I am so happy I found All German Auto in Oceanside.Julio, my technician, always updated me with pictures and videos with an explanation of what he found. I have never had any technician take the time to do this!I now have a shop and technician I can trust to take care of my Audi!

I called Andy when I discovered a coolant leak. His crew were so upfront and honest about everything. The car was repaired very quickly and every issue was addressed by the technician as well as Andy. These guys know what they're doing. I highly recommend this shop for your German car. So happy I took my 2011 Mercedes C300 here. Very professional service! The service advisor Andrew went over and above, and took the time to go over what my car needed with the time and milage I had on the car. He also took the time to go through previous service records with me to make sure they performed the correct service . Mike the technician thoroughly inspected my vehicle and advised only the necessary services I needed. Prices were very reasonable and affordable. Now my car is in excellent condition and ready for another 40k. I will be taking my Mercedes back to All German Auto for all my service needs in Oceanside ca.Services: Transmission, Air conditioning

My Audi A4 had an epic meltdown and I had to get my car towed to All German Auto. Ben, the Service Manager, was extremely professional in helping me understand the issue as well as communicating every diagnosis. He introduced me to the mechanics to help me understand the complex problem as well as Andy, the owner, who was also very helpful. I could tell the whole team all deeply cared and were trying their best to fix the car, knowing this was all a shock and total surprise to me. We ultimately had to replace the motor and Ben shopped all over America finding the perfect used motor on the East Coast. Ben and Andy knew I was on a tight budget and they did a remarkable job both in keeping costs down but also communicating the status to me every step of the way. If you have a German car, I highly recommend you take it here for service!

Truly your dealer alternative. Very friendly and professional staff. No long waiting times. The whole place was exceptionally clean, both in the lobby area, as well as in the service area. They also have a shuttle service free of charge to take you to your home or work if you drop your car off for an extended period of time.Make sure you talk to Ben. He not only makes you feel welcome, but is truly professional at making sure you leave satisfied at the right price. 5 stars all the way!

Andrew notified me of the recommendations needed for the milage on my car. Very professional, and the shop is so clean and organized. These guys are the best. Ive been using them for years and have gone through my fair share of mechanics in the past. They truely the most trustworthy that I have ever come across. Ben, Jorge and Andy are the best! Every time I come here the experience gets better. Ive worked on my own cars in the past and my experience has made me want to let them do it for me! I will no longer go anywhere else

All German Auto in Oceanside has worked on my BMW several times. They are extremely honest about what needs to be done, no upselling. I have been more than happy with my experience. Great location for those seeking an alternative to car dealerships. Honest people, fair prices, professional operation, and they offer military discounts. Ben in customer service is knowledgeable and friendly. Jorge is a master tech who knows his business and will even take the time to explain things to you himself. Extremely knowledgeable, reliable and honest. I drive from Hemet to all German auto to have them work on my VW Touareg. At this point there s no other choice for me. They deserve six stars in my book!

We called about a brake wsrning and they said to bring it in, they would look at it. Showed us the issue and what to do all as a courtesy as we were from AZ. Great people to work with.
