The most incompetent staff anywhere. Packages get returned to sender for insufficient address 24 hours after arrival even though the label (I have a picture of it) is perfect. They should know the address it is ACROSS THE SREET FROM THE PO! I can see the post office from my living room. While in line to collect the package in question the person in front of me was distraught because their package had just disappeared once it got to Olympic Valley. The person in line behind me was attempting to return to the PO heart medication which had been incorrectly put in her P.O. Box. How would you like your medication open and handled by strangers? This staff should be investigated for incompetence, and possible malfeasance, and then placed on probation, retrained or fired.

The service is always splendid! Dave is aways kind, friendly & helpful. I believed him & the rest of the staff do a great job al the time am in there. Ps. Thanks for all the hard work Dave

I m a local who lives in Olympic Valley.They just canceled my PO box while i was sick in the hospital and gave it to someone else and didn t even try to contact me even though they have all my contact information.The place is run by incompetent imbeciles.

This is a one man show, so I was worried that the package wouldn't get postmarked that day. When I asked about it, he stamped it right in front of me. I was very pleased and want to make sure everyone knows how great his customer service is.

Matt, the local postmaster, and Steven , the delivery driver, are nice , welcoming and helpful dudes. Matt and Steven have saved my butt by holding onto mail that I've forgot to put my PO Box number down for.

P.O. Box hours are terrible. My packages sit there delivers for days but are never in my P.O box

They might be closed for lunch, but the free library and kind service of the Postmaster more than make up for that. This place makes me proud to be an American!
