I went to Ralph's last week and this place advertised Smog Checks for $38. I called today and spoke to a gentlemen I believe his name was Abraham. I told him my car needed a smog check and gave him the make and model, he said it would be $38. I told him I lost the receipt if I could still get the price advertised and he said yes. When I walked in a big guy sitting in the "office" told me it would be $45 and I needed the receipt for the $38 price. I tried to explain myself but he had a not so nice/friendly attitude. It's not so much about the $7 difference, it's his attitude that made me turn around and take my business somewhere else.

Great fast service. Prices more than reasonable. Old style service station has the old fashioned service to go with it. A few other customers came in while they were working on my van. They were all greeted by name. For me thats a good sign.

Worst mechanic place I have visited. They upcharged the hell out of Monroe struts. They were charging me $300 for one when I could buy it from RockAuto for $130. Charging me $1000 for two front struts is outrageous.

BEWARE! They told me I needed to replace a very expensive part. Not only did they lie about the part needing to be replaced but they replaced it with a stock part rather than replacing it with the same or equal high performance part I had in my car to begin with. I trusted their word but they took advantage of my trust & ripped me off! I will never ever do business with this shop again.

I cannot say enough good things about the shop I have been in the car business for 30 years I am not from Ontario and somehow by the grace of God I was lucky enough to find this shop,The gentleman I worked with, is named Memo - in every aspect of our dealings he was honest and straightforward and never overcharged me even when he could ve I cannot say enough good things about this man and the shop.Memo stayed in contact with me and went above and beyond.Never in my life over the last 30 years in the car business have I ever come across anyone as honest as him.If anything we were under charged.Also, the vehicle we brought to them was no small task. It wasn t even running and had to be towed in most shops wouldn t even look at it and yet they took it and got it running, and in top shape.These guys are absolutely amazingAgain, I have no reason to be riding this review other than the fact that I m just blown away by the job that they did any amount I was charged I m not from Ontario and I don t know anyone in Ontario but I am very grateful for everyone at the shop, especially Memo.Thank You again.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

I called to get a quote over the phone and spoke with Alfonso. He was very helpful and also less expensive than prior quotes I got from other mechanics. I called back a couple days later to see about getting the service done and he said bring it in. I took it in that morning and it was done before I got off work! My husband just went to them for a smog check. He was in and out of there, so fast! Ochoa Bros was recommended to me and now I'm recommending them as well. Thanks fellas!

My name Steven i went back to ocho brothers today my 1991 Honda accord was acting up really bad, well thay went out of there way too help me once again thanks for such grate work thay take care of my car all the time you need some do your car go hear my 1991 Honda so quite and smooth now thay fix the mager problem thay no what too do and there grate thanks so very very much.

My family and I have gone here for years. I always have got service done by them. Unfortunately, the last time a family member visited was dealing with a leak that was underneath the engine and paid in total 700$ just to find out they used silicone to cover the leak which lead to more damages and repairs. They lied saying they fixed the problem to only do a mickey mouse job and overcharge in labor. The next auto shop we went to showed us the pipes and confirmed how badly done the previous service was. I will never suggest anyone go here again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

READ BEFORE YOU COME HERE!$225 for a diagnostic!?And i have a 97 Jeep, $125 for the same exact diagnostic.Just go to Akram auto electric in Ontario, CAJust look at the reviews and ratings!From Low Rider and Muscle cars, to Jeeps enthusiast go to AKRUM ELECTRIC AUTO SHOPThanks 4x4 Brother's!For the recommendation.

Staff was friendly, helpful and service was great! Smog guy was great and even gave us a couple of suggestions to help our truck pass smog with flying colors! Plus it was done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Very happy to do business there! I will go back. Thank you Ochoa Brothers!

THIS HAS TO BE THE BEST TOW TRUCK COMPANY IN THE INLAND EMPIRE.Yesterday we had a commercial refrigerated van break down on us. Years of experience has taught us to look at Google reviews to determine which company to contact. Ochoa Brothers was showing great reviews and overall fantastic service, so we gave them a try.From the very beginning a Gentleman named "Memo" was professional, courteous and extremely accommodating. Trust me when your in a bad predicament with a broken down vehicle this is exactly the type of person you are looking for. He was able to give me a quote and an estimated time of arrival to our disabled vehicle. The Tow driver arrived on time and had the van loaded and ready to roll in no time.It is extremely hard to find reputable companies when it comes to a tow service. I can honestly say these guys deserve a 10 Star Rating. Remember to be prepared when calling in, have your detailed address ready with cross streets available. Years of locating a tow service has taught us this, but Ochoa Brothers really made it extra easy with their excellent customer service over the phone.Keep us the good work Guys.Kind Regards, Ray (Seafood Distributors)

