WOW!!! This place is amazing!!! I take all reviews with a grain salt. I have found a lot of the unfavorable reviews are usually written by someone having a really bad day so I usually focus on the good reviews and I am so glad that I did! After having to be towed there because the newer cars come with a compressor not a spare, I can tell you that I had an awesome experience! The guys working there were polite professional and so fast!!! They quickly changed my tires and got me on my way! They were extremely reasonably priced! I will be going there for all my future tire needs!

I needed an inexpensive used tire. Don Cortez had just what I needed and installed it promptly. 550 miles so far (Las Vegas and back) and no problems. I'll go here again if I need a tire in a pinch.

As a Rideshare driver, time is money and blowing a tire on a busy Saturday night can be devastating. I showed up bright and early Sunday morning and they were there on time to help me. Got me back on the road in a jiffy with a budget-friendly used tire. I was due for a new set of rubbers and even had an appointment for a few days later to get them installed. Rotten timing, but so glad this shop was open on a Sunday so I didn't miss out on giving rides till I could pick up my new tires.They showed up on time for opening and had me in and out of there within 10 minutes for a used tire replacement.

I been here a few times now to get tires. An to have my tires fixed from nails making my tires go flat. They are fast friendly an I would recommend this place to my friends an family an to anyone asking if I know a spot this is going to be my go to spot for now on thank you for treating me so well don cortez

...Went back again and this time got all new tires. Was a bit over $500. To me it was a lot, but tires are expensive. Still great efficient service and went on a Sunday again. However, I did call first this time to make sure they had my tires because of the type of car.Great efficient service for a Father's Day...closed early, made it in time...my regular tire place was closed...I'd come back.

Everyone here is always so nice and super quick. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Super helpful and the cheapest prices I found anywhere! My best friend and I have been customers of theirs for about 2 years now and will not go to any other used tire store.

Guys removed a completely shredded casing that had been sitting for a fee months, props to the employees here for that frustrating task. Flat rate of 35 bucks for the average used vehicle casing so definitely a good deal for a spare tire. Will likely return.

Everything was quick, painless, and I saved a $150 as compared to Walmart's cheapest tires. This place is amazing, everyone is respectful and courteous. I will probably come here from now on. Please check these guys out. They also have some cool bird pets/friends :D

This guy took advantage of my situation. He charged me $40 for a simple patch. I should have just purchased a used tire. Horrible service. Do not. I repeat do not was your time.

Oh my gosh i love this place. I left work only to realize that i had a flat tire. I put air in it air in the tire then notice that it was 6:43pm. I google tire shops near me DON CORTEZ TIRES was open until 7pm, dang I'm not going to make it. It was 6:59pm when i pulled up and they were closing up everyone pack and ready to go standing outside. Their customer service is amazing they reopened the door, got me a top quality use tire, charged me decent price, as well as thanked me for choosing to bring my business to them and threw a few joke in the air. The service was fast and last minutes any other place would have continued to lock up. Two thumbs up I highly recommend this place best service I've seen in awhile.. Thanks guys

Being here for tires before they are ok. But wouldn't trust them with mechanic work I talked to the mechanic about some suspension work. Dont think the mechanic had an idea on what the car actually needed. I had to take my bussines elsewhere.

Helped out by replacing my tire that looked like it had a tumor, as the mechanic stated . Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

These guys are top notch in my experience with them got a good deal on some tires for my ladies ride and the mechanics at the alignment shop were really awesome even though they weren't able to do the alignment with the vehicle they stopped the annoying sound that was bothering me and my lady believes that her ride is lowered best neighbor hood shop in my opinion and experience I will continue to do business with them for life something about the bird's bringing back child hood memories so check them out they'll do you right Ontario, upland, Rancho cucamonga home town family favorite folksService: Tires

Great service and quality used tires. I had a blowout on the freeway and they were the only place open after 5 pm on a Saturday. They had my car up on the jack within about 10 mins of being dropped off by the tow truck and driving away in less than 20 minutes.

Wanted used tires for my Accord. They had the right size at a good price. $30 each. Friendly staff and took care of me right away. I'll bring my other car when it needs tires.

Over priced... Went to have a small nail pulled... Waited to talk to manager. He didn't acknowledge me at all after the tire service guy told him i wanted to talk with him.. Only 1 person there had a mask.. Will never give them my business at all.. Wouldn't recommend these morons to anyone..

Was able to service two different size tires really quick. I walk right up as another customer was being helped. The pay was quick to and they accept debited card.

Just called this place to get a price estimate for a used tire. I don t know the size of the tire because well I just don t know that info. Anyway.. the guy that answered was rude about it. I feel like a company that cares about customers shouldn t give a dismissive attitude when someone does not know the size of the tire. I m sure I should know that info and will know it after I go somewhere else to get my tire replaced.

Second best used tire shop in the Inland Empire. Best in California which is Don Cortez #2 in Rancho Cucamonga. I will say a must go to for all your automotive needs .
