Excellent, and knowledgeable staff they would not put my oil dipstick EVEN IF IT WAS wiped off... INTO my transmission reservoir, to check if I MAY need some transmission fluid.!!!Oh well, the slight knocking they DID inform me, is the"Motor-mounts", I understand they may be quite loose. I was told to find a mechanic that can tighten those bolts up from either I understand there's only three that hold your engine in place.

I ve always loved Oil Changers for not only the speedy service but mostly the people. There are few companies where you get to have such a great experience simply getting to know their employees. Oil Changers hires great people who are honest and kind and that s been consistent every time I go in.Keep it up y all. You and Philz Coffee (I love Philz for similar reasons) make some great hiring choices.

Friendly serivce. Larry and kai are amazing helped me if you need fluids oil changes go to these guys. Amazing attitude i will be coming back here again. They let you know upfront what your car needs and great prices.

The best drive-thru carwash I've found in Oakland. Fast, helpful staff. Best of all, the lip around the service bay in the floor is low enough to accommodate my car's 1.5in ground clearance.

Yes this oil changing shop was very good. The staff was friendly and they explained what they were doing and showed me the new clean filters they were putting in. They also gave me a slight discount and their service was efficient and prompt.

I have been searching for a reasonably priced car wash for a few weeks and I m so happy I found this spot!I tried coming here at 2pm on a Saturday and the line wasn t moving so I decided to try again at 9am on a Sunday. When I came back the car wash was broken. I decided to wait a few days and showed up on at 8am on a Thursday and drove right up! I can see why the line gets backed up as only one car can get washed at a time. I think it s worth it to receive a great car wash at a reasonable price.The payment system even has a little slot machine game that plays and gave me $6 off a future wash. There is a sign that the car wash is also open from 7am-9pm. I ll be returning in a few weeks!

Very good deal considering the price. It won't get your car spotless or completely dry after, but it's also $10 for their most expensive option. There's usually a line, so be prepared to wait a bit.

Put off getting an oil change way too long because I had NO time or energy. Came here for convenience and was NOT disappointed--quite the contrary. When I got there, there was a queue leading out onto the street. I still got to the service bay within 20 minutes, then out the door in under 10 minutes. What's more, the crew handled a back-to-back line of customers with such a warm, friendly attitude. Really amazing work by the crew, thanks a million!Service: Oil change

They forgot to use the coupon I showed them, but the service was friendly and fast.Update, went back to use the car wash on Saturday, 9/9/23. Tried to use it a few days prior but after waiting for 30 minutes found out it was broken. Saturday - horrible experience for several reasons. The Asian gentlemen with the pony tail was clearly not having a good morning. Or he needs to find a job where he doesn't work with the public. Extremely rude. His coworker with the do rag and glasses was very nice. I've always had good service here, I will sometimes give a business a second chance to get it right but after today I probably won't go back.

Honestly, this used to be my favorite place. The staff was always so nice and always felt good. But man, got scam today!! :( I was told I needed the true brand oil system cleaner . Should have done my research on the spot but got caught off guard. Anyways, got fooled once now I can t go back. If the guy that did that service see this, dude we are all trying to survive here.

Waited 30 minutes in line. They were short-staffed. Once they were able to check out my car, the workers were having an intense conversation, arguing about something. It took them 17 minutes to look at my car and get 1 oil change. See photos below for the price (later, I found out that there is a coupon on Google Reviews!)

They told me that I was very early for my scheduled oil change, and they just checked my car's fluids for free. I so appreciate their honesty!

August 15, 2023: I stopped by because my car had been giving me a change oil display. I went by and the friendly tech I remembered greeted me. He said I was a couple thousand miles too soon. I explained the display message and he explained it probably just needed a reset but they would check things. I asked if they would please air-up my tires/check tire pressure as that is a task I struggle to do on my own. They checked all my fluid levels, put air in my tires and we reset my oil gauge indicator thingy once they verified I was still in good shape. They wouldn t let me pay them but said they would see me once it was my actual time for an oil change. Super lovely experience yet again, so friendly and kind & immensely appreciated!June 8, 2022: I arrived about 45 minutes before closing, cautiously unsure if it was too short a time to get an oil change. A staff member quickly greeted me and said they d be glad to do an oil change and there was plenty of time. They were very kind and him and another employee got started right away. He also gave me the price upfront to ensure I was okay with it but said they d collect payment at the end. It couldn t have taken ten minutes before they were wrapping up and they were awesome and friendly the entire time. They even offered me a $7 coupon without me asking, which was awesome! All-in-all excellent experience and will absolutely be back! I just stumbled upon them and I am highly appreciative for the quick and efficient work and kind employees.

They'll reject you if you have a skid plate, despite saying it's just an additional charge in the beginning. And then the mechanic yells not to come back, which the person handling your account tells you means find somewhere else. Hope I can find somewhere that has the time.

Been three times, always a great experience. Knowledgeable staff who share their assessment and explain what they re checking and where you re at in terms of upcoming service needs. They ve turned me away because my hybrid was telling me I needed an oil change but after checking, they saw I still had plenty of mileage left and wasn t ready for a change. Honest and fair!

It was a fast and quick wash. No line when I went there. The car wash was so clean. Look like the installation lately because all the equipment and walls are pristine. It was suitable for a car that s going there because the equipment is all perennial or three different prices you can choose, whatever you like and all of them are reasonable, even the most expensive one I decided that one but the steel is a fair price I think it was $12, whatever you like and all of them are reasonable even the most expensive one I chose that one but the steel is an affordable price I think it was $12
