Tried to make an appointment and they just stopped communicating with me. So, I drove to the shop and waited 20 minutes in front and the store remained closed although they said they were open. All of this took place after I was told they would not help me because they only do appointments on weekends. I waited until it was a weekday and still no answer. Terrible first experience won t be coming back. Go to mobile solutions instead they actually answer their customers and show that they care! If I could give zero stars I would.

The owner, Will, is an examplenary audio technician. He is an audio historian. This is the best person you would want to handle your vehicle with precision and care.

Will is awesome. He walked me through all the ins and outs of car stereos. He was vary patient and answered all my questions.I started out wanting aVolkswagen and ended up with a Cadillac. The install looks factory, the sub woofer is killer and the deal was unreal. 2001 Dodge Ram.

Will was AMAZING! Helped us out on Sunday, returned calls, friendly, outgoing, so very knowledgeable! He knows what he's talking about and he knows his products! Going back to have some more work on our van....

My wife and I bought dash cam front/back camera. She and I thought we could hook this gadget up, no problem...well we were SOO wrong!! This thing had more wires coming out of it than a robot...and to top it off we had to make these wires Supply power to work!! We were lost and just gave up before we got started.We called around a few places looking for someone willing to do the installation for us, we did find two. The first place we took it to was....well, they will remain nameless, anyway, upon the opening of the box, they looked as confused as my wife and I. They said things like, "I think this wire goes here and that wire goes there!" First off, the words "I think " are red flags for us. I was saying to myself, "YOU EITHER KNOW OR YOU DON'T, DON'T THINK, YOU'RE THE PROFESSIONAL! " I then said welp, that means we don't think we will go somewhere else, we WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! then we were off on our quest to find the perfect installer. WE FOUND HIM! He was a great guy named Will and he owns Mobile car audio. The man knew his stuff, he walked over to our car and TOLD US EVERYTHING THAT HE WAS GOING TO DO, he knew where the wires went, how he was going to run them throughout the car. He knew what he was doing! He even knew some things about our car that we didn't! I would reccomend Will at MOBILE CAR AUDIO A MILLION TIMES OVER! You got something to install, GO SEE WILL!!

Found Will on Google, and im glad I did. Excellent service, he knows his stuff, honest. I will hqve a 2nd car there in 30 days. As someone who has put music in cars since 1996, I hella approve mobile car audio in Oakley.

Seemed like a decent fair kat knows what hes talking about and is knowledgeable about his work .he explained what was wrong and how to fix it we agreed on a price and 4 days later I pulled up to his place of business he started the work and then backed out of finishing talking about he needed more money because it was more work .I didn't care to pay him more for the work but I dont like that last minute change of mind seems shady I'll take my business elsewhere and so should you if u dont want to be hustled out of your hard earned money

Amazing install sounds spectacular. Really knows his stuff compared to the other junk companies around here doing audio. You wont be disappointed.
