I came in with a misfiring engine and all of the worst dashboard lights (check engine, VSA) on, and they were able to fix my car and have it ready to go same-day for a fair price. Great experience!

Lisa and her team are very efficient and effective. I went for a car oil change and filter. After an hour, it's done, and my maintenance light had been reset, and they checked the tire pressure. The work done is good and fee affordable.

Tried this for a small repair on a recommendation from a Buy Nothing neighbor after googling the home repair options online. Walked right up, was helped immediately and the nice mechanic fixed my problem in a minute and didn t charge me! I ll be back! (Well hopefully my car holds up for a while, but pretty sure I ll be back soon)

Had my gas tank punctured one night in SF, brought it here and they were so prompt to help. Great staff, Lisa is bilingual and is very honest. I definitely recommend if you need a place! C m n c� gia �nh nhi u!

I had a loose undercarriage engine cover. I called in, they accommodate me in an hour and fix the lose cover in 20 mins. Price was very reasonable. Real great service!

I called at 4:30pm on a Monday, 30 minutes before they close. They squeezed me in for an oil change. I brought my own oil and filter so they just charged $35 including tax for labor. Friendly folks and a great price. I'll be back.

i discovered my car got broken into the day before Thanksgiving. one broken window and messed up steering column. everyone was very nice and I got my car back the same day! the woman there was very sweet and told me they made sure I had my car for Thanksgiving. will definitely be coming back!

Lisa at T&T was very attentive and had fantastic customer service. She kept me updated every step of the way, as the part I needed was on back order. When a different vendor came to the shop to program a new key fob for my car, she went above and beyond by testing that the fob was working before they went. T&T made a stressful experience as good as it could be, all things considered.

T & T are absolute LEGENDS and I highly recommend them for car repairs. They diagnosed my car's overheating issue as a leaky water pump and were able to replace it the same day at an extremely fair price. I came back again to fix my under engine cover and they did it on the spot for free. I had an issue with my car starting but shutting off as soon as I took my foot off of the accelerator. The problem was quickly diagnosed, unfortunately the part had to be ordered. I placed a down-payment for the part and I was given loaner until the part arrives. Great customer service.

Been going to mike for years. I take All my cars there and I recommend him to all my families and friends. He is fast honest and reasonable. Best part is he works on foreign cars and will not charge you the foreign car price. I would recommend him to any one.

I love T&T, it's a small shop with limited space, but they are good mechanics and fair prices. I've only taken my car here for the last 10 years after going into a dealership and almost getting my shirt and pants taken.

If you have an older Mustang do not bring it here. Mike say s They do not work on Mustangs. Not sure about other Fords but definitely no service for Mustang owners. Sounded a little odd to me but the lady who works there who I ve met in person many times or many, many years said they don t work on them anymore. She was apologetic but offered no explanation as to exactly why. Called back, since I remembered it was just over a year ago I had work there, and spoke to Mike who confirmed it. Their computer doesn t read Mustangs much older than 20 years. So Do Not bring your older Ford Mustang in for work here.

2 years ago they replaced my serpentine belt on my 2012 Maxima. Now it s making the same noise again and they want to charge me again. Lisa says it normal wear and tear. Not. This place went above and beyond for me when I visited. My family was on vacation in the area, and our car stopped working correctly on Saturday afternoon. I was able to get the car to the shop about 30 minutes before they closed for the weekend, thinking I would leave it with them until they could look at it the following week. Instead, one of the workers (I didn't get their name) had a quick look at it, diagnosed it, and had it fixed in about 20 minutes, and sent me on my way for a fun vacation! I can't say enough about the kindness they showed me, and the positive impact it had on my family.

Super fast, great job. Took my BMW here to have the brakes done. Insanely cheaper than the dealer, 3 months later no problems. Nice people, good service, fair price.

Had an unfortunate experience with this mechanic concerning an old car of mine, long story short they took care of things exactly as I asked them to and they did an excellent job, the issues that I subsequently experienced were do to my own misunderstanding of my vehicle rather than anything they did, I would definitely recommend them as a fair, and fairly priced mechanic.

My experience at T & T was excellent!! For years I've been on a zig-zag when it comes to find a good and honest mechanic, and finally I got lucky by finding Mike and his phenomenal crew. Their estimates are realistic, their service superb, and their job process fast and well done. Last time, after sadly having my catalytic converter stolen, I was able to bring and pick my car within just a few hours, all fixed and ready to go.Location is ideal for those who are able to wait. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, some retail, Chinatown, and Jack London Square.

I found me a new mechanic, I love the lady in the office she is very nice and Courteous. Went..in for them to replace an alternator and it was done within an hour and a 1/2. I had no appointment, and it was No problem.

Tried to call to get an estimate on a starter replacement. A woman answered and kept saying, "Hello." I also kept saying, "Hello." So I hung up and called back. Then, I got the fax. Then nothing. No answer, just ringing. They may be great but you've got to reach someone first which is a huge hurdle. Moving on.

They'll do the job at a fair price, be patient with them though. Place is dirty, don't expect them to wipe off windows, put air in tires or put a wheel lock key back where they found it.
