Jordan had excellent customer service. He was so polite and answered all the questions that I had. I definitely think he needs a raise! Kevin also was very knowledgeable and super respectful and works with everyone !! Would recommend to anyone in the bay area

I had such a beautiful experience, East County Auto will support you along the way. Thy will do everything they can to help , especially those with less of a great credit . Very kind , and professional. I left more than Happy with my upgraded vehicle . Thy love helping their locals you will be in for a little surprise , but i wont spill the fun . Kevin, the owner, is the man! He s gonna do everything he can to get you in the car you want, and he takes care of his local customers! Super easy process, no pressure from Kevin or the sales team to make the purchase. All around a great experience for a first time buyer, I left feeling satisfied and happy with my purchase! This is a long overdue well deserved review. East County Auto Sales is a hidden gem that you should not sleep on if you are looking to purchase a new used car. . I've purchased 2 cars from here and there will be more to come. Both times were in our most times in need. The guys here and the service they provide is stellar. Friendly, easy, knowledgeable, stream line and honest service is what you need and this is what you will get when you come here. They make the whole transaction comfortable and leaving you confident in your purchase. This will be our #1 spot to stop at when we purchase our next vehicle. Hands down to East County Auto Sales. Very welcoming & kind people! Test drove the car & then sat down to talk business. No pressure, no BS, I gave this dealer a shot & they gave me a nice & smooth process when buying a car, Adam & the rest of the crew are legit. They got me into my new Q50 that Im loving, Definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a new car & wants a straight forward process!

This is what car buying experience should be! I m very supportive of local small businesses in the Eastbay because they are the heart and soul of this economy. I approached Adam for consultation on a family size SUV. Unfortunately he recently sold the last two Tahoes on his lot. Adam took my information and kept in touch with me as he searched for the right vehicle. Once he received the SUVs he contacted me to view them. The Tahoe I was looking at was clean! Adam greeted me and walked me around the car providing me with details about the car. He informed me of both the good and the bad of owning a Chevy Tahoe. Adam showed me the carfax and walked me through every detail. At no point I felt any pressure. The horror stories that I ve heard about used car salesmen were not present with Adam. He is a true professional. Since this was a family purchase, Adam reminded me to consult with the kids to finalize my decision. After going over the finance breakdown, we came up with a fair deal that resulted in my purchase. Adam explained every paperwork in detail and was very accommodating of my questions. Adam is trustworthy and knowledgeable being in the industry for sometime. I m so glad to have entered Eastcounty Auto Sales today. I ended up with our family SUV that we can now start making memories with! Thanks Adam and team!

My Husband totaled his commuter truck and weneeded another car ASAP!! East county was able tohelp us!! Our credit isn't great, we couldn't affordanother truck, but we were able to walk out with anew commuter car with a low monthly. Thank you Kevin & Adam!

On Saturday, I visited this hidden gem in the Bay Area while searching for a car. Wilbert, the salesperson, provided exceptional service and was incredibly friendly. He didn't pressure me at all and allowed me to test drive the car I was interested in. His approach made the whole experience much less intimidating. Despite not purchasing a car that day, I'm grateful for the informative session I had with Wilbert. I made the trip all the way from San Jose, CA, which took me about 1 hour and 30 minutes, and it was definitely worth it. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend conducting your business here with Wilbert.

LONG OVERDUE REVIEW. Highly recommend coming here. Purchased my car back in Nov 2022. Customer service was great. They re friendly & very informative when it comes to their car lot. Kevin thank you so much for all your help!!!! A1 fr! He was able to answer all my questions & assist with whatever I needed. Appreciate what yall do! They really care about their customers. A colleague referred me to go to East County Sales. I was very impressed with their customer service and I can personally say that Kevin, who helped me, is really good guy. He helped me find me the perfect commuter car. They are a newer establishment, but they had top tier used cars! If you are looking for a car I highly recommend to come here.

Me and my family bought a honda accord and our transaction was the easiest and most pleasant we ve had when buying a car so much we came back and bought a second car from them a week later. East County Auto Sales is Very welcoming they are willing to get you a car..East County Auto Sales work it so you get the car..until you realize what they do to your credit East county auto sales takes your money and you get charged twice..the money you put down plus repaying that same amount at the tail end of your extremely high interest rates..the first car I wanted and have the paperwork for proof, the motor broke down within 2 weeks..missed important work so they let me use a rental car, have proof of that too..so they could fix the car because of another issue with the windshield sensor..still haven t received paperwork from this Car..Have multiple issues with credit because of what they did to put me in that car..East County Auto Sales is Bad Business..6 credit inquiries on one car?? Plus being charged an additional $5000 on top of the original price..Save your Money there are better Car Lots..Con Artists preying on people looking to have reliable transportation to provide for their families.everyone has to eat the way you go about it is not right..I was willing to pay for what I wanted at this point I ve been ripped off in more ways then one..God Bless
