What's happened to the service here?? We dropped off our car on July 29th. We still don't have our car back, today August 9th. The new part was defective so we are stuck paying insurance for a rental car we shouldn't need if the part was good. . There is no communication from Nissan service. WE are the ones calling the dealership for status updates. We've been told several times it'll be ready "today". Today comes and goes and AGAIN we are calling for another update. Meanwhile we are paying insurance on a rental car we wouldn't need to pay IF their part wasn't defective!! We asked for the service manager to call us. 48+ hours later still no call from the service manager. Our car has been at Empire Nissan TWELVE DAYS with No communication from the dealer unless we are calling and refuses to pay for the 12 days of insurance on a rental car that we should not have had to needed to rent more than one to two days. Terrible service!

Brought the car in for service, oil change, brake job, and recall work. Major problem! Thought it was motor oil leaking, they never did an oil change as the old oil filter was still on the car and the oil was very dark. The oil leaking was transmission fluid and has caused a major problem with the transmission. So charged for an oil change that was never done, and ruined the transmission instead by doing a poor job on the recall. Appears they did not reinstall correctly, reused a gasket. Beware of this place for major work you are better off going to Pep Boys at least their technicians know what they are doing. What did I pay for? To have to spend a day to repair what they messed up? Isodore Otero has made this such a bad experience that I can no longer do business with the Romero Group or Oremor Group.Services: Transmission, Auto brake repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I don t typically take my vehicles to dealers because by the time I m done, I could have purchased a used vehicle. This time, I had no choice. Mechanics did not want to deal with the complicated code that the system was throwing. Rafael was so pleasant to work with and he got me a diagnosis quickly. He told me all of the costs upfront. He gave me options if I couldn t afford the original parts. Rafael answered every question I asked. I never felt like he was withholding info from me or trying to sell me extra services the car didn t need. Deal with Rafael.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

Transmission fluid in the radiator overflow tank. Was wondering why the transmission fluid was leaking. They put the car back together incorrectly and now we have a broken Nissan. Car was fine prior to the dealer servicing it. Recall work was done yet they stated they never touched the transmission, yet the transmission fluid is draining out into the radiator which tells me the transmission coolant line was reinstalled incorrectly.

It's dealership pricing, but the service people always check the coupons for you. They are approachable and professional. It takes a bit longer than a oil change place, but it's a great way to get some reading or music in while you wait.

It's a shame when you have employees (595 Isidore Otero) that take advantage of senior citizens. Seniors are a protected class and overcharging them 2-3 times more than usual is predatory. Adding freon to the a/c and doing a brake job cost over $700 in labor? Over a $1,000 she paid for this? Stealing from an 80 year old woman is deplorable. She was charged for the labor on recall work as well. Why don't they answer the phone? Always goes to voicemail. What would you expect from Isidore Otero, workers comp fraudster!Services: Brake service & repair, Auto maintenance

Gary Worley is the worst service adviser I have ever dealt with, he has left me hanging while my car was already finished several times. Told me the rear deck lid was supposed to be loose, flopping around and making noise on a brand new car, when all the others on the lot were tight. Refused to run a diagnostic on my new car when I had a rough idle, told me to use high octane when it's not called for, so a week later I called and made an appointment with Oscar in the same service department and he had them check out my idle and they fixed it by raising my RPM by a couple hundred. Gary won't take care of you, get another service adviser.

There was a recall on my 2013 Nissan.. brought the car in at 8:30 in the morning because they told me it was going to take about 4 hours which it was done in about 6 hours the recall on the headlights also were to be done except that they didn't have the headlights in stock they will have to special order.. I've been taking my car to empire Nissan for oil changes tire rotations I always pull the specials off their website before I bring my car in I've had good service through them and hopefully it will continue

Service department clean and well maintained. It was a simple maintenance issue I had with my vehicle and they took care of asap.

Recomiendo 100% este centro de servicio, viajo por todo los United State en mi nissan he visitado sientos de centro de servicios pero en este se hace notar la diferencia, el asesor tiene una atenci�n personalizada con cada cliente, te explica y te hace entender que le van hacer a tu veh�culo y que necesita tu veh�culo para estar mejor aun en sentido general vi que todos los asesores se dedican a esto pero en especial me toco el asesor Carlos Gonzales el cual aparte de darte la atenci�n que tu necesitas, el da m�s que eso te trata como un amigo.
