So happy w my latest experience w/ RMC, they are top notch & locals. Very professional, high quality specialists yet extremely down to earth people. Their integrity surpasses my expectations, going above & beyond. We ve been loyal customers for years and never would I consider anyone else to touch my MB s. Highly recommend RMC for your automotive needs.

RMC provided excellent services to repair damages to my RX 350 due to an incorrect battery installation (not performed by RMC). They provided me with timely updates, reasonable repair costs, and excellent customer service throughout the process. When picking up my car, I was able to connect with the owner Reggie who is very kind and personable. He provided me with a thorough overview of the services performed and gave me the assurance needed to feel comfortable driving the vehicle. I would recommend RMC to all requiring car repairs!

Brought my refurbished beach van in on a tow after getting a tip about RMC. I ve been asking my previous shop to look into a few concerns for months but most shops don t bother trying to diagnose until things break down.RMC figured it out quickly and further found the root of other lingering issues I was having. Now it runs better than ever.I asked them to go ahead and flush the trans and breaks and they gave me a very fair price.I will be bringing all my cars here for regular service and repairs!

I was nearby on a Saturday afternoon when I hit a pot hole and the bottom of my car started scraping. I called them to see if they can take a look at it. Loretta and Reggie were the sweetest people. They stayed late fixing my car so I can drive downtown safely. They were straightforward about their pricing, and went above and beyond for me. Reggie is very passionate about his job and is very thorough. He even pointed out and fixed minor things that may have resulted in major damage in the future. You can just tell that they are kind-hearted people who are passionate about helping others. I don t live nearby, but they treated me and my car so well that I am willing to make the drive next time I need a repair

RMC automotive has top notch customer service. From the moment I dropped off my car until pick up. My car is running so smooth, like it is brand new. The attention to detail to ensure my car was running perfect is top notch. I drive a lot for work and my brakes were bad. RMC checked my entire car not just my brakes! Found items I didn t even think to check. I was like my brakes are bad! Thank you for taking care of my car. She is gliding along on the road again. RMC Automotive is now my only mechanic that will do my car repairs. Looking for a trusted, respectful, caring mechanic. You will find it at RMC Automotive.

Mr Reggie,Ms Loretta, Victor, and the whole team at this lovely facility are awesome human beings!! They fixed my car in one day! Fast, friendly, and excellent customer service! They treated me like family laughing and joking, but educated me on my vehicle. Straight forward and just plain out knowledgeable! You can feel they love what they do and I appreciate the kindness they extended to us. My car is like my child and they treated and fixed her like their own! I appreciate RMC Auto and if you need something done to your car you NEED to come here! This is a wonderful addition to our OCEANSIDE community! Awesome people with a good heart! RMC is top notch. I took my Toyota to Reggie and crew when I had some issues that I just couldn't get done myself. They took the time to properly diagnose my unique rig and circumstances. Not only did they get it fixed, it runs better than ever. Reggie's communication and care made me feel like family and I cannot thank them enough for the outstanding work and diligence to get the job done right. One of the worst customer experiences of my life, mother of 3 and don t know much about cars but needed an oil change and repairs -have trusted RMC in the past but have never experienced anything like this- have no idea what happened to flip the switch but as opposed to prior interactions was treated very rudely and unprofessionally as if trying to intimidate- at one point holding my hand in a handshake and I had to ask for it to be let go of and actually say the words You re making me feel uncomfortable - have never had to say anything like that in my life and as a customer paying for service (!) the brakes which were fixed are still squealing but not going back- so hard to find someone to trust for car care. I recently had a vehicle inspected by RMC Automotive Specialties before deciding to purchase it.Reggie and the Staff at RMC were amazing. Socorro and Reggie gave me incredible service. Socorro followed up with my online request as soon as they opened and was able to get me in a day earlier than my appointment per my request. She was kind and responsive. Reggie did a full diagnostic on my car that overheated and solved the problem quickly and effectively. I was thrilled when he called and told me only my fan was disconnected and I had no other leaks or damages. I dropped my car off at 8 and it was ready by 11am. Reggie was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I will absolutely be going back to this shop for any of my car needs. It s rare to find a fair and honest mechanic and when you do he becomes like a part of the family and you hold onto him like a treasure. Reggie at RMC is that mechanic. He s always ready with a smile and a kind word and takes care of your car like it s his own. The shop is neat, clean, and organized and shows a level of pride that carries into his work. You won t be disappointed by bringing your car here.

