Anthony Estrada knocked it out of the park. My husband had a very seamless transaction getting his Raptor through him. Anthony worked a very fair deal and went above and beyond to search for the best interest rate possible. We called multiple (probably 15) dealerships and Citrus Ford/Anthony were by far the best to deal with. No haggling/pressure or hidden mysteries. We travelled almost 3 hours to the dealer and Anthony had no problem staying til after they closed to get us in the truck.A+ to Anthony Estrada for an excellent experience. Thank you again for everything! Will definitely be recommending family/friends to visit Anthony at Citrus Ford.

Oscar and Anthony (goes by Tony) were an amazing help to us in buying my car. They provided excellent service and made the whole process easy, fast, and stress free. Not to mention they were great to talk to. They answered all of our questions and did not finish with us until we were completely satisfied with our deal. We will definitely be coming back here whenever we buy our next vehicle, and we hope to have Oscar and Tony help us again! There are not enough words to describe how fantastic they were!

We worked with Anthony to buy our 2023 F150 Lariat Lightning. He was such a wonderful person to work with during this exciting purchase. We appreciated his calm demeanor and no pressure salesmanship. It was the best experience we ve had purchasing a vehicle. He provided us with plenty of time to test drive a couple versions of the Lightning and was very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and helped us get the best deal possible. The whole process was so smooth! This was the first Ford vehicle that we ve ever purchased and we will definitely buy Ford again. We love our Lightning!

After submitting a form online regarding my interest in a new Ford Lightning, I received a call from Anthony at Citrus Ford. He was polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in. We made an appointment for the same day, and not only was the truck I wanted ready for a test drive, but he was able to gave us a summary of all the functionality with seemingly zero effort. We eventually purchased the truck on the next day and felt no pressure to commit on the first day. It was smooth, easy, and we got exactly what we wanted. Thank you Anthony and to your manager for helping us so much!

I came in looking for a car I had my eye on. I had an Appointment with Luis. This guy and his manager Cesar made the whole process easy from the vehicle being ready to test drive on arrival to the paperwork and everything being done with no pressure at all. I can Say that I am Extremely Happy with my 2020 Honda Accord because of these guys. If you come to this dealer ship, talk to Luis and Cesar.

My husband is so happy with his purchase! They really cared to assist with his purchase needs. They are as real as it gets, no gimmicks, they were upfront and honest. We will always appreciate that! My dealer was Oscar and all I can say is that he s amazing. He communicated well and answered every question we had. We also stayed there after hours since the process took a while with the bank, but they were nice about it. I am happy with my Maverick and I m grateful for Oscar for being a great salesman. If you re going there, look for Oscar. I also would like to note Jorge who explained how the app worked after the deal has been made. Oscar called me few days after as well to check in which I appreciate.

My parents and I went here and Oscar helped us. He was amazing. He communicated well and answered all of our questions. He even checked in with my dad few days after we bought the car to ask how it is. My dad is happy with his new Maverick. We looked around our local dealership, only to buy one that s farther but the drive to their dealership was worth it. Thank you, Oscar! I also would like to give thanks to Jorge who helped my dad and explained how the app works and all that. They are all accommodating! Look for Oscar when you go to there, he s great!

I just leased a car from Citrus motors. The overall experience was quick and easy. My salesperson Anthony took his time to explain the workings of the SUV I purchased and the contract. Anthony had excellent customer service skills and followed up with me to make sure he had answered all my question and that I was satisfied with my purchase.

My family and I accompanied my brother to purchase his first vehicle and Alex helped us. Alex is outstanding, knowledgeable, professional and a gentleman. Alex made what could be a stress ordeal an easy, pleasant and very good car buying experience for us. Alex's mannerisms made it easy to ask all and any questions we had. We never felt rushed or pressured. We will for sure go back to Citrus Ford and ask for Alex when we are in need of another vehicle.

I walked in and immediately received service from Jorge L with a friendly smile and the most friendly customer service. He did a great job showing me what cars they had with my criteria of wants. He never once tried to sell me a car that didn't have what I wanted. After we found the car we liked, his teammate Justin S came in and did a fantastic job with helping us seal the deal for the monthly we were wanting. Overall, 10/10 I would highly recommend coming here if you're in a market for a used or new car.

By far one of the easiest vehicle purchase transaction I've had. Citrus Motors really was no pressure. Their staff was kind and very helpful. We were visiting from out of state and they helped get everything arranged and we were out of there with our new Mustang! Alex and George were a pleasure to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new Ford in this area.

