CJ is the man . He helped me through a tough time. I honestly thought I had no chance. I'm not the best on paper . But....he worked with me.. BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE and painless purchase I've made to date. I HIGHLY recommend this place.Thank you CJ, Mike and the Brooks Auto team

Great place to buy a car. Just got a great deal on mine with a very low interest rate. Mike makes everything very simple and convenient and gets straight to the point with you. Definitely check them out if your considering buying a car.

Had the best experience here. I highly recommend Brooks. Cj was great! We had our heart set on a certain truck and Cj made it happen. The customer service here is top notch. I will definitely be recommending them to others.

Sold my corvette to CJ. He was awesome, up front and truthful from the get go. I was offered more than any other dealership specially carmax and carvana and those online retailers. CJ is a great guy. Would love to do business again. Thanks Brook Auto Center team!

buyer beware save your time and money this dealer have no addendums on any of vehicles none of the accessories were ever disclosed. when was asked for proof of the 2,000 ceramic coat & tinted windows they couldn't provide no documents at all. cj is a "used car salesman " will tell you anything to make a sale then claims,all he receives from a sale is $50.00. when asked to speak to a manager was denied also,long story short would not take back the vehicle or discount the 2,000 then threatened with court action for wanting to return vehicle.There was not even any floor mats either.

Absolutely fantastic experience!!! When I made my mind up to purchase the perfect truck I did some serious research and knew exactly what I wanted,. ALB DRW 4WD Ram 3500 Laramie Limited , After 3 months of searching, Brooks offered the perfect vehicle for $4,000 less than I would have paid for the same truck. I m disabled and retired so I m on a fixed income and WOW Jamal worked with me balancing my down payment and financial options to work perfectly in my budget parameters. I cannot thank Jamal enough he really took great care of me, most importantly my dog Dutchess just does not want to get out of her new truck lmboThanks again Jamal

Just got a 2011 Silverado from Carlos at Brooks Auto CenterThe dealership is extremely clean and full of nice cars. Carlos was very professional, nice, and friendly sales person. Best ever! He really took care of my needs and financial situation.I m very happy with my truck and buying experience

The way Brooks Auto Center's representative spoke to me on the phone, they certainly did not want my business.He insinuated that I lied about owning my home, and my income. HE told me that if I make $xxx income, then I could certainly afford a $20k to $30,000 down payment on a $70k truck.I just bought another vehicle of the same value, and a $95,000 tractor, and never had anyone question me or treat me the way this guy did.ABSOLUTELY RUDE

best deal i got from brooks auto center and they help me to get the deal easy and fast and they pay top dollar for my trade in .. i went to see all dealers on hole blvd no one pay me as much brooks auto top dollar they pay and i end up buying my car from themthanks brooks auto .

Just bought my second car from Brooks Auto Center. My son needed a car for college, so we went back to Brooks Auto and bought a perfect condition, very low miles Honda Civic. For being a 2011, this car looked brand spanking new. All their cars look new!! The finance manager Marcos, worked within our budget to get us a low, low payment. The salesman who helped us, Larry, helped us pick out a great car that made my son very happy!! He also explained the whole process to us and my son drove his new car home after only being at the dealership for an hour!! Other dealerships take hours and hours, not at Brooks Auto Center. I love you guys for making my son very happy!

WOW. I was really happy about buying my car here until now. They seemed great 3 years ago but These guys sold me a coupe in 2018. I am currently trying to sell it and have found out that a previous owner (2 owners ago) damaged the car significantly. It was rated 6/10 in terms of damage to the car. Legally, it was not salvage because the frame is okay, apparently. I ve now seen the reports of front end damage that was repaired on two separate occasions. But they intentionally hid this information from me when I bought the car. Told me there was A previous owner. Not FOUR before me. The carfax showed no accident. What a joke. No wonder nobody trusts car salesmen.