If you are looking for a place to bring your vehicle to get fixed right in a timely manner look no further! RMC automotive specialties took my van in promptly after an unexpected breakdown on the way to work and got it back to me the very next day! Vehicle breakdowns can be stressful, but the staff here is so kind and professional that I absolutely knew my van was in great hands! Thank you so much for your help guys You re the best!

Heard about RMC from a kind tow truck driver that helped give my fianc�s vehicle a jump start. Asked if he knew a reliable mechanic. RMC was his recommendation. I called the number on the card, Reggie (owner) answered. Immediately it was like talking to an old friend. He made me feel very comfortable during such a stressful time. He told me to come on by, that he would take a look at it same day & do his best to assess the situation. He would work hard to get to the root of the issue, to have the vehicle repaired timely, so my fianc� would have a way to work. I immediately drove to his shop, which is very conveniently located in Oceanside. He was finishing his lunch along with another employee. Reggie, being the generous soul he is, then offered me a bite to eat. That struck me, right in my heart. Not only did he answer my call after just a couple rings & put my needs first as the customer, he then offered me to join them. I guess I looked hungry? L O L. After an assessment, Reggie discussed with us what he found wrong with the vehicle. We devised a plan for him to do the repair. Not only did he take care of the issue in a timely fashion, he did it with a smile! He has this happy, go lucky vibe about him. He didn t talk down to us nor over our heads. He spoke to us as if we are equals. As humans, and that goes very long way with me.I think we just found our forever mechanic. We are grateful for you Reggie & Team! You ALL rock!! After a bad experience at another auto repair, I was sceptical about getting work done outside a dealership. I read many reviews and found Reggie and RMC Automotive Specialists. After talking with Reggie on the phone, I decided to bring my car into the shop. Reggie was so nice and honest! He didn't make me feel like I was being taken advantage of . He didn't brush me off when I had questions, he was patient and kind. He explained everything to me before working on my car and gave me a great price quote. I HIGHLY recommend RMC Auto to anyone who needs repairs on their car. I will be a repeat customer. I am happy to have found him! Highly recommended!! Finding a reliable, fair and professional mechanic is as important as finding a good doctor. Reggie and his crew are the real deal. I grew up around mechanics most of my life, Dad being one. I trust Reggie to take care of my vehicles. Fair pricing, quick service, never pushy and incredibly friendly. This is honestly the best place I've ever been for car work. Family owned, warm, and professional. Very affordable and transparent pricing. Super fast, too! They took the time to explain and even show me a bit of how things worked and how they'd failed in my car. Most importantly, they didn't talk down to me (which, as a woman, can happen often at other mechanic shops). This all made me feel very confident agreeing to the work needed. I wish I'd found this place years ago. Thank You to their whole team! The Best experience at an auto mechanic ever! Reggie was so nice and honest! I have driven by Reggie's shop as it is close to mine but have had no need to utilize his services. My van started running really rough and I brought it in he was able to assess it right there and then I brought it back a few days later for him to do the repairs. Everything went great he didn't tune up and replaced a coil pack it had me up and running in a short time. Hopefully I won't have to go back soon but if I do I will definitely have him do my work.

Reggie was very diligent about finding the source of the problem when my check engine light came on. It turned out the problem was still covered under warranty. Reggie contacted the dealership and had my car towed there. It is refreshing to find someone with both skill and integrity. Its rare to find a mechanic who really values the customer experience over profit. Came to Reggie on a late evening to fix my window so I could drive to LA for my dad s birthday. Gave me a temporary fix and I came back to fix it completely haven t seen another mechanic since! Need an honest mechanic that really knows about cars? Go to RMC! We take all of our cars to Reggie. Completely trust him. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and resourceful! Reggie was the most kind and honest person. I am a senior woman and a little skeptical of people taking advantage. We chatted and he made me feel so at ease. I can t remember the receptionist name but she was very kind as well. Very personable. My car broke down on a Saturday afternoon and I was SO lucky that I called RCM. They took the time out of their busy day to help me out. Reggie and his crew looked at my car within 5 minutes of arriving and had it fixed within an hour. Thank you guys for getting me to where I needed to be.
