Can t thank Miguel and Dan enough for getting my Quad completed before a Christmas trip. They where sympathetic to my situation and delivered with compassion. Even with some unforeseen problems with the bike, they fixed and got me the bike back in time for family trip. Btw. The bike started great and sounds good.Thank you Mountain Motor Sports.

I recently bought a used Z400 from here and the experience has been nothing but horrible. When I came to check the bike out, I knew obviously that it was used, but the salesmen also states that any and all work that needed to be done to the bike was done and that it could go for another 30k miles. A friend of mine who rides liter bikes, rode mine home for me and after about 20 minutes and only 11 miles the clutch started slipping. The clutch basket was smoking and I drained the oil and it was completely black. The salesman had said no service needed for another 5k but clearly lied to my face. I called about my issue and they said to bring the bike in but they don t guarantee that I wouldn t be charged for any work. Maybe they weee trying to get me in a money trap, but after getting the parts my self and fixing it, the bike is running great. You re better off fixing your bike yourself rather than bring it here they ll end up giving it to you worse than before. After this purchase it s safe to say I wouldn t even consider spending a penny here ever again and I advise the same for anyone else. I guess lying to customers faces and doing terrible jobs in the service department is a common practice here. I honestly don t know how this place is still in business especially after another customer had their 4 wheeler catch fire. This place is 100% dishonest, fraudulent, and run by incompetent clowns .

Based on customer service, Mountain Motorsports is great! Upon entry, we were greeted immediately. We walked around a bit and checked out all of the equipment. Sales was not pushy at all and we liked that! We came in knowing what we were looking for. The buying process was very easy and to the point. Kyle helped us out and was very friendly and provided great customer service! We have yet to play with our new toy but the staff made the process very easy! Thank you Kyle!

Great experience at mountain motorsports. They took care of everything that we needed. Answered all the questions and made the experience very smooth. Sergio, our sales guy was funny and he made us feel comfortable asking questions. Tony, our finance guy was also very helpful answering questions and also made the process go by smooth and quickly. As a mom and pop shop, this was such a great experience and we are so happy to have given them our business. We will definitely be giving them another visit if we decide to add or upgrade into another UTV.

All the workers are so friendly & helpful. After not getting any help @ Bert s I decided to give mountain Motorsports a call. within an hour or so of doing a credit application I got a call from Julian that I qualified for the Can-am x3 . Brenda , Ernest & Luis were also very helpful. Here is where you want to spend your money , they truly care about their customers.

Great experience with both the shop and Fabian. I used the online system due to Covid restrictions and he had everything ready to go for me once I arrived at the store. Great service, great experience, and great staff. I bought my first bike here (R3) and definitely plan on buying an R7 soon as I get more proficient at riding lol.5+ Stars-James

I walked into mountain motor sports a few days ago looking to shop around with little to no knowledge on bikes and within my first few minutes of stepping into the building, a floor salesman by the name of Kyle Ramos came to my aid! He was able to give me the run down on certain styles pros and cons of each model and eventually helped me narrow my search and find a perfect bike for the type of riding I was looking to get into. He s an awesome and knowledgeable salesman who cares for the people he s helping. Definitely look for Kyle whether its for your first bike or a helmet and gloves, he s the guy to go to!

I bought my 2021 Yamaha jetski from this dealer in the beginning of the year. In August 2021, there was a recall and the jetski had a manufacturing problem. It stopped operating and wouldn't run at all so I brought it back to the dealership on August 25th, and got it back on Nov 24 in the terribly dirty and faded condition, as you can see in the pictures. They left my new jetski outside in their UNCOVERED yard the whole time, allowing the weather to mess up the seat and rubber items that are on it. When I saw my jetski in the condition it was in, I couldn't believe my eyes! They had carelessly abandoned my new $16k baby that way, AND had me come pick it up in that condition, without so much as wiping it up! When I complained, the manager replied "the sign says that your merchandise will be left outside." They make it impossible to be able to read "the policy" when they have so much clutter on their walls, and no one points it out when you drop off the merchandise. Not to mention, the oil level they were originally supposed to check, never got done. The manager told me to leave it again for them to check oil, but I had NO intention on leaving it there again after seeing the way they treat our merchandise and saying that they are not responsible when destroying the merchandise! I would rather take it to a more reputable dealer than to have these so called "professionals" handle it from this point forward. They will never get my business again! Beware.

Went in to look at bikes and didn t really know what to expect but Sergio was really helpful. He was professional, answered my questions and gave great information when doing side by side comparisons. If you come��looking for your next bike I recommend asking for Sergio.

Came by to see how much they would offer for my R6 and the offer was just ridiculous lol walked right out. Sales guy was cool so extra starEnded up selling to Maali Motorsports in Corona who offered almost double which was fair, quick and easy.

I called to check how much the Honda Navi was and then a very rude guy named Ken answered my call. I told him how much the Honda Navi is. He told me, " did you ask anywhere else about the price"? I told him yeah I found it in LA. for $2900 out of the door. He replied, " go get it " and he hung up. This was the worst customer service ever. I'll never consider buying anything from this place.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here recently. I'm in the market for a new toy, and Juve was seriously the best. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable! He answered all my questions wonderfully. I can't wait to go back and get the show on the road! 100% recommend Juve and Mountain Motorsports!

Ken was great. Bought a used beta 500 rr-s and there were a couple issues i overlooked before taking possession. He had the right to not make things right but he did. Great experience and I highly recommend you check them out. Happy riding.

If you are looking for a new motorcycle and decide to visit Mountain Motorsports I suggest asking for Kyle. As a woman rider it sometimes feels a little intimidating to go into a motorcycle store but Kyle was very comforting and answered all of my questions. I ve wanted to upgrade my bike for some time now and this store has a decent selection of motorcycles. With Kyle s help and knowledge, I was able to narrow down which bike would best suit me. I definitely will be coming back soon and recommending Kyle to my friends.

I called Mountain Motorsports regarding an add for a 2023 Pro R. I spoke with Ken. We negotiated a deal for the car. When I got there today, no hassle at all. Ken was a man of his word, didn t try to renegotiate or throw in added fees. Ken offered great customer service and I would recommend him to anyone. This is the second car I have bought from Mountain Motorsports. Tony the GM is a stand up guy. He also offers great customer service. An all around good experience.
