Horrible customers service, horrible work, horrible knowledge about cars. The owner Gabriel gave me a price then when I call to check the status of my car help start telling that the work will not be perfect because I told to go with aftermarket parts and paint will match he also told me he would have to raise the price because he had to do more work when I saw the vehicle his paint work is really poor lots of chips I asked him if he would repaint it he told me he would when I saw it the second time it was still the same I don't recommend this place at all if you do go here go at your own risk.

C.U.I.D.A.D.O. y O.J.O.S. !!!!!Yo tengo un carro 2015 Hyundai Sonata Limited.Necesitaba el trabajo de1. Roof ( nuevo pintura)2. Passenger side rear door( dent pequeno)3. Rear bumper damage( cambio de bumper cover y pintura)El senor Gabriel me prometio con "Quality job" por eso cuesta el dinero para realizar en buen trabajo para mi carro.se necesita quitar los moldings y trims de las ventas y puertas. En mi bumper que salgan bien y buen trabajo se necesita solamente cambiar nuevo bumper cover y pintarlo( no repararlo). El dijo se queda mucho mejor que repararlo el bumper. El muchas veces dice Nosotros hacemos quality job!. no como los demas un mal y barato trabajo.1. Pero al final del su trabajo. El Techo no los quito los trims y molding para pintar, se los pintaron con los trims y moldings. Dejando mal las pintura. Ensimas del molding.2. La puerta. Al final de la puerta habia un pequeno dent, todavia hay estaban. El No los pinto las puertas completo. Solomente reparo el dent que estaba en medio de la puerta.( el me dijo quality job se necesita pintar toda las puertas y no sola una se necesita pinta las dos puertas( para que no se noten colores diferentes entre al frente y atras)3. El bumper NO se lo cambiaron, solo repararo. hay muchas senas del mal trabajo .Yo lo pregunte a el Porque? no lo cambiaron el bumper cover? Y porque no lo pinto las puertas completo? El dice yo no he dicho de cambio del bumper y pintar las puertas completo.El estaba mentiendo y negandolo, despues de tener el dinero en su mano. Pagamos mucho dinero, El nos engano y hizo muy mal trabajo, tambien no cumplio con sus palabras.El dia cuando fuimos por mi carro, el carro estaba lleno cubierto del polvo blanco que nose puede mirar el trabajo que han hecho. Nos dimos encuenta mayoria del mal trabajo cuando mi hija lavo el carro.Uds. Siempre pidelo los work orders, partes y sus precios que es lo que van hacer en escrito antes que trabajen.Porque el nunca me dio uno. Y no quizo dar me un recivo bueno( recivo con detalles) solo me escribio en un recivo chiquito papel.Nunca me voy a este lugar y NO lo recomiendo este lugar para un auto body works.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
