I ordered part from them and they delivered when we were going to install the part didn't fit right and then l sent the part back to exchange or refund they refused and they said take back and take some pictures to see how it did not fit and send the pictures via email and then will see. And by the way we by a lot of parts from this company it's not one time shot. I think they should check their policies once again this is total

Good prices and parts but very low customer services specially Lucia I asked her if I can used the bathroom she said no public restroom I m not a public I m a customer any business must provide restrooms for employees and customer, is mandatory by the city to any open business. I did used the restroom anyway lol :) but hopefully management do something about customer service..

I've been dealing with this auto body parts company for a few years it's good so far. As a shop I have no problems getting the right parts for my jobs

Personally i dont like it i order a part and they toll me they have it there but they dont check physically and just waste my time trying to get that part i dont recommended

They were able to provide parts that were needed with such efficiency. It was pretty easy getting the things that I needed. Great Company!

Good deals on aftermarket parts but just remember made in China not the same as oem and not always the same fit
