Couldn t be more thankful that we landed at Ontario VW. We could ve went to any other dealership, but I knew this was the one. The moment we walked in, we were greeted, treated with respect, and because I knew what I wanted, it made the process much easier. Our salesman, Eric, was absolutely amazing. He educated me on the SUV and it made me want the vehicle even more. The sales manager that evening, Brian was very welcoming to my family (including my children) and made us feel welcomed. Anyone knows that buying a car can be a long process but being there did not make us feel that way. Overall, I am pleased with the legendary service we received from the staff at Ontario VW. I am all smiles with my purchase.

My experience at this dealership was absolutely stellar, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating, primarily due to the exceptional service provided by Eduardo Zermeno, the finance manager. The highlight of my visit was the purchase of an ID4, which initially felt like a dream come true. However, shortly after leaving the dealership, we encountered an issue with the AC, which was particularly challenging given that we live two hours away.The response from the sales manager was disheartening, as they initially suggested there was nothing they could do since the car had left the lot. This is where Eduardo truly shone. Demonstrating outstanding customer advocacy, he not only arranged a rental for us while our car was being serviced but also revisited our contract. His rationale was fairness and customer satisfaction, recognizing that encountering issues so soon after purchase was not right.Eduardo's dedication to ensuring our vehicle was thoroughly checked and resolved before we drove off again was immensely reassuring. His actions went beyond the standard customer service they showed genuine care and a commitment to excellence. If it weren't for Eduardo, my rating for this dealership would have been significantly lower. My heartfelt thanks to Eduardo for turning a potentially negative experience into a testament to outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

A big thank you to service advisor Steven Watkins and the techs that worked on my car.This was my first time using this dealership as I live in Illinois, I did a road trip from Chicago to LA and after a few days I had a check engine light come up. I called in the afternoon and Ontario VW was able to get me in the next day at 8am.They diagnosed and it turned out to be an emission issue, thankfully they were able to get the part replaced the same day.Steven did a very good job of explaining everything and was very knowledgeable. Overall very professional and made everything simple. Thanks again!

The entire process was seamless until one of the managers started to question if we even had the cash in the bank to cover the cost of the car since we were buying it cash. We felt offended by that, obviously we had the money or we would not have made a cash offer. It was late on Sunday evening and we were trying to figure out the best way to pay, he assumed we did not have the money and that is why we were racking our brains trying to figure this out. The person at financing was very short with us, he either had a bad day or a long day, we were his last customers for the day, but I felt that we were owed the same courtesy as if we had been first of the day. He did not even say, "congratulations". He made us feel as if we were a burden.

The whole team worked together to make everything happen quickly. From having a great selection, quickly appraising my trade in and the finance department getting it done. I was very happy with the whole process.

My experience at this dealership was wonderful thanks to Eduardo Zermeno, he gave me a absolutely amazing service in the purchase from my volkswagen Atlas . The process was smooth and accurate, Eduardo really make the difference, is the best financial manager. I'm thankful for great attention that he gave me.

I called the service Department and spoke with Steven. He went above and beyond to help me. The call took all of two minutes, he found out the problem I was having then took my number. He then spoke to the mechanics and a off site vendor, then verified and sourced the part required. Called me back and was able to set an appointment within a couple of days. I dropped off my car and received a call on the day that it was to be finished. When I arrived at the Dealership I was informed vehicle was ready and the final price was even less then the original quote. I have never had such a smooth experience at any dealer in my life. The parts were ordered, the work was completed all within the original time frame that was explained the first time I called. Steven was also very nice and personable, Thank you again.

staff was very friendly and professional. I was there to correct 4 recalls. i think, I should've gotten a gas fill-up, car wash, something. it ended up costing ME money to get them fixed, cause i had to Uber to work.. very disappointed... Your recalls should NOT COST the customer ANY money its already taking my time to drop-off and pick up. Do better Volkswagen !!!

Alvaro was amazing. It was the smoothest car buying transaction I have ever experienced. It was zero pressure, he made sure I knew all the options, gave me time to decide and even gave the exact offer I was looking for on my Tahoe trade-in right off the bat!! He even went as far as to unwrap some of the brand new black Jetta to be sure I got to see that color and drive the exact car I would be buying. He was the best. Once I made the decision he made sure I was through the buying process quickly and off in my brand new car in no time (total time there 2.5 hours!!! Amazing)

This place is a joke, made us drive 40 minutes to find out they sold the car we were going to buy. Set up an appointment and everything. The service manager knew as well. Pretty sad, best part was they didn t even apologize for it. But don t worry they were super nice and excited to show us the car they sold under our nose.

This just proves again that it 's not what you know but who you know. Alvaro Garcia is a top-notch guy that I'd feel comfortable recommending to anyone wanting to buy a VW, even my mom if she was still alive. He communicates well. He does what he says he'll do. He doesn't try to run any games or use fast talk. He displays rare and commendable integrity in a field that isn't noted for that. His concern for a satisfied customer goes above and beyond, and that's the reason we've recently bought three cars from him. The dealership that he's a part of , from Jimmy to Gabriel to Jason to Brad to Eduardo to the lovely little man who keeps the place clean, is just a great place to do business. I am happy to send anyone your direction if they want to buy a terrific car or need service.

This was our first time to your location and we were very pleased with the communication between your service rep and us. As well we liked the link provided to consider our options at the time of service to approve or deny service that was recommended to us. We felt as if all of our concerns were handled or discussed.

Overall I have had a good experience with this dealership. I feel like this time they could have been better with communicating. I had to call several times to see what was going on with my car. It took longer than expected be cause the technician broke a part and it had to be ordered. I dropped it off on Friday 9/22/23 and was supposed to get it back Saturday or Monday but didn't get it back until Tuesday. I wasn't offered a car to drive, I had to ask for it.

They didn't try to change the price on me when I got there. They also had no problem showing me different models and options they had available. I ended up super happy with my purchase at the end of the process. I highly recommend this dealership!!

If you are taking your car into have a repair that requires a yes my drive make sure you note your mileage in and out.I took my car in for a repeated problem. The service department could not find the noise again. They told me they drove the car a few miles. The miles listed on my drop off paperwork and the miles on my odometer were the exact same at pick up were exactly the same, yet my pick up paperwork had 2 miles added. So someone lied about driving the car.If you expect your car to be repaired in good faith you might consider taking your car elsewhere.

Unprofessional sales man, Alvaro, big ego, and have no knowledge about their product. I ask them to show me the new ID 4 adaptive cruiser control, the sales manager has no clue about it and says: have you drive any other cars? It s like every other car. (Which every car is different, not to mention Tesla don t even have buttons). And I ask how about line keeping function, and the guy says only pro s plus come with line assist ( but actually is a basic function for all trims). Bro just expect you to learn everything about doing his job and pay he extra for that.End up buying from San Bernardino, stuff there is more knowledgeable about their products and very nice.Just don t buy it from this guy, don t encourage lazy ego people. Buy it from the people that s hard working and understand customer service.

The service is bad , the prices are rip off and this will make me never consider VW again for any car in the future , they even charge me surcharge for paying with credit card and they charge me $500 for a small part . This is insane .
