TL;DR- Sandy and Jesse (and everyone else I came in contact with) were amazing. No pressure sales, and refreshingly honest and candid. Thank you Citrus Kia; I love my new car!The long I ve dealt with a handful of dealerships over the years and have truly never had an experience as good as the one I had today. Like the kind where the round trip from SLO and various dealings elsewhere took 12hrs today and I want to post this immediately because my experience was just that good.I m from out of the area and I worked closely with Sandy who was absolutely amazing through the entire car purchasing process. She took the time to answer my questions and check for any imperfections (used car), etc. She was very up-front and transparent through every step of the process, and was never pushy or smarmy. There really was zero pressure and I could not have been happier.Additionally, Jesse in Finance was super helpful in providing electronic documents and really just the overall facilitation of the whole money side of the process. He got me a better rate than I could get with my credit union and we were basically ready to go by the time I arrived.I really can t recommend Citrus Kia, and especially Sandy and Jesse enough. Thank you, all, for making this an exceptional experience!

From the very beginning, there was zero pressure! Tania patiently let us test drive 4 vehicles, and no one pushed us to buy immediately. Then, over the next few days, Rachel worked with us to get us the best deal possible. She easily beat out 3 other dealers! They were all amazing!!

Luke, Ernesto, Abraham and Joseph provided a great car buying experience. I did not feel any pressure while trying to search for a new car. I would highly recommend this location to my family, friends or anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. My loan on my car was upside down and they were able to assist with my trade in and getting me in a 2024 brand new car at a reasonable cost!!! If you re in the market this is definitely the place to go! Thank you all so much.

I had a great visit at Citrus Motors Kia! Huge shout outs to Luke, Glyne, and Nathan for helping me bring home my new EV6. Everyone was very informative and helpful, while not being pushy on making a sale. I enjoyed getting to know the team as they finalized the paperwork (everyone had great stories to share). It took a few short hours after my test drive to get everything settled while they prepped my new car. It's been a few weeks since and I couldn't be happier still.Honestly, it's nice that this specific dealership is family-owned and not commission-driven. You can sense the the positive attitudes around the office because of it. I highly recommend giving them a visit if you're considering a Kia!

My family and I have been owning a Kia Optima for almost 10 years. As we travel a lot for club soccer; we ve been wanting and needing a bigger/spacious family car.Thanks to Rachel, Luis, and Luke, we found our dream car. I named my Kia Telluride Checkers As soon as we got there, we were greeted.Luke showed us every single feature of the car. For every question we had, he had an answer. He was super friendly, funny, professional, patient, and kind.Rachel has the most calm and smoothest voice. She was also very professional and explained everything throughly.Luis was very helpful working with the numbers. We truly appreciated it.My husband and I were very pleased with everyone s customer service. We are so happy we were able to drive off with Checkers thanks to them.

I had a wonderful experience getting into a new Kia K5 GT-line at Citrus. I worked with Mike and Luke with the help of Emma. I appreciate how kind and helpful they were with the process. Luke was extremely knowledgeable about the car and went through every detail of the vehicle and answered all my "what does that button do?" questions. Mike made the process extremely easy and the team was quick and got me out in no time. Thank you again!

The reviews definitely don't lie! I called a bunch of KIA dealerships around socal and the price they were offering me wasn't bad, but it wasn't a good deal either. Mike Chaney gave me a better price than the rest, and Luis Mejia walked me through the entire process seamlessly.They gave me a very fair trade value for my car (seriously. Call them, they're competitive for sure.

I went back to this dealership again after my last Kia that I got from Citrus Kia was totaled by a drunk driver. I was very happy with my last car and knew we wanted the same car again. Cesar helped us out with getting a deal that we were very happy with and Alex did all the paperwork. Luke was there and helped us out again with the new features for the sports premium package. Overall we are very happy with our new car :)

Just like any other car dealership, you need to negotiate with them to get the best deal possible. After my experience buying a new kia, I can say that I can recommend this dealer to any person I know. There are always good and bad things about dealers, but if you are looking for a deal, you must be ready to buy the vehicle.

In a nutshell: GREAT experience all because of Luke, the product specialist.Luke reached out to me via email inquiringabout my old vehicle as I was interested in a trade-in and purchase of a new KIA Forte. We set up an appointment to meet the very next day and he was awesome. He not only knows the ins and outs of every KIA model and trims on the lot, but he is personable, patient, easy to talk to, and accommodating. It was like meeting up with a friend you ve known forever.Upon coming back from a test drive, I sat down with Rachel to discuss numbers. After a lengthy exchange on getting to the bottom of what the out-the-door price would be, I finally agreed and ended up paying in cash for my brand new 2024 KIA Forte LXS, which I am loving so far.Luke then returned for some paperwork, synced my phone to my car, showed me some neat features, and answered all my questions.He even took the time to show my mom and me both the KIA Niro and Seltos at my mom s request. We both felt Luke genuinely cared about our interests and his passion for his profession was evident.And even though I did not personally meet Alex in the F&I department, I d like to give him a quick shout-out for the various discounts, resulting in an acceptable out-the-door price I was willing to pay.This particular KIA dealership is family-owned and the staff make it known it s not commission-driven. However, you d do yourself a huge favor by doing your homework ahead of time, know what you want and your budget, and don t be afraid to ask questions. Also, take a real hard look at the costs on the ledger and ask them to be specific about what it is they re trying to make you pay. In the end, it s your money and you want to do what s best for YOUR investment. Good luck!!

