7-11 Auto body is a small mom & pop operation with a huge, out standing reputation. I first met the owners in the mid 80's through a recommendation of a friend when I worked in the automotiveindustry. I've had many interactions with them over the year's, both professionally and personally.I won't take my family's vehicles to any other body shop. Chris, Julia & Jason are phenomenal! It feels as if your being treated like family.Unlike some body shops that will over estimate the work needed, then nickel and dime a job, forcing the customers to pay huge sums of money in the end.They have always been up front with any out of pocket cost, and I have never been hit with surprise bills at the end.The quality of the work has always been top notch, which is sorely laking in the automotive industry these days.With decades of dealing with insurance companies and claims adjusters, the team at 7-11 has established an honest & professional reputation! Making the claims process so much easier, that its nearly painless.The one thing that stands out for me is. I don't believe I've ever heard a customer complain. Even when I'm in the area and pop in just to say hi to everyone.7-11 is a true gem, excellent work and fabulous staff!

I have had the unfortunate need to have auto body work done on two cars over the last three months. Fortunately, Seven Eleven Body Shop was there for both needs. Chris and Julia are a pleasure to work with, they were professional and friendly, and they did a top rate job of getting both of our cars back to looking new. One car was attacked by a wild turkey, the other had a minor collision. I highly recommend Seven Eleven for body work.Service: Body & Trim

Have been doing business with this outstanding family owned busses for 2 decades. Recently had some work done on my commercial box truck. I mentioned how I was having major issues with getting the truck to pass smog for over a year, due to the check engine light coming on shortly after each service that was diagnosed and performed by different mechanics that specialized in commercial trucks. Already had spent nearly $5,000 in futility, Chris and Jason told me one of their expert body repair, happened to be an excellent mechanic specialist, noticed it was a diesel and hooked up his instrument to see if he could help.He said the exhaust system that processes the diesel fuel and burns down the carbon and funnels through a cleaning release process system was CLOGGED COMPLETELY!They looked up the videos of how to permanently clear the codes out of the system permanently so it wouldn't keep popping back on and automatically fail smog.They did a series of 15 cold start up and drove it 20 miles each time. Over a few weeks, they did all 15 as the Izuzu company states to fix and clear codes to pass smog. Boom! It's completed and they even got it slogged for me with one of their partners. I was looking at having to go to the stealership once again and spend another $2,400 for the next diagnosis. Even though I went back 2 times and spent $1,600.Once again, Seven Eleven Auto body went far and beyond in getting my truck not only with cosmetic body work but heard my lament and did something about it.Thank you to their entire staff and the Drummond family. Julia, Chris and Jason. The very best and the only one I trust with my vehicles! Thank you!

I love these guys. They re so sweet and provide great service often when you re bummed out about the current state of your car. Fair, honest, and easy to do business with via insurance or otherwise.

These guys are beyond amazing. They take the time to explain what the issues they found and what my options are. The Oakland Unified School district greatly appreciates them being so responsive and helpful during these hard times. Family owned, community oriented. Went in with a loose trim piece on a door. They took it off, cleaned it, reattached it with new glue and didn't charge me a dime. We've been going to them for years and have never been disappointed in their service or prices.

I have been using 7-11 for over 25 years and these guys and gal are the best!! Nice people who go above and beyond to make you happy!! With 2 sons I've had plenty of opportunity to use their services!!! The BEST!
