This is our 5th car purchase from Empire Nissan of Ontario, CA and from Dave Ky. Dave has taken care of our family from the first time we met him. Dave treats our family with respect and he is very detailed and explained the important and not so important features of the car and he clearly explains the buying process from vehicle to extended warranty to gap insurance etc. We trust him to the point where we call Dave and tell him we are going to be there in 2 hours to look at a Frontier Fully Loaded and by the time we get there, the vehicle is pulled to the front door and the contract already typed up and ready for us to sign. I have never ever had such experience at any dealer such as BMW, Chevy, Chrysler and Carmax. We are forever Empire Nissan and Dave Ky loyalists.

My wife and I came to buy a car and a truck three weeks ago; Juan Garciawas very helpful guiding us through the process. He went the extra mile advising, guiding us, and more than anything he was not pushy to make a purchase instead answered our questions and we did not feel pressure at all. It is with great pleasure that I recommend Isidore Otero, Service Advisor. I had an issue with the service department. Not only did he take the time to hear my issue and correct the problem, but he went above and beyond my expectations. He was consistently pleasant and took on my grievance with enthusiasm, dedication, and professionalism. He was helpful in every aspect of my issue and insured the repair with complete quality. His diligence and commitment made me feel that I was in good hands. Mr. Otero is definitely a valuable asset to the business of providing outstanding customer service. I've been getting my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder serviced here, and I can confidently say that I'll forever be taking my Nissan to this dealership. The experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Gary and all of the guys in the service department are fantastic. They go above and beyond to ensure my car gets the care it deserves.Not only is the service top-notch, but the salesmen here are also wonderful. They are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about finding the right solution for your needs. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment. I am not local (out of state) and was traveling but that didn't matter to Empire. They went above and beyond to take care of me and my family. Thank you Carlos and Bryant. I owe you guys. Fantastic service along with compassion and understanding. They listened and took care of us. Will recommend this location to all friends and family that live in the greater area.In addition, everyone at this location were super nice and helpful.

My first time here and had the best experience! Rafael and his team helped me so much! I was hesitant to get my rear breaks/drums fixed by the dealer thought I was going to cost me an arm and a leg. But Rafael helped me with my diagnostic and set me up with an appointment. He even got me a ride home in the rain from the dealership! I was expecting to pay an Uber. The guys here are all very friendly and helpful. They are not trying to sell you unnecessary things if anything they helped me with discounts and even a payment plan with 0 % interest!!! Thank you so much empire Nissan I will definitely be back in the future and thank you for fixing my car I finally feel safe driving it and comfortable knowing I have a warranty and will not hesitate to call you guys in the future! I give this dealership 5 stars. My salesman Ruel Bandoja was superb. He was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He had a godly spirit that help to feel comfortable with purchase of my car. Took my car in for service and found major issues. Just want to commend Johnathan Carrasco for his patience, diligence, and assistance in getting my car repaired. Thank you, too, Iggy. Rafael Perez was very friendly and helpful. We discussed the needs on my 2019 sentra and he carried it out as planned. Rafael kept me informed of the findings and suggested a few more items that my car needed. I m very pleased with the service I ve been given by the Empire Nissan s service team!

I wanted to take time out to recognize Isaac for being the best salesperson I have ever encountered at Empire nissan. Lengthy post alert, I figured more posts must be written on wonderful customer service & not just on complaints, so bare with me :). I bought my first car with Empire Nissan back in 2016 & have gone there for all my service concerns and have received exceptional customer service for everyone each time I came in for a maintenance visit. There was one particular sales representative however who would approached me humbly, kindly, non-pushy (which is a big deal to me especially at dealerships), every single time as I waited on my vehicle to be be finished. His name was Isaac and he would always ask if I was looking to buy a new car, each time I would kindly turn him down he would make small talk with me, agree that I didn't need a car yet and offer me a beverage and even tell me to have a blessed day. To speed up to this November, my car began to give me trouble, and it was time to purchase another vehicle. I knew I would be a bit of a hard case because I personally was going through struggles and buying a new car was definitely NOT on my to do list for the visit that day but i knew that since I had minimal options there was one person I wanted by my side through the process and that was Isaac. To keep it short. Isaac went above and beyond to take care of me. He took time to hear my situation, understand what I could afford, and he and the finance team found me a car and deal that was only possibly because of God and all of their hard work. I'm thankful to everyone at Empire nissan, but especially Isaac, for remaining humble, gentle, caring, and God-fearing.

