This place was amazing! Helped me out with what I needed. Best costume service I ve had at a tire shop. I wish I took the ladies name, I believe it was Kathy or Katie. She was super nice. The men in the back did a great job in putting all 4 tires. Thank you so much for all your help.

The manager is a very knowledgeable trustworthy smart woman I must say and because of her, I honestly will buy all my tires for my 2 vehicles and 2 trailers and continue to recommend all my family and friends to ask for Candace !!! She is the best customer service person I ever dealt with and a great personality !!!!

I had an amazing experience. Romy was very friendly and helpful when I brought my car due to flat tire. He assisted me right away and didn t have to wait too long to get my tire fixed. Thank you Romy!

The team here is very friendly and helped fit me in to get my tire looked at last minute. I appreciate how they were willing to take a through look at the tire and body. Will definitely be where I come next time I need to get tiers or work done

One-stop shop for tire care and car maintenance. I had tire rotation, oil change, and brake replacement and car runs smoothly and got me through a weekend in San Diego without any issues.

Candace is a sweetheart and truly does care about each customer.You can count on this place to be honest with you. As a woman that s usually my main concern that they re just out to rip me off. But I never have that feeling here.Kevin is also really respectful and demonstrates great customer service. I think he s new, but in the short amount of time I was there he was on top of opening doors for customers when their arms were filled with kids and was always asking customers if they d like a complimentary cold bottle of water while they re waiting. It s not big but it s small things like going the extra mile when they don t have to, and their integrity that set this place apart from the rest. So with that said, I d definitely recommend this place over any other auto shop.

Omg I was at another place 2hr wait but I call Ronnie and he said bring over they check my car i had a nail in one off my tires they check it and patched it for free I wanted to rotate my tires but they said no I didn't it yet I wanted to buy new wipters but Ronnie sad no you don't did them yet left the place with 0 balance I will definitely come back for my oil change and rotation thank you guys I appreciate you guys so much

I had a fantastic experience here. I called at 3pm for 4 new truck tires (they closed at 6pm). They got the tires I needed from their warehouse and I was out the door in no time. Also best price I found and very friendly staff. Driving 100,000 miles a year I ll definitely be back. Thanks so much for taking care of me.

Horrible experience dropped off my vehicle in the am when they first open and was told it should only take a couple hours for brakes and rotors they don t contact me till end of the day and say they didn t have time for it it ll get done next day, so went to other mechanic and tried to give them a second shot my truck was making a ticking noise and they told me they were fixing it through insurance and was the lifter that was wrong but when asked for paperwork or proof for insurance they said it was a guess and they never opened the truck up or took anything apart and the job was gonna be to big for them so my truck sat in a shop for 2 weeks and not one thing was done to it and wasn t even given a diagnostic test totally wasted my time for the last time don t recommend unless your just getting cheap tires till you save up to get better ones else where I d never go back

Great place. Always got my repairs done in a very timely manner. Usually faster than the estimated repair time. Not only that, they always give me a heads up about any further repairs I may need.

At some point in your driving career you may walk up to your vehicle and notice the ominous glint of a nail head in the tread of your tire. Today it was me. But this company Big Brand Tire & Service did something special for me. They help me to repair my car wheel, and they did it for free. I can t thank them enough because I am not from California and I came only for couple days to celebrate my birthday. I highly recommend this business !!!! The service was outstanding along with the quality of their work!

I came to this place a couple of months ago and had two tires patched. When they were finished I asked how much do I owe you. Romy replied there is no charge. My impression of this place is that they are interested in having a long term relationship with their customers and not just taking someone to the "cleaners" one time. I can see why their rating is 4.9. I would come here again for auto repairs in a second. Candace, Romy, and mechanics thank you so much. You're the best!

The absolute best shop in the IE. Customer Service was amazing. I ve been going here for about 3 years. Nothing competes with the prices and work. Candice goes out of her way for her customers. I cant recommend this place enough. 10/10

I called early morning with a tire problem - it wasn t taking air when I tried to use air pumps at two different gas stations. My trailer tire pressure was running low and I was going to be late to an important appointment. Candace and her team took care of it in just 2 minutes and we made it to the appointment 1,5 hours away in LA. Thank you so much!!!!!!

I rarely do reviews, but this place definitely deserves one! This shops speedy efficient work should put standards for the industry. I was so impressed, they re now my new go to spot.Candice is a wonderful lady that tries to aim for exemplary customer service and delivers I definitely recommend to give this place a try if your mechanic is not available or you need repairs/new wheels for your ride. Prices are good and your experience will be a positive one.
