They will rip you off if you don't know any better. I like to do all my own repairs on my car so I just came in to get it diagnosed for a misfire, they ended up quoting me over $1000 in repairs. The issue is the quote included things I JUST replaced that month including an oil change I did a week before. Had to get a second opinion and it ended up just being some parts that costed me $80 online and 30 mins of my own work. Sketchy practices, don't come here if you don't already know what you need. Lost $150 for the diagnosis

Just got a flat repaired on my truck, oil change and tire rotation. Have been here many times for tune ups and brake jobs.. won't go anywhere else. These guys are honest, professional, efficient and offer great prices. Strongly recommend

Excellent service! I am from out of state but ran into car issues nearby, so I brought my car here for repair. Manuel was extremely helpful, fixed my car quickly, and charged a very fair price. Ontario is lucky to have such a great auto shop!

I went in for a tire rotation, bake service, oil change and wheel alignment. Price was very fair. Alot less than I expected. Was seen the same day and out in less than 2 and a half hours. It was a slow day mind you so don't always expect to be out so quickly. The mechanics are very friendly and knowledgable. Happy i came here now my car feels more smooth as i drive it. Would recommend this place for anyone with car issues.

They took care of suspension work while I waited. Friendy and helpful manager Manuel Moreno, quick service, reasonable rates, well informed about repairs and parts. I will always go to them for my 2001 Honda CR-V.

Manuel is an awesome straight up guy. Very friendly and knew exactly what was wrong with my car. My radiator was leaking and they literally stopped everything they were doing and fixed it on the spot. Was in and out in 2 hours.Highly recommended.

Recently got an oil change here. Brought my own oil, they did the labor for me. I got in and out real quick not too long at all. Manny and his employees provided a very good service when it came to changing my oil with open arms. I will keep on coming here for oil changes. Plus the rate is very affordable and fair. I recommend everyone come here instead of the dealer when doing oil changes! Manny and his team understand what they do because they have years of great experience in mechanics! I ve seen it with my eyes and they amaze me! Please give them a call for anything in regards to auto repairs and maintenance ! I rate them 12/10

The owner is super nice and always makes sure he explains everything to me so that I understand and he even takes the time to tell my dad as well. He takes his time and is very passionate about fixing my car what ever the issue! He does his best to give a fair price and quality work. If you're looking for a new mechanic I would 100% recommend this shop, all of the guys that work here are very friendly and are dedicated to fixing up your vehicle.

There is no other place you need to go to take your vehicle for repair than this place!!! Mr Moreno is very honest, trustworthy, and does top notch quality work. I own a 1995 Dodge Van B3500 which is my work horse! When I noticed the van had loss of power, I was about to put it to green pastures. But my wife suggested I take it to Moreno Auto Repair. He quickly diagnosed the problem to be a clogged catalytic converter, in bad need of a tune-up, and oil changes. And a very affordable and reasonable price he performed all repairs within a day, and had it back to me in time for work. My van performs significantly better than when I first bought it a year ago. I am so happy!! I have tons of years of use still on my van. So there is no reason to take your vehicle anywhere else! He is officially my trusted and only mechanic . You need to make him yours too. If you are in the Ontario area or even as far as Riverside and San Bernardino... You absolutely must allow this group of people to fix your vehicle! Prices are reasonable and they do take the proper time to diagnose your vehicle and I was awestruck by they amount of care and professionalism they all exude! Manny the owner is a very awesome guy! He had the opportunity to take advantage of my situation and charged me extra because of something that happened that were beyond my control but he never did! He did an amazing job and when I got sick with covid he allowed me the appropriate time to come get my vehicle. He also worked with me on my payments until it was paid in full. Really nice professional and caring people! He even gave me a ride to the airport when I needed it. This group of people are awesome! Please whatever you do patronize these people and their business and you will not be sorry! They're not going to rip you off and they're going to do their level-headed best to be true and to do what is right! I wish this company was an Alabama where I live because I would definitely make them my full time Auto Service provider! I also wish that I had taken some time to take pictures so that I could post them as well but I was often in a rush and did not do so. You can count on this auto repair shop! I was going out of town and this shop told me that they could check out my A/C before I left. I wish my experience had been as good as the majority of all of the other reviewers, however, sadly it was not. I was charged $110 for an A/C diagnostic only to be told that the entire A/C system in my 3 year old vehicle was stopped up and needed to be replaced. The price? (You might want to sit down!) Almost $2700!!! The diagnosis also stated that the engine was overheating and losing coolant at the radiator cap. That's absolutely not true. The engine was not overheating. I took it in because the A/C wasn't working properly. Thankfully he said that he couldn't get parts in time before I left on a 2000 mile road trip or I might would have paid him to do useless work. I got were I was going and took my vehicle to the dealer. They checked it out and told me that the system was overcharged with freon by almost 50%. They charged me $185 for the repair and it has worked fine ever since! Everyone makes mistakes but you may want to get a second opinion before paying for major repair costs.

