

Purrfect every time. Second time I go to them to fix my mistake on my cars. I m a do it your self guy but learning. So far second time they save me.

Honest and efficient. I went in for a transmission fluid drain and fill, thinking I would need the filter replaced as well, but was told it didn't have an external filter. Instead of just draining the fluid they flushed the transmission fluid for the same price. They could have easily said they replaced one to charge me extra, yet told me it was an internal filter for my car saving me money. Owner of repair shop was very kind, explaining what I needed to repair in the near future,, the cost and why it was needed.

Prices our outrageous! The owner is very hostile and rude. As soon as you say your going to compare prices this man will turn from nice to unprofessional. He was trying to over charge me. I felt very uncomfortable and yelled at me in front of everyone for wasting his time. Never again. He could have stayed profesional and could have said thank you for stopping by. Unbelievable.Service: Brakes

Horrible.Do not go here. Needed air conditioner recharged and was told it would be $250 for everything with tax but was charged $275? Why would you charge my card a different amount than what was agreed thats shady and the owner lied. Computer system was down so I didn't receive an invoice for the services until the next day I had to go back to get it and a warranty for the services was not listed on the invoice I dont like that and Im not happy with the service.Service: Air conditioning

Just went for an oil change $130.00. Price was just $20.00 more then normal, the problem is that the never change my oil filter. Once they said there where done I told the i wanted to see my old oil filter. They didn't. Went to another oil service place. They should me they never change the oil and the oil filter. If u go. Look at the work while they r working on your car.

If I could rate lower I would. Went for smog check last week and it didn't pass. Did repairs for parts they said were not working (parts manager said parts were good) then returned for recheck a week later to get told that I needed to come back in 1 1/2 hours since their only technician wasn't there. When I returned I was told they needed to keep my truck overnight because they were busy. This seemed strange since I was told last week their smog services are first come first serve. I have heard other people complain about this business and now I understand why .I don't trust this business. What smog check business only has 1 technician???

I can't explain how frustrating and disappointing Purrfect Auto Service is. I was looking for AC service and after three weeks they've achieved nothing. I was given the worst customer service and I was also blamed for them not fixing my car. I urge you to find another location for your car.

Service was quick, but pricing over the phone compared to when you get there is ridiculous. You show up expecting to pay a certain amount and walk out paying more than you were told.

Went for a smog check, long story short ended up being there for 3.5 HOURS , cause the mechanic thought my engine was tampered with . But thats how the car comes as OEM .... wasted my whole day .

A place like this if not good for the people do away with these cheaters CALL THE BAR & THE BBB IT HELPS This is it true note I went there with a nice Monte Carlo to get a smog the guy tells me to put $100 in my front seat and he will pass it I thought that was crazy my car does not have a problem they are very Crooked there you would think his boss walking around would say something he's in the program with them he'll look at your car and tell you you have a problem with this and it's not even true I strongly advise no one to go there look at the ratings from other people the people that give it props are probably their friends I will be calling the bar and the BBB today it's very frustrating upsetting just to think how people can be just to make an extra dollar thank you for your attention this is the one on Central Avenue just passed mission

These nitwits stripped my oil pan, then tried to charge me $400 to fix it. The previous time they changed my oil, they apparently tightened the drain plug too tight. When they removed the drain plug on this visit, the threads in the oil pan came with it. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY!

I got rip off . I went for smog check my car. They stopped during the test and said my car need timing adjustment otherwise it would not pass.

I should have read the reviews before taking my daughters car here!!! They are a rip off!!!! If I can rate lower I would!!!! You will regret it if you bring your car here!!!! My biggest mistake was coming here!