Just purchased a KIA Sportage plug in hybrid from the wonderful sales team of Sandy and Alex! Great experience-the team was so helpful and answered all our questions (especially when it concerned the technology Alex made everything so easy to understand!)This is our second purchase at Citrus (bought a 2013 KIA Optima in 2012). The service department was great and took good care of the car-getting ready to hand it down to our daughter! Looking forward to a repeat experience!

We had a wonderful experience at Citrus Kia. A big shout out goes to Sandy and Cesar!We went to Citrus Kia after a horrible experience with a third party dealership (hidden fees, shady dealings). After that experience, we decided to go straight to a dealer. We were looking for a used Kia Sorento and found one we liked online at Citrus. I began messaging with Sandy. I asked a few questions about the car and she responded right away. She was thorough and honest about the car we were looking at. She went out and inspected the car and answered my specific questions over text so I could decide if we wanted to make the trip to see the car.My husband decided to stop by and look at the car and Sandy helped him out right away. We wanted to take our son back to look at the car and couldn't get there until right before closing. When we showed up, Cesar was there and ready to help us. The car had already been detailed and was ready to go! We decided to purchase the car and the buying process with Cesar, Jesse, and Emma was smooth and quick. Cesar was especially helpful and very nice.They worked directly with my credit union and there were no hidden fees. The price that we were given was the price. No haggling or long wait periods. I would buy from Citrus Kia again without hesitation!

My husband and I had the BEST experience at Citrus Motors Kia. We went to trade in our lease, hoping to start a new one in the new 2024 Kia Seltos model. We'll, they made it happen. Luke is the most knowledgeable person I've ever met when it comes to cars. He is so passionate about what he knows and makes sure his customers leave with that same knowledge. Then there's Glyne...so friendly, personable, and quick to get us applied, financed,and in the car we wanted. And lastly we worked with Nathan who took our down payment and processed our paperwork so we could start driving our new Kia. He made sure we had every copy of every signed paper and was extra thorough every step of the way. We will always recommend Citrus Kia to anyone and make sure they are forever "our dealership."

Luis, Nathan and Mike were incredible! We stopped by to take a look because they had a great deal on the 2020 Kia niro plug in hybrid. They were not pushy at all and we talked out same day with the car we wanted. I highly suggest coming here if you need a car and especially if you want low hassle car buying!

Just bought the brand new 2024 Kia K5 GT & let me tell you it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! Test drove the car on Sunday and within the next few days I was driving off the lot in it. Citrus Motor Kia s Ms. Sandy Watson helped us in the last 3 years selecting a great 2024 KIA Seltos. We have been going back to Citrus in Ontario for the last 6 years, professionalism which is well exemplified, again, with Ms. Watson courtesy, knowledge. She guided us on every aspect of the transaction, returning our old KIA, going through all the documentation, answering to all our questions and doubts. I had been looking for a car for a couple weeks and had a really bad experience at a popular used car dealership, so I decided I would try a dealership with new and used Kias because I knew I wanted a Kia Soul no matter what. Jesse got in contact with me and sent me a link so I could do the entire credit check process on their website AND he was able to accept my license and check stubs by email. This was Extremely helpful for me because I was working an extremely long day and simply couldn t get away for hours at a time. After the credit check, Jesse was able to give me real pricing over text and I got the pricing I was looking for. The best part is he found me the EXACT car I was hoping to get in the right color inside and out. And I agreed to go to the dealer in person the next day.I was skeptical going into the Citrus Motors because of my experience with the other dealership. But when I arrived I received a warm welcome from Sandy and Cesar and they showed me the car for Jesse because I was a little early. The process took a couple of hours but when I got my final paperwork, the monthly payments were even LESS than we thought it was going to be!! I drove away with the car I wanted and needed at the price I wanted and it s all thanks to the great team at Citrus Motors in Ontario, California.I was comfortable the entire time, they didn t have any scare or pressure tactics to get me to give more money up front or pay a higher monthly it was just an amazing vibe. There was a lounge area with vending machines, free water/coffee and phone chargers for every type of phone! While Cesar was doing the behind the scenes work, Jesse and Sandy both continued to check on me while I waited and that was appreciated. I have already recommended them to 3 of my friends and family and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle :-)Thank you Jesse, Sandy and Cesar for making my car buying experience a great one! You re the BEST!!

I purchased a Kia Soul from Citrus Motors last weekend, I love my car and had a wonderful experience working with Glen, Jessie, and Nathan. I usually detest everything about the car buying experience (takes too much time, the high pressure sales pitch, and the feeling that I just got fleeced). So, I was surprised and extremely pleased at how well things went when my husband and I recently purchased his SUV from the Citrus team! Rachel was the first face to greet us, and she was a delight to work with. There was absolutely no pushy sales technique utilized, just a genuine desire to satisfy her customer. She shared a small snippet of her personal story, just enough that we could see her integrity and high standards.Luke was a surprise in that he took time to get us totally familiar with the features of our new car. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in ensuring we were pleased with our purchase.Finally, we were impressed with the dedication shown by Alex in the finance department. I went just looking at used cars with a budget in mind. As I walked around I liked that I didn't have a sales person breathing down my neck within seconds of being there. After a few minutes Glyne came out to greet my mother and I and was very nice. I told him what my budget was and he went to bring me a list of options. Unlike other dealers he did not try to push me to buy a brand new car or something over my budget. I test drove two cars and was able to leave without feeling pressured to go back which is the reason why I did go back the next day and chose a car. Even then he allowed me to drive one I wasn't gonna buy was really loved. At the end of the night I was happy with my purchased and the help I got from everyone there. Thank you Glyne, Malcolm, Luis and Alex for the help