Do not come here unless you want to get ripped off these guys are very shady my moms car starter went out and we went to get it replaced they rigged it to where it would work for a few days and go bad again and my aunt took her car her for a transmission replacement and they charged her 1500 for it just for it to go out on her again not even a week later I would not ever go or recommend themService: Auto maintenance

One of the best mechanic shops you will ever need. Friendly, honest and tells you like it is and will get the job done! Needed my 84 motorhome smog and they were able to get parts needed so it was able to pass. Make this the service shop to take care of your vehicle.

If I could give no stars . I would. Took my Tahoe in there for a air conditioning diagnostic . which took all day dropped it off at 830 and was supposedly done around 430..I called them they didn't call me. Which I did not like, if my vehicle is done call me let me know. Here you must call 3 to 4 times to make sure your vehicle is done they do not call you!They told me my ac was running perfect . So I left there ac ran fine for about 20 mins and then blew hot air again.. I thought to my self maybe the system needs to run a bit for it to work . The next day I had a concert that I was going to with a group of friends which we were driving my Tahoe out there. It was 102 that day and when we piled in the ac never got cold so we ended up having to take 2 cars instead of my Tahoe which I was very unpleased. I brought my vehicle back in to them and they then told me I need a new compressor. Well I paid for a diagnostic and paid $185 for something that wasn't the problem.Now they are trying to charge me for compressor when I paid close to $200 for something that didn't even fix my problem. This place is a joke they will try and say they have to do this this and this to see what wrong well guess what that's why I wanted a diagnostic!This place is a trail and error place. Its a 50 50 chance they fix your problem for them it doesn't matter because if you have to bring it back they will just charge more money.I highly recommend not bringing your vehicle here! Horrible work ethic and business ethic.

I've had my Toyota camry there since Friday morning for a exhaust manifold change and 2 motor mounts to be changed. It is Saturday and they have done nothing but broke a tool that's stuck somewhere under the hood and have left my car sitting there untouched. They're closed Sunday and still have not presented a time in which my car will be done. I've called repeatedly(every two hours) only to get the run around and vague responses until I sent my family member down there to pick up the car as when I called this morning they said they would have it fixed by days end just to find out they had made no progress what so ever. Unacceptable. I would not recommend. I may change my rating if the issue is resolved by Monday. However so far I'm not loving the service.

Had car towed from another shop where they basically wanted to overcharge me for half of the services I needed! This location fixed my problem for much less and they were very quick. Dropped off my car mid morning and it was ready a little after lunch. I plan to visit them for future services.

I was looking for no stars but not possible. Trial and error is an understatement. They had my car there NUMEROUS times and each time it cost me more and MORE. Some what nice guys but not good mechanics. And just like the customer before my posting, they DON'T call when your car was done many hours ago. I logged my number of calls through my repairs and one the verge of reporting them to the State of California, with olenty of documentation on hand. PLEASE, PLEASE don't go there, unless you want to have mediocre/poor customer service with substandard mechanical knowledge. I wish it would have read these ratings before.No valla a este lugar. Nos fue muy mal con estos mecanicos.

Got a smog the other day and service isn t bad, some what of a wait time but they were kinda busy. Needs better seating or benches for everyone to wait.

I don't know why this shop has a 3 star review because they are AWESOME.... I would give them 3 stars too, but I would just multiply it by 10, & for those of you who can't add that's 30 cause they deserve more then just a 5. They do damn good reliable work & they don't charge you an arm & a leg, & they don't take all day & night to fix your car either.... Nor do they fix one thing & tear up another!!!! I would bring my car to the Ochoa Brothers just to put gas in it if I could... THEY DO GOOD WORK..... Ochoa Brothers keep up the good work & let the Haters hate, they only hate cause you guys are great....

Beware ! They do good work but some of there employees are thiefs. I forgot a small camera undermeath the seat. They left the camera cover but they took the camera. If they read this and know who i am i hope they have the balls to contact me abot this review. So dont leave valuables in your car!!Stone.

took my Nissan for smog fail repair, they claim that it needed a new catalytic converter to pass the smog test. cost me almost $700 and my car ran a lot worse after the repair. I don't see how they claimed that it passed the smog test.

I came with the problem and they took the time to research the problem . Other places said it was the crank shaft. No it was the power steering.Very happy . I saw other customers coming inThey were well taking care of.I recommend to. be patient
