Chuck and the team are all great! They offer excellent customer service and their workmanship is great! They've assisted me with several minor repairs over the years and I've always found them to be good business partners.

Very good experience with Cartys they did very thorough excellent work on my car and even made sure that I was not without wheels while my car was in their shop they're nice people. Good business. Janice Chuck thank you guys again I do definitely recommend Cartys. I've included some before and after photos don't take my word for it though check em out

I spoke to George who works @ carty's for an aaa auto insurance vandalism claim in wch the police were called on the vandalism claim, whn Jorge or George however u spell his name was inspecting my vehicle, he was argumentative with me from the beginning on in fact wht caused the vandalism to my vehicle, as in he knew exactly who the vandal was & what instruments were used to vandalise my vehicle! I tld him Idk who or WHT did the damage to my vehicle & neither do u, so u shldnt be coming up with ur own assumptions based on ur experience, he said dnt worry about it, I'll make sure aaa takes care of ur claim, thts why u hve insurance, later I gt a call from aaa saying tht George didn't want to repair my vehicle, & had a dirty Aaa appraiser also say tht the vandalism claim cannot be taken care of due to my car was not repaired before @ a aaa guaranteed auto shop, whn it was in fact taken care of @ fix auto, wch is a aaa guaranteed auto shop!! So now Jorge or George is so dirty he had his appraiser buddy @ aaa cooperate his assumptions to not have my car fixed cz George had a personal issue with me, cz I argued with him as to wht caused my vandalism!!! Do not trust any company like carty's who employs such lowlife lack of integrity employees like George @ carty's, cz slander is a lawsuit, & Jorge or George @ carty's is a lawsuit waiting to happen, use any other repair shop other thn carty's, their is something really wrong with these people as u will c whn u speak to George or the front desk people in person, seriously!!

Don't go here when AAA recommends it. Try somewhere else. They took over a month to fix my car, said they fixed the alignment on my billing statement yet my alignment has been horrible ever since I took it there. On top of all that, a worker stole my aux cord. Why do that? So unprofessionalServices: Transmission, PaintingServices: Transmission, Painting

They are the best. My car looks fantastic. They not only repaired it but washed and put dressing on the tires too. Something no longer done at Toyota. The ladies that work at Carty's are very welcoming, friendly & nice. They accommodated me in every way possible. They're caring and kind. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. Nothing went wrong and I have nothing negative to say about Carty's. I will never take my car anywhere else now that I found Carty's.

I got hit on the passenger rear door messed it up pretty bad. I got a whole new door it looked very nice. Except for the part that stood out they reused the old handle cover that was scratched on the bottom. It was a crazy time I had 3 different claims going on at one time it seemed like the sky had fell on me one incident after another after another they took good care of my vehicle I was very satisfied with the outcome and they accommodated my crazy situation with 3 claims going at one time. Very nice people very nice attitudes what more can I say if you need body work go to carty's!

Janice and the team at Carty's Collision have helped me with 2 vehicles. They were fast. Fixed both cars like new. Paint matched perfectly on each car. They delivered exactly when they promised. I have 3 teenagers. I'm sure they will see me again!

Carty's always knocks it out of the ballpark with their customer service and honesty. Sadly enough I have had to go here a few times. The good news is I am always satisfied.

Took the 2009 Scion XB for body repair of the passenger side of the car. The team at Carty's took excellent car of the repair and kept me update during the repair. A+++ service