If your looking to purchase a vehicle and don t want the run around on fees and want a Direct price and explanations go to Citrus Ford Dealer. We were helped by Justin who was very straight forward who helped us negotiate and get a good deal with no markups and a perfect APR of 1.9% in today s current market on a F-150. Justin s customer service was amazing! We had a concern about a latch and brought the car back the next day and he kindly helped us and showed us how it operates properly. We felt so grateful for him showing us and taking care of that for us. Definitely ask for Justin to take care of you when purchasing a vehicle.Also thank you to Anthony who helped with the Financing and paperwork and was very helpful with our questions.Thank you once again!

My experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealer was overall amazing. They were recommended by a family member who has purchased from them in the past. Malcolm showed me the cars I was interested in and showed me how to take full advantage of their website to make the car buying experience easier. Cesar helped me stay within my budget and Joseph was quick in getting the paperwork together. I m extremely happy with my Kia!

This place does not even deserve 1 star but since I had to so I can give my honest review so be it. This place is the worst dealership I have step into my entire life. They are rude disrespectful from the service manager to the director manager. They have no desire to implement customer service or customer satisfactory. They handle situations unprofessional. If you still decide to take your car there for service just make sure they actually do the service and in the process don't damage your car. I don't want you to have to go thru the horrible experience I did!!

Both my wife and I were done dealing with Ford after the company and various dealerships made it impossible to do business trading In a lease that I signed 3 years ago. At wits end, I called Citrus Ford to try one more time. Dylan Johnson picked up the phone and worked with me over 4 days to find the perfect vehicle and deal. I m very impressed with his service and caring nature. He worked hard to close a deal that was good for us. Thank you to the management team and Dylan for all their help!

We can not express the amount of gratitude we have for the Ford - Citrus Motors Team!We began our test driving journey, a week ago, with no intention of test driving a Ford Explorer. Fellow customers,Ok, where do I start? Well let s start on the purchase day. Everything seemed to be good, and I actually gave a great 5-star review, but I need to be honest and update the review due to being treated as just a sale with no compassion or help. I bought the 2022 Kia Sportage and took it home on Saturday, March 23, 2024, and the very next day, my vehicle was stolen from in front of my apartments. I didn t find out until Monday morning when I thought I was going to work at 4AM. I realized that a different vehicle was parked in my spot, so I called the police. They came out to take a report, and so I waited until my insurance was open to notify them. I also called the lender to notify them and the dealership. After doing some research, I contacted KIA to find out about this recall of the immobilizer. They opened a case for me and told me that the alleged immobilizer was taken care of in March of 2023 for my vehicle. I then asked, if the immobilizer was installed properly on my vehicle or even at all, then how was my vehicle stolen?? They had no answer. So after that phone call, I called the dealership, and ALL I got was an I m sorry . At that time, on that phone call, there was absolutely NO help offered in the least. I was hoping they would unwind this deal, take back this vehicle, and I would be more than willing to purchase a new vehicle from them. So my question remains, How is it ok for a dealership to sell a vehicle without verifying that this immobilizer (recall) was taken care of since it s such a hot topic of stolen vehicles? If this was done on my so-called CERTIFIED vehicle, then my vehicle would have never been stolen, and I wouldn t have had to go through ALL the trouble that I did. My vehicle was found a couple of days later by Pomona PD (Thank You), and the driver side key hole was destroyed along with the steering column. Needless to say, the vehicle was un-drivable, and now I m missing close to $800 of the value of my tools and other personal items. I just hope the owner of the dealership sees this review so that maybe they can do an evaluation of the business. I hope they make it a procedure to check for these things so no one else has to go through this. JUST MY OPINION. It's funny because I recently just got a call today from the dealership and they said they spoke with the General Manager and He is unwilling to do an unwind on the deal and the best they can do is give me $7000 under what I got the car for what a joke.P.S. I DO NOT WANT THIS VEHICLE ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!

I picked up my mustang today at Citrus ford and I am very pleased with my experience it was smooth, transparent, overall great. Margaret was very helpful throughout the whole process from when I custom ordered it, she kept me updated with updates the whole process, answered all of my questions throughout the process. I just recently purchased my first ever new vehicle here at Citrus. I explained exactly what I wanted and needed and Justin helped me land on the perfect vehicle. He made the buying process quick and painless. Michelle also provided excellent service and helped me out a lot. My original lease was at Valley Kia, I was ready to buy out my lease at Valley with 1 financing person, Then another entered the room, then another came in pushing to close the deal. I don't like being pressured so I left. Went to Citrus and dealt with 1 person and sealed the deal.

I had an amazing experience with this dealership specially with Anthony! I Bought a 2024 ford mustang with them, and Anthony helped me with such purchase, less hassle and helped me get a car within my budget. 5 stars is not enough. I would Definitely go to this dealership on my next car purchase! I recommend this dealership to everyone who s looking for their next car
