Anthony at the Ontario (Mills Circle location)Location gave quick and wonderful service. He also let me know my coolant was low and filled it up for me with hardly any price change. I definitely will be coming back for my next services.

It was my first time doing an oil change so the process was a bit confusing at first because I wasn t sure where to go and there s no signs for what to do. Luckily one of the employees let me know I could stay in my car and they would direct me inside once they re ready. As a fairly inexperienced driver, they were very patient in guiding me inside because I was afraid of hitting the walls or falling into the floor pit. I learned I had practically no oil left in my car and the guy kindly explained to me what that means and why it s important, when to come back, and other things I wish someone would ve taught me about my car! Will definitely return to this location for my next visit.

The employee named James was very helpful, and informative! He was definitely ensuring I had a full understanding of what my car needed and when it would be necessary by . Great place and only took about 20 mins! Fabulous

nobody was friendly. there was a guy that had a MASSIVE attitude working in the other two bays. and my oil change was definitely not done in a jiffy . could ve got it somewhere else, to be honest. i came here cause i thought it was convenient for an oil change, but eh. won t come to this one again.

This place messed up my transmission. Overfilled it and only drove 60 miles after. This happened 10/2/23 and my car STILL has not been fixed. They offered me an amount that will only cover half of my repairs and didn t even include the $1000 tow I had to pay or any rental I have paid for. It s going on a month and still not resolved. I keep getting told 1 person handles things and then the other person says the opposite. I live in Las Vegas and it seems they write an estimate based on THEIR warranty department, their estimate does not reflect the actual cost of repairs. Labor rates and cost don t add up on what it s needed to repair. This has been the worst experience of my life and most stressful, having to deal with this company going back and forth, the waiting I JUST WANT THEM TO PAY ME FOR WHAT ITS GOING TO TAKE ME TO REPAIR MY CAR AND NOT WHAT THEIR WARRANTY DEPARTMENT PAYS as well as reimburse for towing.

The team here was fast and super attentive. Checked and refilled everything as needed. There was no place to sit, unfortunately. Only standing, distancing markers on the ground. Would recommend!

If you don t mind waiting forever without anybody greeting you or asking you for assistance then this jiffy lube is the place to be I mean you have employees walking around and not 1 person can help SMH needless to say I left there s other places around.

i informed the staff that I needed wiper-blades and oil change. They performed the oil change but failed to even mention about the wiper-blades. So I left with my oil changed and no wiper-blades.i

I am giving my visit this time at this particular location only two stars because it seemed just about 95% of the employees were clueless. From the moment I pulled up, the service and the execution. I have always had a 4.5 star experience here in the past, but this particular visit was terrible. Either the training or the work ethic of these employees are definitely questionable. Management needs to step up.

Ive always gone to jiffy lube for my oil changes but this particular one I don't recommend. First they charged my cashapp debit card for $90 and then come back to me saying they don't accept cashapp debit cards after they put a hold on $90 on my account and then said I needed to pay cash cause they weren't gonna accept my cashapp card. So I had to pay twice and the next day, the transaction was completed on cashapp so. Ow I paid a total of $180 for an oil change. when I went back to get my $90 back, cause they did accept it and it was taken from my account, they said they would have to have corporate send me a check in the mail, which it's been 2 weeks and still haven't got it.

Didn t even have to get out of the car. Had me pull right in even though I was waiting. Fast & Friendly. I have to travel 15 minutes further than the vineyard location that is closest to my house but it s worth it.

Good jiffy lube location not to busy like most other locations if you decide to bring your on oil filter from your vehicle manufacturer rather than using Theirs make sure they deduct it off your bill because it will just automatically add their filter on the invoice

Lovely experience at the Ontario store. My oil light went on and I called my husband to see what I should do, he was like, get oil! I called the store from the exit and Sean answered to tell me there was no wait, so I went over and they took me right away. There were very pleasant and helpful. Since I sat in the car while they were doing the work, I got a vibe on the overall operation and it really seemed like a well oiled machine. You could tell these guys worked well together and liked each other, it was like the happy, pleasant Jiffy Lube. I live far from Ontario, but it was great to be able to go into a random shop and feel good about the place and the service. Nice job Sean, Jarrod, and Taran!Services: Tires, Oil change

I got an oil change and tire rotation.. they didn t reset my car so I still keep getting the reminders that my service is overdue and they rotated my tires but didn t fill the air to proper inflation.. lazy incomplete service

Horrible first time experience at Jiffy Lube Ontario Mills today. I took my car in for what they claim is a quick oil change.I arrived, finally someone had me drive in and then I waited for over 10 minutes when finally someone checked me in.All the while one employee, not Danel, not David, not the female spoke to another client very loudly about football. It started like a normal conversation, but gradually his voice turned to yelling and curse word after curse word. Although I comprehend being passionate about sports that type of vocabulary is unacceptable at any establishment and for any employee. I am assuming there is a manager on duty and despite me calling to complain as I continued to wait endlessly, nothing was done. The vulgar language continued from this employee. Through this, numerous cars were waiting.When finally the oil change was done, I was asked for payment. Gave it and I sat for another 15 minutes waiting. The female employee then came to once again ask me for payment when I had already given it to the foul mouthed employee. She was apologetic when she realized, But by then what I thought would be a quick pleasant experience, was THE TOTAL OPPOSITE! Jiffy Lube managers and employees should know how to adequately run a business and what constitutes appropriate behavior during business hours.

I've been taking all my vehicles to the same Jiffy Lube for years simply because the service and the staff are welcoming, efficient and fast. Never pushy to oversell you on other products. They actually listen. Kuddos to you Jiffy Lube! Keep it up!

From begining to end I was completely satisfied with my experience at THIS Jiffy Lube. Adriana P. and her team provide an excellent service. She made all the difference for me and my choice to go out of my way to this location. So glad i did! I was there no more than 30min from start to finish. This was my first time getting my oil changed on my own and Adriana was extremely helpful in explaining to me my choices. She made me feel comfortable and secure with my decision. I will definitely recommend and return to this location. Excellent Team service

I went with a friend to get her oil changed and it's was so simple. The staff was very friendly and quick to attend us. We stayed in the car throughout the whole oil change process and it was incredibly fast. We were in and out in a matter of about 20 minutes. I would also add that it's wasn't too busy when we went.

Not happy at all, I m worried my car was not serviced properly as I watched an employee not know how to replace my air filter so another employee had to finish the job. Manny, Adriana and team do a fantastic, timely and efficient job on all our fleet. They have a courteous staff that greet us with a smile and a hello.
