This was the best car buying experience I've ever had! Ron was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. No hassle service and he got me a good loan within minutes. Five stars, 2 thumbs up and a fist bump to Ron! Im now a happy Honda owner!

I bought a used cargo van (that I later converted to a camper) from Vale Auto a few months back. It was my first used car buying experience and Carlos and his team were absolutely fantastic! Great price, clear and timely communication throughout the whole process, and they even helped with mounting a spare tire free of charge since this didn't come standard with the base model. 100% recommend Carlos and his team!

Couldn t be happier with my BMW i3 that I purchased at Vale Auto Sales. Carlos was transparent and extremely helpful throughout the purchase process. He took the time to explain everything so easy and pleasant. He also gave honest answers when it came to informing me on different options. I extremely recommend this place if you re looking for a car. I love mine!!

Fantastic service all around! Just purchased BMW and it took only 15 min. for financing. Took it to BMW mechanic to get a pre-purchase inspection done, and he said it's in a great condition. Communication prior to my visit was seamless. Best car buying experience ever!

Got a great deal on a work van. Good service. Guys were quick and responsive. Found one blinker didn't work and they fixed it free of charge. Also included first oil change for free! Happy customer!

Ray's service was fantastic! I'm a college student that needed something affordable. Ray and his business partner were able to find me a loan that fit my budget. In addition, my 2014 Toyota Corolla S that I bought at Vale Auto Sales is amazing! I've had it for almost a year now and I've had no mechanical issues.

We just got another car from Vale Auto and all of them have been very good, my family is very happy with their cars. Carlos is friendly and he had help me a lot. If you need a car just tell him what you looking for and he will find it for you.

I purchaesd used 2006 Acura RSX Base Model with Leather (07/01/18) with 98K miles for $7,000 O.T.D.Pressure free sales which experienced for the first time in buying a car from any new/used car dealerships in my lifetime (I'm 71-years old).I've purchaed dozen new/used vehicles in my lifetime but this dealership is "The Best" in terms of prices, financing and pressure free buying experience.Highly recommend this dealership and ask for Carlos (owner) who is friendly and honest (very rare in automobile sales).

Carlos sold me An outstanding Nissa cargo van...great for my business. I have taken it there for service and he always goes above and beyond. If you want a small dealer who cares and is fair when it comes to service go see Vale auto!!!

This place has been the worst experience in buying a used car ever. I bought a truck that i was told to have one owner and was in excellent condition. Not even a month goes by and it was in a shop. They had told me all sales are final. When i took my truck to a dealership and had work done they had told me that this tryck is going to give you alot of problems down the road based on how things were fixed on this truck. Lightly said " half a$$ed". I bought a warranty through vale with the purchase. The warranty company would handle this situation, you would think. No!! Excuse this excuse that. I had my truck in a shop for 4 months because of this warranty company. I would try and call and they would dodge calls. No joke. Say the manager is busy and will call you but dosen't. Leave mutiple messages to call and wouldn't. There was a snapped bolt in the engine block. Maybe thats why it started to leak oil after i had had vale change part that was making a noise thinking they would take care of there clients. Vale owns the machanic shop and thats how they can get away with not thoroughly checking vehicles to resell. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dealer. 0 out of 5 stars.

Ron is seriously the best car salesman you could dream of!!! He Got me a loan with a super low interest rate and always has the customers best interest in mind. Total life saver. You rock Ron!!!

I had a GREAT experience buying my 2015 Acura RDX- Car was priced great- Customer service was awesome ( Carlos)And didn't feel pressured to buy the carI would absolutely recommend this place to anyone interested in buying a good car
