If I could give ten stars I would! Don has been so nice and helpful during the whole process of getting my first car, my baby, back to life after a pretty bad accident. She looks brand new and Don completely made sure that she is going to run for a long time. Their office was so clean and nice as well. I couldn't have asked for a more kind, generous and hard working company to have picked to fix my baby. THANK YOU GUYS!

We had a problem with a drive thru car wash. They agreed to fix it. We started realizing that most of these collision centers depending the situations customer service across the board was bad. We happened to come across Color Crafters. Don was completely amazing , super honest and extremely friendly. He empathized for our situation. That alone being understanding made us feel good. I noticed they had a cool muscle car they were working on and it made me feel better. Don is one of a kind! Thanks Don!

I am so pleased with the friendly customer service every step of the way. They went beyond my expectations in results, even taking off my yellowed headlights which weren t damaged to sand, buff and clean. Getting parts is an issue these days but when they received they cranked it out. Very well done. Go there you won t be disappointed!

Just picked up my 2006 Toyota Tacoma. There was a bunch of damage to the rear from a sweet little old lady that fell asleep on the 5 freeway and crashed into me.The service from Don and Ray is top notch. As good as it gets.The repair work appears to be perfect and flawless.They interacted with the insurance company on my behalf and handled everything.And this shop is HONEST and ETHICAL. Example: I left some cash and my passport in the center console (didn t realize until I picked up my truck) and it was still there!!I can t possibly give a stronger recommendation for this body shop right here in Oceanside, CA. THANKS!!

I had a fantastic experience at Color Crafter in Oceanside when I got my Ford Fusion fixed. Rey, the staff member who assisted me, was amazing and super helpful throughout the process. The service was top-notch, and my car was returned in excellent condition. I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs! 5 stars!

If you can avoid it, stay away from the gentleman who is responsible for the insurance part of any work being done on your vehicle. He's extremely rude and is not helpful at all!Ron on the other hand, is he wonderful man! He has been nothing but kind and upfront ever since this whole ordeal has happened.

Highly satisfied. Very friendly service, prompt, courteous, no pressure, and very informative. I scratched the passenger side door against a parking garage post and damaged the paint with denting, the plastic on the bottom and the window frame. Looks like new now.

Color Crafters Collision & Auto Body is a reputable, honest and professional shop that values quality, excellence, perfection and exceptional customer relations over all other concerns! I came to Color Crafters Collision because my 2010 Prius was rear-ended and the party at fault used GEICO Insurance. I discovered that there is a GIECO representative (essentially) stationed at Color Crafters Collision which did the "initial" vehicle damage assessment. My initial inclination was to use Toyota Carlsbad (where we purchased the Prius) however my conversations with Don Becker, the General Manager, quickly placed me at ease as to the "quality" of work they perform. Don was not kidding when he stated "it's not going out the door until it's perfect". It has been decades since I needed any collision repair work but the outstanding customer relations sold me on Color Crafters Collision. Don, was always available via phone or in person. He discussed the type of repair work necessary and identified all the areas of damage needing repairs, service, calibration or replacement. Being essentially a "novice" in the field of collision repair, I was impressed with the depth of knowledge and expertise Don presented. He (Don) clearly knew what he was talking about and made the entire repair experience comfortable, and efficient. I have to Yelp rate Color Crafters Collision & Auto Body as excellent! If I could give 6 stars, I would. As to the work performed, I stopped by mid-repair and saw the extent of damage from the collision and the necessary body work performed to bring the vehicle back to "like-new" condition. From what I saw, the work was extremely well done with perfectly fitted panels and associated parts. The attention to detail by the shop showed when I was able to pick up my vehicle and examine it in the bright sun. The bumper cover and seams were "flawless" as was the color matching paint. No drips, runs, sags, orange peal or overspray of any kind. FANTASTIC job! If you suddenly need collision repair work I trust Don Becker at Color Crafters Collision & Auto Body. My experience was exceptional, well above my expectations and a testament to the overall "perfection" attitude on display by Don and his entire staff. My personal thanks to everyone at Color Crafters Collision AND to the GEICO Insurance adjuster who handled our claim with speed and ease.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Words cannot express my gratitude towards this amazing shop and workers hand on very professional and welcoming. HIGHLY HIGHLY SATISFIED. The owner Sam & the GM Don went above and beyond for me my adjuster Carlos did such an amazing job handling my claim. I walked out extremely satisfied with the service provided for me I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. 10/10 SERVICE !!

