Went to Al for an oil leak. I was quoted $1700-$1800. Not a bad price for a rear main seal leak, so I agreed. He told me when to bring it in. I got there and turns out he didn t have the time that week, told me to bring it the following week. I brought it the following week and he wasn t there. Dropped my car off with his associate. 5 or 6 days went by and I didn t hear anything. I called and turns out he didn t work on it. Told me to bring it back a couple weeks later. I was pretty frustrated since I already paid him $175 for the service before hand. I dropped the car off before I went on vacation. He had it for 10 days. When I went to pick the car, the price magically increased by $600. Out the door I paid 2,400. Terrible communicator. When I picked up the car an engine light came on due to a misfire. He said I ll help you out if you buy the parts I bought the parts and he wouldn t return my calls.Good luck with this guy, he seems nice but will take advantage of you.

We came in from out of town and our vehicle needed a thermostat. we tried to get seen but all of the auto shops were busy in the area Even tho Al's shop was busy they made time for us and got us back on the road.Thank you so much.

10/10 always great service! Great customer service as well as affordable. Al and his team always provide the best customer service as well as great quality work when caring for your vehicle. They always provide explanations on work that was done as well as time status for when the work can be completed. O...M....G....I was stuck in a bind pretty bad. My car died and I just moved to the area. I don't know anyone. I started calling local mechanics in my area asking if someone could look at my car. I had a suspicion that it was my alternator. I just bought a new battery for it, and it would keep its charge long enough to drive to a mechanic. I called another place and they said they couldn't look at it until next week. I was leaving town and my family would be out of a vehicle all week, so I needed ro get it fixed now. So I called AL'S.He told me to bring it by and he'd check the alternator. As soon as I get there he hooks it up and shows me that yes in fact my alternator is dead and not charging. I asked him when could he fix it...and he said TODAY!!!! what??? FOR REAL????? AMAZING!!!!! OMG I WAS SO HAPPY. He fixed it AND replaced the belt for me!!! WHAT SERVICE!!!! he's now my new mechanic!!! Thank you SO much for helping me!!! :)

Amazing Mechanic. Take all our family cars and even bought one from him. Very reasonable pricing and will always try to get you in and out as fast as he can. Even when he was going on a vacation he worked overnight to fix our car. Definitely recommend!!

I have found my new mechanic. AL is a great guy, very reasonable price, he goes above and beyond & very knowledgeable. I went to see 2 other mechanic but they both doesn't know what my 2017 tacoma's problem. Al is the man he know exactly what is wrong with it & he's price was very reasonable.I highly recommend this shop.

I would highly recommend this place! He is so honest and he takes the time to explain the problems with your vehicle. My dad called about a battery light popping on and a check charging system indicator and he at last minute said bring the truck down and he would take a look at it and do a diagnostic. He definitely diagnosed and fixed the issue we were having on our truck for months. He is extremely professional and friendly and what I really liked was he took the time to explain to me what the issues were and what caused them. He is very good at what he does and you can trust that if you take your vehicle to him he is going to fix the problem and do it right the first time!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

Affordable, quick, and honest. Repaired my bumper in a couple hours and let me know previous owner had an accident and tried to Jerry rig it.

It is the day before Thanksgiving and I have had the great pleasure of meeting Nam today and he had been incredibly kind and understanding. He was able to disguise and fix my problem faster than he estimated. I was out of oil unknowingly and he filed this up with no charge. I did not have to call multiple times to check on the status. He was clear and concise.About a week later and what was supposedly fixed is somehow broken. I've tried calling but cannot get a hold of anyone.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

He had our car about 30 hrs. Battery kept dying out overnight. He fixed the problem and then wouldn't let us pay for the whole time that he actually spent on it. He said that he felt the job just wasn't worth it. So he gave us the price and we greatfully paid it. We will be back.

My parents have been using Al for 15+ years and now I use him. He is honest and tells you the true. He is a good man that s helps out the community. 5stars isn t enough. Al is great! I took my truck to him last year after going to chevyrolet and my regular mechanic a couple of time and they could not figure out what was wrong or I got quoted for over 2 thousand dollars for the work. I've been fighting this problem for for months,I took it to AL and he had it back to me working in 2 days!!! He knows what he is doing and is great with communication.Thanks AL

Al's Auto Repair is absolutely awesome!!!!I brought my Ford Escape Hybrid to Al for a second assessment, because the Ford dealership in Pittsburg told me that the fuse blowing my lock function in my car would cost over $6,000 to replace and was worth more than my vehicle. Ford charged me almost $700 just for 4 hours of diagnostic work without a real root cause.I brought my vehicle to Al, and in literally two hours my car was fixed!!!!! And cost me half of what Ford charged me just for diagnostics.Then later that evening Al follow-up with a text to me to make sure that everything was as expected!!! I'm absolutely impressed and blown away by how fantastic Al's Auto Repair is and I would highly recommend Al's to everbody!!! Thank you so much Al!!!!

The people are very knowledgeable and able to do repairs quickly. They got me in and out in 3 days over a weekend. A level of quality service that is hard to beat. I would recommend Al's Auto Repair to any of my family and friends.

These folks saved my truck and have performed several repairs on four different vehicles for me. I have found them to be honest, fair in their pricing (sometimes MORE than fair), and knowledgeable. If either Al or R.J. are doing the work you will get quality work done by some very sharp and honest mechanics.

Al is great. When my truck was done on a Friday evening, afterclose, Al called me to say truck was ready. I said I would be rightdown, he said, " I'll pick you up", and he did. Great service

Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and affordable. I was very impressed and would recommend them highly. I took two cars there. He repaired both quickly and inexpensively.

I called and a lady answered. Took all my info for contact & my car info. She or someone was suppose to get back to me for a quote & I still haven't heard from them, even though they said they will call me back the same day. No consistency nor can keep a word. Nothing personal. Just not a good way to do business. I was disappointed that their business didn't even have the decency to let me know something.

Great customer service...we needed oir truck back quick...they went outta there way to get or done and our truck was once again running great. Not the cheapest mechanic to go to...bit u get what i paid for...thank Al!
