While I do appreciate that the Mission Car Care tech drove to a dealership to get a Nissan part after the 2 other off market part attempts didn't work and drove the car to me at work since it took 5 more hours than quoted, they didn't test drive the car before returning it to me the first time at noon and it wasn't safe. The sensor went off and locked up my brakes in the middle of Mission Ave within 25 feet of leaving the repair facility.

It's a small family owned business I've been going to for yrs... The owner Rick is as genuine as they come w making sure your car gets the treatment it deserves... The next your in Oceanside CA and need your car serviced, he's the one to go to!

Was suggested by a family member, I always take my car there for oil changes and they always let me know when something needs attention. They are never pushy or suggest seemingly unnecessary repairs. I've had a few other major repairs done and the cost is very reasonable for the quality of work. The staff is also very courteous and friendly.

I called in at like 330 to take it in before they closed at 5. The person that answered was not friendly and he said he couldn t take me in. :/ I feel like they could ve asked me to make an appointment for tomorrow or something. So I just hung up.

Cannot recommend highly enough! They fixed our car same day and were so lovely to deal with. Wish we lived in the area; they would definitely be our regular mechanics!

We were traveling and our transmission hoses broke, we called Mission Auto car and got our van towed to them. They were so helpful and were able to fix our van by the the end of the day and we were on the road again! Van is working great and we made it home safely! Me and my husband went to go fix our car had problems with the axils they fixed it the same day they would told us .also changed our brake light that was out and oil change as well good service overall

Azim and his staff went way above and beyond for my husband last week. His car broke down while on his way to LA for business. It was after 5pm and Mission Car Care Center took in the car for diagnosis and it could not be fixed until parts were received the next day. All of the car rental shops were closed and Azim called a friend that rents cars. He waited with my husband even after closing time and then when his friend did not have a car available he drove my husband to his hotel in Buena Park and refused to accept any payment for gas and his time. On top of this, the car was repaired perfectly and at a reasonable price the next day. These are the type of people I love to give my business. An amazing human being to go out of his way like that for a customer he had just met. Thank you so much Azim.

Our car needed a quick fix, we came in last minute but the staff were really nice and willing to help and fixed it without any charge. Really appreciate their help! Highly recommended.

About $88 for an oil change.They pulled the typical upsell by showing me my air filters, which were clearly still in decent shape if not for the extra debri that seemed to magically be sitting on top and not fallen off durring removal. How convenient for them.Filters werent in bad shape but I agreed to replace them as issurance so they wouldn't screw with anything under the hood.Cant say Ill go back.Mechanic shops need to stop with the gimmicks.Out the door $160.

The brakes on our vehicle were deteriorating. We took the car to Mission Car Care and they performed a free brake inspection and have us a quote. After conducting the maintenance they found additional issues that they had not initially found and gave us a great price for the whole job. They were very open and honest with us and were timely with repairs. We will definitely be returning to this shop.Services: Brakes, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Hi everyone! I took my 2002 Ford F350 to get my Transmission serviced and the pan dropped filters changed! They did not tighten all the screws i stoped at a friends when returning to my truck I saw a puddle underneath checked and 8 bolts were loose mainly near the edges so I had to get down under and do it myself I was very upset but the place is nice other then that staff are very respectful

Great experience here. Found the staff to be extremely polite and helpful. They were able to look at my car right away, showed me exactly what was wrong, and they were communicative all the way through the repair process. Rick seems to be an honest professional who truly cares about his customers and their satisfaction, and getting the job done right. Highly recommend this shop.

I came here to get my rear shocks replaced because they were completely blown out. Not only was it affordable, it was also fast and efficient.Great customer service and friendliness from both front desk and the staff members. Very friendly and super fast in finishing your car even when busy. I had to get a new timing belt, spark plugs, tune up, and fluids/oil changed. A month later, my car is still running like new. Thank you for the great service!

Hands down the best shop ive ever brought a vehicle to. Rick in the office was friendly and honest. And i was Amazed how much I was charged For all my services and how long it took . Mission Car Care is GREAT!!!I started coming here in 2012 for oil changes, then a few years later when I couldn't find a shop that would do a tune-up on a 2011 ford edge (they would say they don't have a trained mechanic for my specific car model). I brought my car in and they knocked it out with no problem. I've had a ton of things done to my cars here and will never go anywhere else. All the employees are professional, helpful and patient. I get the smallest things like getting my headlight bulbs replaced to getting new brakes. The owner of the shop goes above and beyond to satisfy the costumers and that's the main reason I always go back.They recently changed the name of the shop but its definitely still the same great service.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

Excellent service, speedy abs affordable. Awesome neighborhood repair shop. They beat the dealer price by over $100 on a 30,000 mile service for my Subaru Forester. Highly recommend

I came in the late afternoon for a tire repair; a huge screw in one of them and had to replace the whole thing. They had to order a new tire, but it was ready for pickup the next day! Super fast, professional and friendly....would recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

Came her at 9am for a tire alignment they told me itd be done the latest at 11. its currently 1pm i have no car im so bored im debating topics with the crackheads in oceanside. point is when they tell you a time go ahead and add like 14 hours to that.