I have dealt with Brooks dealership for over 10 years. I have always been able to tell them what I was looking for down to the rims. In a few weeks they called me and told me they found the perfect vehicle I wanted. I made the purchase and was very happy. Right now I am searching for vehicle for my husband and so far im impressed with the car stock I see they have on hand. I will be making another purchase with them real soon. Please use Brooks Auto.

Joe and Sam are amazing. Flew in from AZ and they were gracious enough to pick me up from the airport and made the process smooth. The Lexus would have been much more expensive in AZ and I love love love my beautiful clean new car.. Even better in person. I will be a life long customer.. Their service and cars are impeccable. I would give them 10 stars but only 5 were available so a very satisfied customer. Thanks so much for supplying f my dream car

I worked with Sam. The car I came to look at was as it was advertised to be and the car was what I wanted and Sam didn't try to hard sell me. There was a problem with the radiator support that somehow became broken but was not noticed until after I took delivery of the car. We both looked at the car and the radiator support and didn't remember seeing any radiator support damage. But within only a few miles there it was. I took the car to a local Chevy dealer as the car was a Corvette to see if there were any warranty issues or recalls. Come to find out that they reported to me that the radiator support was broken. I had only drove the car a few miles and there was no way I bottomed out. So it became very suspicious when on got my car from the Chevy dealer as they made a case of it had been damaged for some time. Part of the vehicle inspection was in fact a test drive. That said, it become purely hearsay and no proof other than the picture of the website shows it clearly not damaged. This is all within like within10 miles on the odometer reading that was shown on the website posting of the miles on the car. That all said, they were very fair with and split the cost with me and repaired the radiator support. That was way cool of them in my book. Also, Sam was very straight forward and honest and gained my full trust in everything they (both Sam and Mike) said. I got a good deal, got a good interest rate. Simply got everything I wanted and a very high quality car. Really cool people to work with. I will go there again.

Used CarGurus to find a 2015 Honda Civic Coupe EX. They had the one I was looking for in stock with low miles. I was able to negotiate a fair price. They included the window tinting and custom rims at no extra cost to me. I drove away with a great sales experience. I strongly recommend this business and will definitely use them again for my next vehicle purchase.

Brooks Auto is an excellent used car dealer. I've purchased 2 cars from Brooks Auto, and I'm totally content with my purchase. Sam has definitely gone above and beyond his job duty at Brooks auto. Coolest guy. I really recommend this place.

Yesterday my husband and I drove over a hour to look at a car. I called and spoke with Mike I explained to him we were coming, we were cash and ready to buy this ford expedition. When we arrived Mke sold the car from under us. He said he called but we were driving and could not get to phone. I looked at call time we were already a half hour in to are drive. We were a disappointed and when I spoke with make his response was I left you a message, what do you want me to do. I just want people to be careful if u buy from them. Horrible bad experience. Poor reviews 3.6

Hands down the WORST place to go if wanting to buy a car. I inquired about a '07 Chevy Tahoe LT with 130K miles that they had priced at $18,000, and anyone with common sense knows that, that price is just ludicrous and insane. It also happens to be $1800 above the KBB value. When I mentioned this to the salesman named "Mike" and asked if there was any negotiation on this astronomical price of theirs, he replied with, and I quote.."Absolutely not! we're not in the business of giving cars away for free"...WHAT CAR DEALER SAYS THAT TO AN INTERESTED BUYER?!? and mind you that I had $4K cash I was able to put down as well. Someone needs to teach this guy again how to sell a car, because of him they had a serious buyer walk away with a negative opinion on their dealership. End rant

Looked for a 2017 Ford F250 for some time. I wanted rims, tires, lift and few additional features. Found BAC, contacted Sam to work out a deal.Found Sam & Mike to be very honest and they did not try to up-sale or push features I did not need or want. In addition, they took my trade-in at a fair market value (more than Car Marx).I would and will refer my friends and family to BAC!Thanks Sam & Mike - Digging my truck!!
