I was towed from Yosemite village to Oakhurst by Jesse (sorry if I mispronounced the name). What a great guy and a nice conversation we had different views from different countries were shared and the towing passed in no time, plus the work itself was done absolutely professional. Thank you

Great attitude and great service. .many tow companies wouldn't help me in my situation. Technique towing was honestly the only company able to help. They showed up and it was all business . I'd recommend them to anyone.

Crashed my car into a tree in Yosemite one day before Presidents Day. Kenny was prompt and assisted greatly and helping me get my car towed to a yard and allowing me to check up and collect my things the next day. Thank you so much to Kenny for being such a helpful and kind person during a difficult time!

Woke up yesterday morning to find that our key fob wouldn't work to unlock our vehicle. Called for Roadside through my insurance and got hooked up with Technique towing. Spoke with Josh first who calmed me down and gave me some ideas to try before having to pay for the costs that roadside didn't cover but nothing worked. I was late for work and my kids had dentists appointments. Instead of acting like we were putting them out, they quickly had an awesome guy by the name of Kenny, who was near by, come help us get unlocked and on the road just in time to make it to the appointments, even while having to work in our narrow parking lot! Kenny was so personable and considerate and even went out of his way to follow us to the gas station so we could make change to pay our portion of the costs. This was our first time using this company. Here in the mountains our towing options are very limited and to find nice, real people who actually care like this and are not just trying to get as much money as they can was a pleasant surprise. Thank you guys so much and we will surely be using you again if we need a tow or other roadside help.

My car broke down in the Von's parking lot Today and Kenny was there in 10min after I called!! It was in a weird position, but Kenny was able to back his truck up to it and tow it out of there!! Thank you Kenny!!! GREAT JOB!!!

My experience with these guys was fantastic! Our technician Kenny was a life saver and an all around stand up guy. He knew his job well, was efficient, and even helped me with my elderly father on our long tow journey. It really showed that he cared about what he does for a living. These guys were very accommodating and got us out of a pickle when we were broke down and stranded in the middle of Yosemite. I highly recommend and would use them many times again.

I call to set up transport for a piece of equipment, they ask for the weight make and model to verify weight I give them weight make and model number. They schedule me for the next day. Three hours before my pick up time they send a text saying the machine is too heavy for the trailer.

We had an issue with our tire and we got support punctual, right in time just as promised. Our mechanic, Jesse, was super professional, very friendly and very engaged. He identified the problem very quickly and took care of the job in a timely manner!!! He answered all our questions and took very care of us! We definitely recommend Technique Towing Ponderosa and especially Jesse!!

We had to unfortunately call a tow truck to tow my car and it was in a pretty awkward spot. Thankfully Albert knew a couple tricks to get my car to go into gear so we could move it into a preferred position. He was friendly quick witted and for than willing to help out. I now know who to call if I ever need a tow

Technique Towing picked up my van in Yosemite Valley on a moments notice and took it all the way back to Oakhurst to be worked on. The driver was very helpful and reassuring and I knew I could trust him to get my car there safely. Thank you Technique Towing!!

The experience from start to finish was exceptional!Jacobie the technician, and tow man extraordinare, was such a delight to deal with. On New Years day he pulled out our RV without a hitch with in 30 min start to finish!!Thank you Technique Towing for making my holiday bright .Highly recommend!!

I want to take this opportunity to thank Pat s towing for their excellent service on this last Thursday September 8, 2022, when they responded to a bizarre incident at the Adventist Health center in Oakhurst. Where for some inexplicable reason, I drove my car off the parking lot pavement and into a very deep ditch.The driver could not have been more professional and understanding. He was very careful to get my car out of that ditch without putting a mark on it and or resulting in any harm to anyone or any property.He was very kind and charged me a very fair price for his explementary service. I have already recommended this service to many of my friends and will continue to do so.Your service number is pertinently in my phone now.Many thumbs up from me.Service: Car towing

Took a bit to set up a pick up over the phone, but finally was able to get a time for 10am the next morning. Got a text when they were on their way and they were here within 10 min! Easy and quick, very friendly staff.Bit pricey though, $80 to tow it less than 5 miles.

So I'm broke down on 99 and shaw with a wheel broke off my race trailer. Called my AAA PREMIUM TOW SERVICE to tow my race car home to lighten up my trailer to be able to limp my trailer home on 3 wheels but they won't tow it because it's not the vehical in distress. So i called our local TECHNIQUE TOWING and they would come get me i waited an hr and called to see how far out they were. They said they tried to call me to say the driver wasn't willing to drive to fresno to get the car. (I have not set my phone down since i broke down) This tow company tows all my customer wrecks to my shop all week but they can't be bothered to help a regular customer who puts food on there table that's in disstress and really needs help. They just lost a good customer ! Maripisa Auto Body will never use them again and will deture anyone I come in contact with from using them.

Their communication needs work. I must have called 5 times to have the side of my house inspected to make sure their flatbed truck could fit. I was promissed multiple times that they would call back and that someone would come out the same night to inspect it. After two days of no returned calls and nobody showing up for the inspection, a man finally made it out (I won't mention his excuse for not showing up the first night and being almost 3 hours late the next - geesh). Although he was nice and easy to talk to, he used his feet to measure the width of the path and it ended up being too narrow, which lead to it being a much harder and time consuming job than nessassary. He ended up coming out twice - totalling about 20 minutes, and I am glad that he did, but he really should have brought a tape measure and been punctual, or at the very least - he should have called.The reason I'm giving them 5 stars is because of Jacobie. He deserves 6 stars. He really went the extra mile to get the shed moved. He was careful and conscientious. Thanks Jacobie!

Luckily I haven't needed to be towed much, but the times I did, I called Technique Towing. Service was fast and always friendly. It's a small town and these guys treat you like family. Would definitely recommend!

During our cross America trip, the alternator in our truck decided to end it's life leaving us stuck on a Sunday in the town of Oakhurst, California. After fruitless conversations with AAA, we called Technique towing to see if they could tow us to a nearby campsite as we had our camper attached to the bed of the truck and thought it would need to be set down somewhere for a garage to do the repairs. Noe from technique arrived within 20 minutes and tried jumping the truck to get us going so we could drive to the campsite with him following to try and save us some money. When this didn't work, he suggested just towing us to their garage where we could camp over night. He even ran an extension cord for electrical from the workshop so we wouldn't be without power over night. The next morning the guys from Advanced Auto Centre were also amazing. James immediately got us booked in and Nikk worked on our truck between his other clients to get us back on the road by the end of the day. They were all charming, hard working and made what could have been an unpleasant experience a joy. Never thought I would say that about a breakdown. Can't recommend Technique Towing and Advanced Auto Service enough. Thank you Noe, Nikk and James.

I got there right at closing time and they didn't charge me the fifty dollar after hours gate fee... maybe these guys aren't after every cent they can get for a change! Thanks guys. I know it's hard considering this type of business but keep caring about your customers!