This is definitely one of the best auto shops I've seen. I was in a real bind with my car not being able to pass smog. A friend of mine told me about Moreno's and said they were the best shop in the inland empire. I quickly found out he wasn't lying. Unlike other places who only care about the money being forked over, these guys quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a reasonable price on a catalytic converter. Their knowledge, professionalism and care for their customers make them the best around hands down..I highly recommend

A good friend of mine referred me to this place, because she's always been getting her tires and car fix here and they also have good prices on new and used tires.I trusted her judgement, I went ahead and got my tires rotate from my Volkswagen and I met the owner Manuel, he was really nice and he gave me good price on all my services.Manuel gave me an excellent customer serviced! This place is highly recommendable and Manuel is an honest, mechanic, I trust him working on my car!. Very family oriented place and they treat you like a family, not just a number. If you're looking for a good mechanic that you can trust and not take advantage of you, you should definitely try this place and you will not regret it.

Excellent customer service. I live about 4 hours away and we had an issue with a Ford Fusion. The owner got the car in and taken care of quickly. A shop that prides itself on service. Will come back. Highly recommend!

Called Manuel to get a quote to replace the radiator on a 2013 Chevy Sonic. They came to my house to pick up my car the same night and the next day they had my car fixed and ready to go within hours. Their price was so much less than any other shop around and their customer service, professionalism, and quality of work was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you guys!

Moreno's Auto Repair is great. I had the best quote in town on an engine repair for my wife. Quick service and quality work. I then went in for my own car's transmission. Again cheaper than anyone else and great work. I had issues with my timing chain and Manny took care of me with yet another great deal. You can't beat it and I'd highly recommend you visit for your car repair needs. Customer for life.

Moreno s Auto Repair is a gem. Manuel takes pride of his work and he s an honest man. This alone takes the worries away and we re always confident we re getting the best option for our cars whenever we need service. Prices are always reasonable, take it from me because my wife likes shopping around and in the past she did that a lot that s how we found out about this place. He backs up his work and won t nickel and dime you unlike most shops around. We re so lucky to have him around and all the best wishes for his business!

Be careful, they try to rip people off with their prices. Last time I called, they said they were going to help me out. They charged me 150 just to inspect my car and said it was the radiator and wanted additional $2,500. I declined their services and put trash cans around my car

I was having trouble with my two thousand five tahoe for months. I had three mechanics work on it. Unfortunately we had a very unsatisfactory visit at the shop, we take all of our car with no problem seem legit , we decided to take our working van, our business van to get it fixed yeah it not the newest but it s been helping our business grow. They quoted us a price 5,000 and as a business that growing we did struggle as we had to decide to get our van fixed or just decide to get rid it. We worked hard and hustle to obtained what they had quoted us a few weeks later we took it in and told the owner to finalize our quote into an invoice and to start the process of fixing aka putting a new engine with 40,000 miles . Don t get me wrong good PLp but as soon as they finalize they came out with another price In the invoice. That where customers get really upset because business owner tell one price and than they come out with another at the end. Instead of calling us (client ) and approving the add on work we would have been fines for happy to get that call that that needed or get a no answer because it not In our budget . What an excellent first time experience! It's never a good thing when your car goes down on you, but Manuel made this experience as pleasant as possible with his professionalism and excellent work on my car. This is the best & trusting auto care I have been to in years! I read his reviews & they are definitely true, Manuel was so honest & guaranteed his workmanship. I currently reside in the Inland Empire area & will commute or have any of my cars towed for repair. I highly recommend this establishment for your car repair!!