How often do you have an opportunity to give a glowing review for Servce, Professionalism, Quality workmanship? Don, Carlos the entire team at Color Crafters are Professional and give superior service and quality work. They did a beautiful job putting my everyday driver back together after an accident. Cannot thank them enough. You would never know it was in an accident.

Twice in the last year my red metallic Town & Country van was damaged. The insurance company recommended Color Crafters in Oceanside. Wow! I was so impressed with their work, their service, everything about this shop is outstanding! Don and his staff really extend themselves above and beyond. They dropped me off at the rental company, they finished the work early both times, and they did the work perfectly! Metallic red is the toughest color/finish to match, and Color Crafters did it all perfectly. But what blew me away - the extras! I had a few dings around the van, but they painted those also! I feel as if I am driving a brand new van. And their wash job on the exterior is only exceeded by the meticulous cleaning of the interior.If you need body work, you can bet you'll get great service with Don and the crew at Color Crafters!Service: Painting

Extremely satisfied. I called and talked to Don and explained that I had very minor damage to my car. Don made it simple, very simple. He asked me to send him a picture, I did he called me right back with a very fair price. He explained that they were very busy and to surprise him and bring the car in next week. I brought it in on and Monday, he explained it would be ready on Wednesday. I said great and he called me on Tuesday to pick it up. No Baloney here, just fantastic work and Don is extremely polite and Friendly. I didn t have to set up an appointment and fill out any paperwork prior to getting my car repaired. I didn t receive a 100 e mails or text messages telling me about my car. Don made it simple. Wow can t believe I found a body shop that keeps things simple , gives you a fair price, does great work and all with a smile.

Don and his team make miracles. I have tooken two of my vehicles to his body shop and he always make them look brand new like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend everyone to come to his shop because he's the chillest man you will ever meet. He gets the job done on time and with excellent quality.

Don at Color Crafters is a lifesaver!!! I moved out to California from the Midwest on my own back in February and realized I needed to buy a car. Less than 2 months after having bought my first car, someone hit it in a parking lot, smashing the headlight and tearing the bumper off in the process. Don went above and beyond to make sure that my car, and myself, were taken care of. The quality of his work and his professionalism are unmatched. My car is an old girl, and I swear he made her look 10 years younger! Not only that, but he was incredibly friendly and kind throughout the process. I truly cannot recommend Don and his team highly enough.

They were super helpful during the whole process from the beginning to the end. Superb customer service!! Very informative and always kept me informed about my vehicle. I would recommend anyone that needs their car repaired to definitely go to Color Crafters.... the best part of the whole thing was the amazing work that they did on my vehicle. I definitely left feeling beyond satisfied. Management definitely knows how to run the place.

Don knows the business well, and he is especially patient dealing with his customers and the insurance company. You need someone like him especially in these times when dealing with car insurances, and he gives fair and honest quotes.

First time in many, many years we had the need to seek out a collision repair shop. Not quite sure where to turn, we happened onto Color Crafters due to proximity of the vehicle. Don was so communicative and patient as we figured out the process for the repair. Extremely competitive pricing, timely, and an excellent result. Above all appreciated his positivity and communication throughout a stressful time.

Don and the Color Crafters Team did an amazing job getting my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe back on the road after my accident! They truly helped when it came to quality and speed. Lindsey from Geico and Don answered all of my questions in a quick manner and the follow up after the accident has been amazing!Our car looks brand new again and was delivered back to us within a week! I would highly recommend Color Crafters to any of my friends or colleagues.

I have used Color Crafters now on four vehicle's. Ever time I have been there and had work done, I have been taken back by the quality of work they do. No other body shop in town has the specialized equipment these guys do, nor the knowledge. Their warranty on all the work they have done for me is always lifetime warranty! I would like to personally thank the crew, Samir, Rania, Daniel, & Lael for the excellent work you guys always do, and the amazing customer service! Don't fall for the cheezy chain body shops your insurance wants, go to these guys and get the best job done (better than factory in my case)!

The owner and manager agreed to help me with the unique repair required for my 2004 GTO when no other body shop was willing to touch it. After a month and a half of foot-dragging by a couple larger body shops, it was recommended that I call Color Crafters. The team at Color Crafters sorted me out within a week!

Came in about a year ago after getting into an accident while traveling in California. Daniel was awesome and very nice, he understood my situation and did absolutely everything in his power to help me out. Color Crafters did a great job on my Matrix. I was impressed, they got the part, took the paint code from my car, and in such a short time it was restored so you couldn't even tell that part of the front was missing a day ago! All this and it was about half of what I expected. Great Work!KB

The Paint did not match the rest of the car. Its darker and easy to tell it was in a crash. Disappointed but I don't want to deal with it. Plus it took a month.
