We have been bringing our vehicles to Bay Auto Center for years. This last visit was particularly awesome. I called to see if they could fix a broken window, and the had me in the same day for the inspection and let me leave it there over the weekend so they could start first thing Monday (and I didn't have to make another trip down there). They finished ahead of schedule, washed my car inside and out, and gave me a discount for being a repeat customer. The shop is super clean, and the service is top-notch and highly communicative. Easy decision to go to this shop.

I always brought my BMW and Audi here for any damage repair for many years since they opened it in this location. I'm not just that type of person to bring my cars to anywhere to fix my cars. I need to have some place that provides the best quality and good customer services with professional attitude. This is the place where you could count on. I always refer my friends and family to this place for any types of repair.

CAR - Brand new Toyota Camry HybridReason - Rear ended on the freewayDamage - $9000.00 worthSolution-- BAY AUTO CENTERNo one likes to deal with auto body shops. It's time consuming, it costs money, it's just plain no fun. Thankfully this one was paid for my the at fault party, but it still cost me time.I picked my car up after 3 weeks in the shop, most of this due to Allstate taking their time inspecting the car for initial and secondary repair needs. Once the final go ahead was given, BAC had this done in a week.I walked in and could not have been happier with the job done. It looks and drives exactly like it did prior tot he accident. I will recommend this place to everyone i know. In fact its been a week since i got my car and i've already directed a co-worker there for an accident he got in last night.Lastly, they washed and waxed the car and asked me to bring it in in 2 weeks for another complimentary wash and wax. In his words, " to keep the paint protected and lasting for the life of the car." They also have a lifetime warranty on the repairs they performed, which definitely keeps me at ease from worrying that the car will never be the same after a collision.Thanks again Bay Auto Center!

My car got hit on Xmas eve and these folks got me in and taken care of in the same week. They ve been super generous and kind. The detailing and care they put into fixing my mirror has been extraordinary.

This is a large shop just off the 23rd ave exit from I-880N.The staff is professional and they have a good reputation for quality work.