Customer service was excellent. But the service that was done wasn't. I had a wheel alignment and tire rotation and Balance and Fuel Sytem service. Fuel system service was excellent. I immediately felt the difference in my acceleration but The tire rotation and Balance not so good. Around 50mph my car still has shaking in the front. I will be taking my car back to the dealer, so they can check it out. They stated that they did a 27 point inspection, so why didn't they tell me my air filter needed to be replace.

I hate the new key they gave me. It is too large and will poke holes in my pocket , or even worse poke me when I sit down. They should have come up with a better fix, perhaps a smaller fob , or a separate key .

Juan and Adam are beyond angels on earth. They helped me out by putting me in a brand new 2023 Rogue. If you re looking or needing a new vehicle. I strongly recommend going to Empire Nissan and ask to work with Juan and Adam!

Izzy in service was such a professional. He heard my issues with the car and took care of it. My car came back running like new again. He even put me in a rental to accommodate for the loss of my car for a few days on Nissans behalf. Overall TOP quality customer service by Izzy. Would recommend all customers of Empire Nissan to use Izzy as their service manager.

If I could give zero stars I would! I have been going here for years and have owned several Nissans. Typically I deal directly with John for my purchases but the last time I purchased my 2019 Murano Adam helped me. All was fine until my vehicle started having issues. My window on the driver side was malfunctioning. My radio too was having issues. The response to my radio is it just needed a computer update. Several updates later and no fixing it. My window on the other hand, we'll that's a whole other issue. Gary initially told me my car was no longer under warranty which it was, then tried saying I canceled my warranty. After resolving the fact my car at the time was under warranty they ordered said part to fix the issue. We had to call them to follow up because Gary would not return phone calls. My husband actually had to drive to the dealership, and when he got there Gary lied yet again saying he had just called me and left a message for me (which he did not) saying the part just arrived that morning. (Granted I spoke with another service person who said days prior he believed the part was there). So they replaced a part in the window and guess what the issue still persists. So I go back now the car is no longer under warranty. The window and radio still don't work properly. Well I started dealing with another service person who promised they would help me out... they replaced the same part in the window again and supposedly looked at the radio too... weeks later same exact problem (and to top it off the scratched the inside of my door pretty bad) ! So here we are again now having to have the same issue fixed and now they are supposed to replace the part they scratched. They took the piece in my door they scratched and I was supposed to recieve a call for the issue to finally be fixed..... months go by, and this new service person does the same thing, doesn't return phone calls I'm ignored, and now driving around with a piece of my door missing (for months). I finally reached out to Irma who put me in touch with Javier the service manager (who no longer is the service manager btw) who too ignored my calls! Finally the "new"service manager calls to fix the window and other issues! Scheduled me an appointment. I take my car in the guy in the service department who I had been dealing with, I spoke with yet again asked again everything that needs to be taken care of to fix it. No phone call to let me know it's done I did get a text saying it was, but called just confirm no call back. So I just drove down it was indeed "done" but guess what radio controls still dont work. I turned right back around and all get is what are you back here for. I lost it! I was so upset . All they did was give me the new manager to speak with who seemed like he didn't care much, and said he needed to confirm we had this complaint when it was still under warranty (which we did). But why did the original service guy ask me if they were supposed to fix it if they weren't?! I am beyond upset and will NEVER purchase another car from them EVER!

Great Customer Service ! I had an appointment with service department first thing in morning, and Gary had a joyful demeanor, and informed me how to use my Rewards points. My service was complete in a timely manner, and as always I left Empire Nissan a happy customer.

I got some work done on my Sentra a few weeks back and after they returned it, I realized that there was a prominent rattling sound coming from the car but I couldn t figure out where it was coming from. I came back to Empire Nissan to figure out why this rattling noise was happening. They insisted that the noise would be fixed with a bunch of new parts (I.e., shock absorber, etc.) and ended up charging me $1,200 to get a bunch of new parts that had nothing to do with the rattling noise. Turns out, the last time they did work on my car they didn t screw in the covers under the engine and a bunch of parts under the hood were jumping around whenever I would drive the car; hence, the reason for the rattling noise. So they definitely scammed me big time. I personally would not recommend coming here for that reason.

I want to say that Ontario Inland empire Nissan have the best customer service ! Always looking forward to get the greatest customer service from Manny sales representative and Mr Adam ! They are the best they have the empathy to get you what you need without stressing it out thank you guys 20 years of being a loyal customer and as well they have been there for me tooo. Enjoying my new 2022 Nissan Altima and Nissan Sentral 2022 I have not had any problems with non of the vehicles that I have purchase from Nissan it s been a pleasure to count with the Staff of Ontario Inland Empire Nissan if you are interested in buying ASK FOR MANNY!!! He s great prices are affordable!
